Kevin provides so many great opportunities for his students from mock auditions to fantastic recitals to musical theater camps. My daughter has progressed so much since joining the studio over a year ago and has been more confident and prepared for all of her auditions.

We were lucky enough to find Kevin Jones Performing Arts almost 4 years ago. Since that time, our daughter has grown tremendously in her ability as an actor, vocally and most importantly, in confidence. Due in large part to his training, she was signed with a top talent agency in the southeast and is currently booking jobs as a professional actor in film and TV. Through Kevin and his visiting experts and clinics, shes gained experiences here locally in coastal SC that were thought to be available only in NYC or California. My daughter is 18 and has been studying with Kevin for four years. I wish we could have had even longer! He is an amazing teacher for voice and musical theater. From music theory classes to musical theater history he covers everything these kids need to succeed in school, college and beyond. He has mock auditions every year and my daughter has completed nine of ten college auditions at this time. She was well prepared, thanks to Kevin. His summer camps are awesome as well as his winter camp. My daughter has not missed one in four years. He offers a trip for students to New York City and the number of things they do in a five day period is unbelievable! And to top it off they go to shows currently on Broadway.Kevin Jones has been a great influence in my daughter’s life as she prepares to pursue her dreams!

Kevin offers the most all-encompassing musical theater education experiences in Myrtle Beach. I can not recommend KJPAS enough. Our daughter just finished her 5th summer camp with Kevin Jones and her 4th year of training with him. He has transformed our shy little girl into a confident performer. The training that these kids receive from Kevin is unlike anything else available, and we recommend him to any students interested in musical theater. Kevin Jones is by far the best acting/musical theatre instructor for youth, and our region is lucky to have him.. My daughter attended her first KJPAS camp at 8 years old and musical theatre became her passion. She has been to his camps every summer since and she is now 17. She has been his student for 9 years in studio as well. Kevin has unique gifts and talents coming from his Broadway background that the average instructor just doesnt have. He is encouraging to all students no matter their experience level. My daughter has been taking lessons from Kevin for 2 years. His coaching has dramatically increased her vocal ability. KJPAS has provided her with opportunities to meet and be coached by professional Broadway actors/singers as well as perform along side them in special events. Kevin is extremely professional and I would highly recommend his studio.

Kevin has been able to coach and teach my daughter to a new level in just a few short months! She really enjoys the experience of both the camps and the studio lessons.

Both my kids have been through the Kevin Jones Performing Arts Studio -- multiple times -- and enjoyed it thoroughly. I personally took an improv class from Kevin, not because Im an actor, but because I felt it would help me in making business presentations at work (and I believe it has). I cannot recommend KJPAS strongly enough. The instruction is always first-rate and I know a lot of Kevins grads have gone on to work in theatre -- in New York and elsewhere. Thats kind of a big deal.

I have attended a number of KJPAS events and they are top notch. You can tell by the performances that he works very well with his students in bringing out the best in them. There is passion in the arts and the KJPAS students have it.

My daughter Dorian has been taking singing lessons at KJPAS for the last 3 years and her vocal range, power and clarity have improved more than we ever expected. She has also received an education in music theory and has performed in public on many occasions. Kevin is a superb teacher who focuses on each students talents and abilities then instructs them and challenges them to get the most out of those abilities and takes them to another level. He brings in actors and professionals direct from Broadway to help teach his students. His camps and workshops provide even more teaching and instruction. The course is challenging and fun for the students and is thrilling as a parent to watch them improve, gain confidence and grow in the music field. KJPAS has helped improve my daughters vocal skills to the point where she has made it on to he high schools singing group. She has also earned one of the lead roles in her high schools upcoming musical. KJPAS has helped to make some of her dreams come true in a very short time. Thank you KJPAS.

The KJPAS program is done with such excellence. Our son has grown so much as a performer in the last few years because of the instruction and experiences he has received at KJPAS.

I was among the first students of KJPAS. The skills I learned from Kevin and Melia continue to inform my daily life as an arts professional. I cannot recommend Kevin Jones Performing Arts Studio highly enough. I was a part of KJPAS from 7th grade through the end of my senior year of high school in 2013. To this day, I miss it and wish I could go back! I learned so much about theatre (both performance and technical) and life and friendship through KJPAS. It was my team sport growing up, if you will. Being taught by Kevin and the many visiting teachers he would bring in from time to time was more valuable than I was able to perceive at the time. Going into college for theatre, I knew more about auditioning and how to choose material and how to work that material than most other kids. KJPAS also helped me grow in confidence, as well as theatrical skill, and changed me as a person for that reason. I guess you could say because of KJPAS... I have been changed for good.

Great to work with. My daughter goes to the camps and the private lessons. She has grown so much in the past couple of years! Kevin helps with your childs auditions and takes them outside of their comfort zone. My daughter even won a scholarship for auditions! He brings in actors and actresses to help coach your child. I will recommend him to anyone!
