The music and vocals are great. The food and service was also very good. The drinks were gross. I had the catfish and fries, butter pound cake with icecream with grill marks and the shrimp with fries. I will certainly visit again.

Ive been meaning to stop on and check it out for a while so tonight I did. I just wanted to have a drink and check out open mic night. It wasnt very busy tonight...which is normal for this time of year, but ..I got a great drink, but moreover, the place is owned and run by very inviting and friendly people. I enjoyed live jazz music while I had my drink and met a couple really nice people. I have yet to have the food, but it LOOKS incredible, and I will be back for dinner ASAP!

Good music and good food. But food price was a little high. Want a bottle of wine but could only buy it by the glass. Have happy hour price, but club does not open until happy hour is almost halfway over. Wish the stag was in a different position. Over all good musicand will go back .

Great atmosphere. Food quality is a little lacking. Many of the items I ordered were overcooked. Also the Shrimp and grits recipe is horrific and needs to be revisited with a more traditional recipe. Grapes, shrimp, and grits arent it. Otherwise the music was great and the establishment was very clean.

This was my first time at this establishment. It was a cozy place to hear good music and eat great food. The owner and staff were very nice an professional.

Great Jazz! They could use some better marketing but we are coming back for the Friday/Saturday sessions. Make sure you stop by instead of the normal boardwalk bar scenes.

The atmosphere and intimacy is spectacular, youre greeted with kind faces as soon as you walk in. The service was all that you could ask for and the food was absolutely mind blowing. The band played their hearts out and treated everyone in the club like family. It truly deserves 5 stars and well be back again for sure.

In love with the classy atmosphere and love put into this local live jazz club, with excellent, surprisingly affordable, food to boot. The people are kind, the music is relaxing & full of life. This restaurant is a jewel of the downtown Myrtle Beach experience and refreshing that they care about giving back community & host many live-theatrical shows in their separate theatrical space. Dinner and a show is a must at this hot new venue.

Grown up atmosphere good food great music and loads of fun

The music was great! Recommend reservations. We called late the afternoon we went and got an 8:30pm reservation. Be prepared, this is a new business and the staff is working through the kinks. Clean, but plain, decor. Food was ok. Not a huge wine list, but the choices we had were good. Service was prompt and very friendly. We felt very welcomed. We were seated at 8:35pm as the band was just returning from a break. The band played straight through until about 10:15. Really enjoyed the music. A great way to spend a cold winter evening in Myrtle Beach. I hope to go again.

This was my first experience at a jazz club. Nice ambiance and very relaxing to hang out with friends. The music was great! Loved the variety of singers.

My family and I came around 7:30. We made reservations and it took about 10 min for us to be seated ... which wasn’t bad and we got a great spot near the stage. One problem.. we stayed for 45 min and no one came to our table to take our order .. not for food or drinks or to check on us . The Jazz was great and I would come again for that but they are understaffed... at least when they realized what happened they apologized and offered to discount our drinks.

Amazing time. The performances were spectacular. Fun filled evening. Great environment and Superb entertainment.

I have been in Myrtle Beach for almost 12 years and I have been wanting a Jazz Club/Lounge in the area. I am so excited to see P. Reynolds Jazz Club is here. It’s a small intimate space with a simple, chill decor. There is a bar at the entrance and Terrance is ready to hook your drink up. Our waiter Aidiko had a great attitude and provided good insight to the food. Now, the food was amazing and very tasty- especially my chicken with garlic rosemary cream sauce! I also tried the sweet cornbread-wow! But very important- the music sets the atmosphere. A true music lover is coming with plans just to chill and enjoy the music with good company- you can do that here. Cudos to Patrice for bring this spot to the area. I will be back soon!

A quaint little jazz club with cozy atmosphere, excellent, friendly staff, wonderfully prepared Cajun cuisine and the reason I came in the first place, an intimate little theatre offering a great play written by a local playwright.

Cozy little spot where you can chill out and relax while enjoying alive jazz band. Dinner service is great.

Went in last night as a party of four and had a wonderful time! The service was very good and extremely attentive, our food was good with nice presentation. One guest at our table is from Maryland and very picky about Crabcakes, I will say, she absolutely raved about the ones here! So I definitely recommend trying them!We had reservations to the first seating and throughly enjoyed listening to the fabulous Jazz music as well as Nacey’s beautiful voice singing while dining. We will definitely be back soon! Happy Myrtle Beach now has a JAZZ location to go to.

I hate posting poor reviews, and only do when my experience is REALLY poor. Unfortunately thats the case here. I hope this review serves to help the location improve. I actually went to P Reynolds 2 days in a row, and had 2 poor experiences. The first night I went with my aunt just to check out the place. We sat at a bar height table, received menus, then another server came by and took our drink order. Atleast 10 mins went by and no drinks, no server. The music was nice, but we decided to leave. I went back the next night with a group of 9 people. My husband and I arrived after the group had already been relocated to a different table since theyd been there. We finally had a server come by to order drinks. I got a mixed drink that tasted like grape juice. Others at the table tried and agreed it was awful. Another person at the table got a dirty martini and it was bad too. The wine was ok. Again, the music was good. But our entire group decided to leave and went to eat at The Aspen Grille instead. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Good music but the food was too pricey. Paid $35.00 for prim rib steak only, no sides. There should have been two sides for the price.
