Great place for kids to burn their energy. I just wished their prices would be a bit cheaper because it can turn to be an expensive place if you have 2 or more kids. Other than that kids enjoyed their time.

We had a great time as always during our visit today. Even though it was a Saturday with several booked birthday parties the workers were very efficient in cleaning and sanitizing equipment. I wanted to especially thank the staff and manager Brandon for returning my sons phone that fell from his pocket while playing. He went above and beyond to make sure we got it back and I really appreciate it!

We absolutely LOVE Big Air!! I have 4 kids and they have a lot of friends so when were looking for a play date meet up, its my first recommendations. Big Air is good exercise disguise as kids play. The attractions encourage family engagement, the building is big, beautiful and clean. Thats a must for me. But my number one reason I love Big Air is the staff. Any business is only as good as their people that represent them....and Big Air has the best staff! Steven, Emily and Adam are always kind and friendly, working diligently to ensure all guests have a wonderful time. It starts with leadership and manager Brandon is the BEST of the BEST!!! Every single visit he greets us with an excited welcome, its clear he takes pride in working for Big Air and he will go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Im a picky mom and very cautious of what businesses I will support but thanks to Brandon and staff, Big Air has my loyal support for years to come!!

Best place ever!!!! My twins have autism and I was a little hesitant about bringing them (due to sensory issues). But Mr. Brandon made us feel so welcome and accommodated us and the whole staff was friendly. I was VERY pleased about the entire visit and me and my boys will definitely be back. Such an AMAZING place with and even GREATER staff!

First time here. Kids had fun. Everything super clean and staff sanitizing throughout. Great way to cool off the kids and still get exercise!

We had our daughter’s birthday party at Big Air in Myrtle Beach!!! We had the best service, a young lady named Shalayah. S. She was wonderful and very attentive!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!! Overall management seemed a little micro!!! They had plenty of different activity for the kids and we all had a wonderful time!!! I would definitely have another birthday party there!!! Make sure to like for Shalayah!!!

We gave this place 5 stars because it’s awesome place to go with the family . There is a ton of space, so you don’t feel like your on top of each other people. Our favorite part is that they have a whole section for our youngest who is only a little over one. We didn’t have to worry about him getting knocked over by older kids. We had a blast!! Now I do have one complaint. The music is not at all suitable and appropriate for young minds. The playlist needs to change . A couple songs had a woman talking about having sex all night long! The other popular song is a song continuously had swears in it by saying God D*** as the chorus . This needs to be changed. All together the place is very clean well kept up and a great experience.

I was very impressed with this place! We’ve been to several trampoline parks and this one blows them all out of the water. Perfect place for toddlers especially with the slides. We went for toddler time Wednesday morning and although the place was packed I noticed management staying on top of keeping everything sanitized. I appreciated that he also came up as we were leaving and asked if my kids have fun. We will definitely be back

Awesome place they have more stuff than rockin jump the prices are basically the same lots of fun for everyone I highly recommend this place for some indoor family fun especially on rainy days

I brought my daughter and nephew for the first time last night and they absolutely loved it, so much that we came back tonight. They didn’t even want to leave last night so we came earlier tonight so they can jump longer. The lights go out at 8pm and the disco lights come on. Amazing atmosphere for ALL ages. Really love this place and highly recommend it!!

This made for an awesome Friday family fun night! Age appropriate for all of our grands! One even woke up the next morning to say how much fun the trampoline place was and wants to Go back! The staff were helpful and friendly! Grands liked how the lights went to disco lights at 8:00 pm.

Loved the park. The lady at admissions interacted with my kids very well and they loved it. Got them even more excited! The park employees were great at watching there stations. It’s very sanitary, i watched the employee clean after every person on the Zip line. i highly recommend you’ll enjoy!

Come by once to check out the place and have been back two more times since. My kids have a blast here and the food is surprisingly good. We ate lunch here twice now while they played. We’ll be back in August for a week, I’ll have to look into the membership pricing. Very clean and very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are kids friendly! Very great customer service and the manger was very nice and helpful. Food was great and have good prices. Also they are very sanitized.

Our family had a blast today!!!! We got the all day pass and spent hours of fun, went home and came back and played for hours!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable and regularly sanitized. We all jumped, road the bull, I mean shark, played some fierce dodgeball and crushed the obstacle courses. It was fun for all ages and the food was delicious!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Very fun, 9/10, highly recommend. Didn’t give em a 10/10 cause you can’t do gainers lol. But seriously a great, new trampoline park in Myrtle beach, definitely better than rockin jump. So much to do, you really can’t get bored, but you will get tired. I can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the making of this place. All the employees are very kind and keep the place spotless. Management is great too. I lost a really nice bracelet underneath a trampoline and they stopped what they were doing to get it for me!! Just for that, I’ll bump it back up to a 10/10. (Also, I never got that managers name, so if you remember me and you’re the one reading this, respond with your name!)

The staff is very friendly and don’t allow kids to run around without supervision. More activities to do them the Rockin Jump in myrtle. 10/10 totally recommend this to all my friends and family.

Best jump park in the state. I have been to several all over. This one by far is the best. Constantly sanitizing and much more activities for the jumpers/flyers.

Hands down best place for all age kids on the beach. The staff is even awesome. Only problem was getting kids to leave after hours of non stop fun. We will be back regularly for sure

My nieces really liked the place it was a nice place to take the kids. The only thing that I think would need to be changed is to give the kids different colored bracelets for different hours instead of stickers they wear on their shirt, but other than that everything was good.

So Im in the parking lot, I just walked in to check the place out and see the arcade. Staff people walked by me (ignored me). No eye contact. A stantion funnel for general admissions but no authority to maintain it. Doesnt feel like a very secure environment, I recommend supervising your own children (as you should) if you choose to visit. Personnel didnt look old enough to shave. Interesting enough place, but a lack of interaction with employees sent me right back outside. Id work on that.

Family n Friends night was so much fun.. Entertainment for all ages from 2 yr olds to well I would say over 60.. From what Im told its way better than Rock n Jump (Ive never been there)..lol.. Good Luck on your Grand Opening!!

I felt like it was hyped way too much. When my family arrived it was much smaller than expected and not the big trampoline park we expected. Good place for little kids though.

This place is awsome for our 3yr.old grandson. One of the managers Stephen is more then friendly, he interacts and became a new buddy, Met a few managers and they accommodate any concerns and needs we have. The staff are very fun and friendly especially with the lil ones..we bought an annual membership the second time we went and it is well worth it. Our lil guy walks around there like he owns the place. There are very laid back when it comes to parents jumping with their lil ones. And consistently sanitizing. We Love it here! Thank You Big Air Staff for making our play time so much fun! See ya next time!Escos Family!

This place is great! This is the first trampoline park we have been too. This place doesnt deserve anything under 5 stars. Ive read the lower reviews and they are ridiculous. My wife and I are 26 and son is 5 we had a blast jumping around. Many things to do and adults can have fun too. They have a toddler section which is great for little kids but my son had no troubles jumping with others. The toddler zone you can also go in as an adult. Go to website and pay attention to their specials. We did 4 adults with pizza and pitcher of soda for $78 very good deal. If youre and adult and just want to watch well youre free to do so at no cost which is great since my mom watched as my 14 year old sister could jump. One thing I suggest is the park is a little to hot. We were drenched in sweat. I do think place needs to turn up the ac or put 2 fans on the many support posts to cool off i think that would be fantastic. The pizza tasted good but crust was a little too thin but im not complaining since it was basically included in the price for the special. Last thing, I was worried 2 hours would not be long enough. 2 hours was definitely more than enough time. I was exhausted and read to go after an hour lol. Great place and I highly recommend!

My issue is that I cant get anyone to answer the phone so that is very frustrating as well as dangerous. Not so sure if I would want my kid to go somewhere that I cant get in touch with. What if I had an emergency and my kids were at this place; how am I supposed to get through to the staff? No one will answer the after days of me calling and calling

I wasn’t too pleased, but once they get more established I’m sure it would be a great place. No help up front when filling out & signing waivers(my sister got very aggravated because she’s not used to computers & the staff told her “This is probably not the kinda place for you”, kinda pricey for younger kids anyway, employee(manager) wasn’t aware of the pricing(2& under is supposed to only be $5) & he tried to tell me oh no you must’ve been on the site for rockin jump( I wasn’t) after ringing up my 1 year old he says oh yeah you’re right& my sister was charged $17 for my 2 year old & that’s only for 1 hour. we ordered 2 family pizza meals the staff dropped one of them before it got to us, so we had to wait even longer with 3 hungry littles ones. They have arcade games & prizes, but they weren’t set up take money yet. Almost all of the staff just looked stressed out & not very happy. I think maybe they should’ve pushed the opening day a little further out. We may return like a year down the road if they last that long when they’re more established.

Yay! So much fun and we can’t wait to go back! The virtual reality was KILLER
