Cinemark has really taken health and safety seriously since the pandemic. I was super happy with my experience and glad to be back a the movie theater

Went to Cinemark at Myrtle Beach to buy tickets for Honest Thef and 2 heart, Bill at the ticket booth in the mall was awsome and so helpful! He provides the best service!!! I cant wait to come back and purchase more tickets from Bill!!

Nice staff, amazing recliner seating, you can pick your seats while buying tickets, and the place is clean. The prices are crazy but thats every movie theater you go. They have a great variety of candy and food. They even sell beer and alcohol. Its in the mall which is the horrible thing about it! Small arcade but cute.

Easily accessible movie theater. Plenty of parking today, but parking was an issue last week on a rainy day. (Cinemark is part of a large mall, so many patrons need parking.)Theater was clean. Watching our movie was an enjoyable experience.

So comfortable, everyone can clearly see the screen. Not crazy loud. Just wish the customers were as nice as the staff. Had one woman watching her cell phone most of the show while her daughter ran up and down the isle.

Nice theater and great electric adjustable lounge chairs. The rows are stacked so you dont see the people in front of you or behind you. We saw Ford vs Ferrari and the show was great. Nice sound system also. I dont think youll do better than this theater.

Loved the Downton Abby movie. The employees were so friendly & helpful. Great seats. First time to a theatre with reclining seats. Made you feel like you were at home. I would have given a 5 star review. The only problem we had was the sound was way too loud. Wished there was a way to turn the sound down. I walked out with a headache. May have to consider taking some type of earphones next time.

So Stevie went to see his very first ever movie todsy in theaters.... The grinch... He had such an amazing time and sat as still as a mouse. The theater was disgusting and smelled terrible, but that didnt bother him one bit. Next time we go to the movies, we will choose another place to go but Im proud to say we will be going again.

Theater is nice, good choices at the concession and the seats are super comfy. Last time we visited our seats didn’t work and they were quick to send someone to fix them right up for us. The rewards are also a great perk!

The snack center was a disaster. Most people left because it took so long. The chairs are comfy but thats really the only plus for doing here. Im not impressed with the service we recieved today. Lots of room for improvement.

Comfy seats. Add your own butter flavored topping. I enjoy the smaller crowds due to the seating. And its nice to be able to recline. Ensures nobody tall will sit in front of you.

This our first time at this theater. We were impressed by look of the theater and gift shop near the concession stand that had items for sale based on current movies playing! We were even more impressed by the electronically operated reclining seats in the theater itself! Absolutely blew our minds! The reason I gave the theater 4 stars and not 5 was for several reasons... First, the price of everything was absolutely astronomical! For the four of us to see a 3D movie with popcorn and four drinks came to $78! Also, we had to select our seating prior to entering the movie and the only seats left were right in the front row which kind of took away from the 3D experience. Also, the cleanliness of the concessions area was less than appealing. The amount of butter over everything and on the floor was quite nauseating. All in all, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves immensely! We will have to better plan next time as far as finances go because we did not plan to spend NEARLY what we did... So dont make the same mistake we did!

Theater 5 at 5pm yesterday was not clean at all.. it was a mess.. the tickets booth attendance was trying to charge me again for my free movie I purchased on my Cinemark member.. I had to leave and went to the other booth to get my ticket.the average prices for couple now is 27 dollars just to see a movie with medium popcorn and small drink..

Here we go! Reserved seats. Reclining leather seats! Lots of room. I like this theater. And guess what? The second row is alright. Just saw rise of Skywalker. It was awesome. Yeah I said it. Second row and all. Prices are like any where. Concessions are thru the roof like all of them. Yeah I know thats where they make their money. So relax go see a movie.

While people do often talk through movies, management does take care of it nicely.They have an awesome deal with the large popcorn buckets.Overall, the place is very comfy and an awesome place to go and catch a movie!

This is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST theater I have EVER been too!We were able to reserve our seats in advance so we ended up getting the best seats in the house.I also absolutely loved the electronically reclining seats. I also loved the fact they were made out of a leather or pleather, because then I knew for sure the seats were clean instead of typical movie theater seats that are made of a cotton material and God knows whats in those seats and when the last time they were cleaned (if ever).The one thing I didnt like was the wall in front of us blocked a little bit of the bottom of the screen so it made it difficult to enjoy the entire movie.Overall this was an amazing price for everything you get!I would DEFINITELY recommend this movie theater 10 times over!

Decent theater. Well maintained and very decoritive. Cheap tickets on Tuesday matinee.Suprisingly small theaters but they do have reclining seats. Went early for kids movie. Not sure how hard it is to find a seat for new releases and die hard fans.1 free refill on your large popcorn is nice. The food is very expensive but that is common across all theaters.

I was there about a dozen times in 2019. The restrooms were always disgusting which is such a shame. Theatre was also not always cleaned completely when going in. Would move empty containers out of seats so others could have their seats.Comfy seats though and good prices on Tuesdays.

The best movie theater on the Grand Strand. The seats alone would be worth a 5 star review, but the staff is always great. As to be expected, a lot of them are pretty young, but that doesnt take away from the feeling that every person in there is committed to making sure you enjoy your experience.

Pretty nice Cinema chairs are getting trashed time to replace them and clean them real good.

Went here for valentines day to see sonic the hedgehog it was a great and hilarious movie I love this cinema because the seats are so comfortable and if you want to cuddle with ur loved one u can lift up the arm rest and be together without anything separating you very nice its like ur at home on the couch but with the biggest TV in the world absolutely love this place

MADE MY DAY:)))). My boyfriend wasnt treating me great and it was a cold night tonight and I had dressed up in a dress but I didnt bring a jacket and I had asked my boyfriend if he could grab me one from the house and he told me no I should of brought my own and its my problem not his so I was freezing and the lady in the ticket booth made a comment about how hes layered up and Im in a little dress so long story short this lady comes out after we alrdy walked in and she was calling to us so she could give me her jacket and little things like that make my day like how sweet. Thank you again

Great theater..only bad is they sell out of tickets VERY fast. If you arent into using online credit cards that dont do PayPal then you have to go way early in the day to buy tickets then return later fir show...too much. But the theater is VERY nice AND the ptices are low low

Large, modern clean theater including rest rooms. You actually get to select your own seats. I recommend doing this online. If you buy your tickets online, have the scan symbol on your phone or print it off. Then you can walk right up to kiosk inside building. Electric reclining chairs. Chairs are nicely spaced and theater is not crammed with seats. Good size screens. Great sound system. Concessions prices are about the same as every where else but stocked well and multiple lines open. Discounts available with Cinemark card. Bonus for me since I dont drink soda is they carry vitamin waters. This is the nicest indoor theater I have ever been in for around the prices of the others in our area.

When I got to the window the lady showed me the only seats available were Row A and the first seats at the end, right up to the screen. As the movie begins the whole upper back had so many seats available. I couldnt enjoy the movie because I was too close to the screen. I dont know why I she did this but I dont like paying for a movie and not being able to select my own seating. Very, very disappointed with Cinemark and will tell this to my other friends.

We bought our tickets on line and chose our usual seats. We chose a late showing on a Monday night. R rated flick. A lady comes in with 5 children, two of them under 5 years old. They sat in our row, commenting on how they would have to move if the people whose seats they were in showed up. I dont know where they were supposed to be sitting but they disturbed everyone. The kids were playing with their seats and jumping around. They all kept telling the baby to go back to sleep because she was being fidgety and loud. The two oldest were arguing, then laughing, then arguing some more, fighting over the popcorn and shared drink. We actually had to move seats so we could try and enjoy the movie. Other patrons were shushing them and I know another couple moved seats as well. (Luckily it wasnt crowded and we were able to move or we wouldve just walked out and asked for a refund)Who brings kids that young to an R rated movie? And that late? And where were the theatres attendees? Or do they not do that anymore? If someone would have stuck their head in at any given time, they wouldve seen and heard what we all had to put up with during the ENTIRE movie. I know its not the theatres fault that this mother was rude and inconsiderate but we were very disappointed in this visit. Ruined our whole experience.

This is by far the BEST theater I have been to! The seats are recliners!!! Hello?? I said RECLINERS!!! No more squirming from a sore bum or back from sitting through a movie in uncomfortable chairs. I was here on vacation and was secretly dreading sitting in a movie for that long after an 8 hour drive. NO!! It was amazing! The sound, lights, and concessions were also on point. The staff was super courteous and helpful and the entire place was pretty clean.

Nice show,always busy. Highly recommend you buy your tickets on line a week in advance during the summer because of allthe tourism. Expect full houses if it looks like rain.

I brought a group of about 35 people to watch“A Madea Family Funeral”! They accommodated us so well. They were priced reasonably with the tickets and concessions. The entire theater was clean including the bathroom! The reclining chairs were so comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing! The staff really did their best to accommodate us and they were awesome!

One word RECLINERS. Also micro beer! Parking at the mall can be tricky so thats a downer. Theater can be very cold, bring a sweater. Once you chill in that comfortable seat and sip a beer you may never go to another theater. I know I dont anymore

Got to the theater at 1045 before the 1100 start of the movie. The self service tickets were all out of order. No more then 20 people in front of me in a line. At 1100 there were still a half dozen in front of me and 30 people behind me. There was no way I was going to make the movie. The ticket seller was taking about two minutes per person. Bad planning. Bad management. I walked out with several other potential customers.

It was awesome!I loved everything from the recliner to the customer service.

The only problem I found was that short people and children cant see over the walls that are on every isle so the whole bottom of the screen is cut off. Everything else was great! Reclining seats and plenty comfortable!

Cinematic had limited showings of the movie The photograph and now is not showing at all. Very disappointing because I always go to that theatre.

Im not sure if I did a review already but I go to this theater often. My second time visiting they told me about the rewards program and Ive just been returning 1-2 times a month. The seats are clean every time Ive gone. The floors are also. Workers from the ticket booth, concession and the hist that collects the ti jets and directs us to out theater as great. I get information I need when I get my tickets. I find I can have conversations with the concession workers and they are relatable. And then the man how is usually there taking the tickets always has my family and I laughing so we end up walking to our theaters after the whole experience still smiling. I recommend this theater to any of the people who live.by me. (They just closed the Conway theater so we all have to travel 30 minutes or more to Cinemark) If were going to drive such a long distance to get to the theater from Aynor/Conway I will always choose the one with the best experience from start to finish!

We caught a movie while on vacation because it was raining. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility. I also enjoyed the big comfortable seating.

Oh wow. Reclining seats, enough room that at fully reclined you dont have to move your feet for people walking across. Sound system is on point. The staff was nice and while waiting to get into the movie they made small talk.

Love this theater! Easy to purchase tickets with the Cinemark app. Love the ease of being able to select seats in advance. And since Im a member of the movie club, I especially love that theres no service fees and that I get 20% at the snack bar! Did you know they sell kettle corn? In fact, its THE best kettle corn Ive ever eaten!! We also love the reclining seats and the theaters are always very clean.
