Their personnel are very helpful with a great attitude. They are open from noon to 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week.You May want to call ahead on holidays. Beautiful Artistic glass pipes. however Most are quite expensive. On the flip side For a smaller store they have a nice selection of Inventory and price ranges for everyone.Dont forget to get new screens, I believe they stock both stainless and brass in different sizes.I bought one item that turned out to be defective and returned with no problems, which I *highly* appreciated. Give them a try I dont believe you will be disappointed.

I went to this store for the first time a few years ago. I saw they had decent prices and some really good stuff. Then I started buying some e-coils for my wax rig and they had the best price and in the right location. But then we go into quarantine and everything shuts down. Well I emailed the owner and he was more than willing to ship me whatever I needed. Austin is the man. I love this store. And will be a customer forever.

Bought a couple of things from here but my favorite item was the rubber bong, that I got around Christmas time last year. I checked a couple of other places for it, and not only did Psycle Sams have it but it was also a better price and the ora of the store was chill and the staff were very helpful, this store is definitely recommended.!

I have been a customer for a long time but Im afraid to say I will never spend money here again. I just recently I purchased a hive dive concentrate kit. The first day I smoked out of it dry and everything was fine. The second day I thought I would try it with water. I tried to put water in it and it just leaks out the bottom. I went online and they are intended to use wet or dry. I talked to a employee at the shop and he said all sales are final and there is nothing they can do about it. Its really messed up because I look at pictures online and you can see there is a manufacturer defect in mine and it was nothing I had done to it. I also looked on different web sites and they at least give me a 30 day guarantee on the product. I hate to say it but, I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Psycle Sams, and I will try to do all my shopping online from now on. The sad thing is I live to give money to local businesses. Thank you for your time.
