November 20, 2020 Friday night, ordered tickets online. Theater is empty. We had the large theater THX all to ourselves, huge screen! Armchair leather seats. Popcorn is hot and fresh, add your own butter and salt. Masks required until you are seated. No free refills due to health department rules. Please dont let this theater die.

Enjoyed an evening show here and was pleased with the experience. Overall a large complex thats well kept with friendly staff. The theaters are large with comfortable seating. There were no issues with the technology, and the quality of the film was good. The sound seemed to be turned down slightly. It could have been a little more immersive.Great location, in walking distance from many other shops and restaurants easy to enjoy before or after a show.

We were here for the brief reopening of the theaters a couple weeks ago, and were looking forward to more offerings. Bring back the popular movies of the past and let us reminisce. You can do it. We will come!

My family of three went for the Toy Story 4 release and had a great experience. We went before 1pm which made tickets $5.25 (or $5.50) for all which is extremely affordable compared to what we were used to back home. Concession was clean and friendly and well priced. We got a kids tray which came with popcorn drink and two candy snacks, and then a popcorn and slushi for roughly $15. The chairs were leather-like - very, very comfortable with adjustable handrails. All in all a good experience for us.

Very clean, we were the only 2 in the movie. So sad people are not supporting local businesses.

Just saw the manager of this facility on the news blatantly showing a cavalier attitude towards wearing masks now that he can open. This attitude is why we are in such dire straights right now. Not only will I refrain from going to your theater, I will encourage anyone who will listen to do the same. Shame on you!

The seats are so comfy! You can be close enough to talk to the people around you before the movie but not so close that you feel crowded. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. I went during the Open caption night with a group of Deaf friends and we all had a great time all different levels of hearing a non hearing. Thank you Stone theaters for letting us do that!

Great clean theater. They offer free movies at 10am between Tuesday thru Thursday every week. The free movie is feature around children. Big theater at a good location so you can do other stuff while waiting.If my review and pictures helped, then please give me a thumbs up

My favorite new movie theater. Too bad I dont live close enough to visit often. Paid for two tickets to see an early movie for around 12 bucks - you cant beat that at a quality theater. Knives Out was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is snacks here are as high as any other movie theater. We paid about $19 for a Large Popcorn & 2 drinks! Those kind of prices used to be ridiculous however now it is sadly to be expected. Regardless, we enjoyed ourselves & are looking forward to visiting again.

Usually go 1 - 2 times per week depending if there is something decent on. My largest complaint is the lack of good air hand dryers. They are terrible! I usually take in paper towels and its really terrible watching Patrons come out of the restrooms and go get some paper napkins to dry their hands....come on buy 4 decent dryers!in the rest

We went here for discount Tuesday where the movie cost is $6. There is also a combo deal at the concession stand. We used their two person combo deal for a large popcorn and two drinks where all were refillable. The stadium seating was very comfortable and made watching the movie from almost every seat enjoyable.

My favorite theater by far in the area. The nicest employees, great prices and they have no problem providing sharing trays for popcorn!!!! Great when you have kids.

I ABSOLUTELY love this theater! Me and my mom had went to see the Yesterday movie and Rocketman and we had the greatest time! The prices were a little high but ticket prices were cheap and the theaters itself were very clean and comfortable. I loved how they had a little station to add extra liquid butter and cheese powder for your popcorn. The other theaters Ive been to in the MB area didnt offer anything like that.

Tickets are cheap and the experience is grand! I dont ever get anything from the concessions that aspect doesnt apply for my experience. Seats are super comfy and the stadium style seating is nice so no one is blocking your view. Super clean and Ive watched a total of 5 movies there so far. Awesome place!

This theater is fantastic! The seats are comfortable and the screens are huge! The sound and picture are crisp and clear as well! Lastly, they are the cheapest theater in town on top of everything else thats amazing about them! They are the best part of the strip mall they are a part of!

The Stone Theatre is amazing! Although the food and drinks are insanely over priced, the ticket prices are cheap and we love it anyways! The owner is a hilarious guy! They host the Princess Gala every year for the boy and girls, and we have a blast every time!They also have kid movie mornings where they show kid movies for really cheap! My daughter and I always love those!Id recommend this Theatre!

Staff was very pleasant. The theater was clean and comfortable. The food and snacks we not overly priced as in most theaters.

I was pleasantly surprised to know the seats here recline. I enjoyed the movie and the snacks. The prices are...to be expected. Movie and snack prices are nothing what they used to be but I am a movie buff so for certain movies, I will still come out and pay the high prices so I can get the full movie experience, in theater.

This theater spares no expense when it comes to the details of your movie experience. They wanted the best signs we could fabricate... and we delivered!

Always lots of new movies to choose from. And in the summer they have a different classic hit movie two days a week and a different free kids movie at 10am one weekday morning each week. Clean theater and bathrooms. Comfortable seats (not the luxury recliners but very comfortable seats). Bonus, they serve beer and wine. Ive never seen anyone over partaking there, and Im a local who goes there often so nothing to worry about if you dont drink. Served in plastic cups so its not obvious to kids either.

My Husband andi visited on Feb 14,2020. The theater is nice and well kept. The only issue we had was the fact that the theater was very cold inside,nearly as cold as the outside conditions.

I saw a movie that was almost out of the theatre, so the process was old school with no advanced seating and no recliners. Like the movie experience use to be. Theatre was clean and movie quality was still very good! My only complaint is that you cant really park that close to the theatre, but I dont mind walking.

I had a private screening event and was lucky to rent one of the theaters to show a short film that I co-produced. The staff were amazing and so accommodating to me and my guests, and made this day a great success. Mr. Farmer, Bob the technician, and the entire staff at the Grand 14, thank you so much!We are live in Myrtle Beach and highly recommend seeing a movie at this theater. The location at Market Common is great, the seats are comfortable, and the theater is kept clean all the time. There prices are very reasonable too.

Great theater with nice screens and seats. Concessions were pretty good. Lost a star because theater 7s subwoofers rattled like crazy every time there was a bass hit or explosion or something.

I have been her 50+ times. I don’t have any complaints. I love it here and the people working have always been very nice. Whoever manages this place does a wonderful job. It is the best place to see movies in the MB area.

My wife and I go on Tuesdays for the $5 tickets. We also get the $5 popcorn and drink. The facility is nice and spacious. Quality audio & visual experience while seated in comfortable seats with movable armrest with cup holders. The concession counter is large, clean and inviting with uniformed attendants. Some of the employees need to smile more and greet customers with a Hello, Thank you and Enjoy the movie! The ticket sales person (outside) seems annoyed by people interrupting her book reading. The guy who takes your tickets is always pleasant and directs you to the appropriate theater. All things considered, we recommend Grand 14 at Market Common.

Friendly people, amazing prices, newest movies, leather reclining seats and a wonderful location. This theater is a little further from our house than another theater, but definitely worth the extra ten minutes.

They do have good prices and it is pretty clean but I have yet to see them actually pop popcorn! I feel like fresh hot popcorn is part of the experience. Watching them fill their bins with garbage bags of popcorn is quite disappointing.

We bought our tickets on line and when we got there we went to the concession stands to show our tickets ( no one was at the podium ) and were directed to a small, put to the side kiosk, to print our tickets. The machines calibration was off more than just a nuisance. Once we finally got the touch screen to register our tickets we had to come back to the concession stand to show our tickets.Once directed to the theater the floor all over the hallway was littered with popcorn and trash. I understand that spills happen but this was ridiculous. And the fact that it was still like that after a 3 hour movie is inexcusable. It was even all over the lobby before and after.We sat in the front ( our fault for being late ) and the seats had broken arm rest and shifted every time we moved. We decided to stay still because it was the only time I’ll be able to have for the week to see Avengers but definitely won’t come back to these theaters.Corporate should stop worrying about labor hours and splurge a little bit to have enough workers that can clean while working. Or hire a management crew that cares and takes care of the place.

I love this movie theater. There are not very many places where you can watch current movies for only $6 a person. The sound quality is superb and the seating is quite comfortable too. I recommend is place for anyone!

When did theaters start allowing non service dogs in. I had to seat near one today so happy I wasn’t allergic. Though it was fairly quiet except for the constant panting. Owners should be more responsible and the theaters should restrict access to true service dogs only.

This was a very disappointing outing...popcorn on floors of both halls to theaters...before and after our show. Not easy to enjoy the movie due to extreme temperature. Needed to use the family restroom because the womens smelled like urine when you enter. Thank goodness our theater was clean.

I like this, its clean, one problem, the bathroom needs good cleaning . But its everywhere. Cleaners should always pour Clorox and used Clorox everywhere. Its the best cleaner and gets rid of the see smell. And I think its time to shampoo the whole rugs . other than that I am happy.

This is my favorite theater in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful, theyre quick and polite. The chairs are big and comfortable and spacious so you dont feel cramped while youre watching the movie. Restrooms are clean as well.

Brought wife to see a movie for Mother’s day. While watching movie a part of the ceiling falls crashing on top of seats! Incredibly no one was injured. I picked up one of the large pieces that fell and brought it out to the lobby to give to one of the workers. Not sure if I can just get over it, not sure if we’ll ever go back

Great movie theater for date night it beats being in the mall with all the teenage kids

Staff was friendly, food was good. However I did not like the theaters the seats are to close together and very uncomfortable. I wont be back.

Went last night to this theater and let me just say it was an absolutely horrible experience. First off the service at concession stand was a joke. They had more than 5-6 employees walking around doing nothing when they could’ve easily taken an order, instead they leave a poor trainee that’s struggling to take the orders. I asked another employee if they could help take my order he said no and proceed to just walk around and in the back the other employees were just chit chatting away. More than 10 minutes have gone by and mind you that nobody else is in line but me and the people in front of me have a big order and nobody else can come help take another order or come help this new employee who was struggling. I decided to leave and watch my movie after a little while I came back to see if things had gotten better but nope same thing same trainee struggling with an order taking a long time and other employees just talking away. When I did buy the pop corn and drinks, the popcorn was stale and had no flavor at all. The seats inside the theater are very uncomfortable and they don’t dim the lights all the way. I’ll never come to this movie theater ever again. Wish I could get a refund for such an unfortunate evening.

Love .....love this theater. There is nothing bad that I can say about this place. The entrance is very nice and well put together. This was my first time going to this theater and it want be my last. Also the seats were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are so very polite and sweet. I wish there were more theaters like this one.
