Foods good they sometimes get behind on making pizzas when a bunch of people come in. Ask them for a particular pizza when you pay if you want something specific.

The staff this date were not exactly friendly, not a very warm welcome. Pizza was what you would expect from a buffet. But don’t leave your fresh full plate of dessert pizza to get your drink refilled, the staff was very adequate at cleaning tables for the next guest. They threw our food away....then a 15 minute wait for more dessert pizza which didn’t come. Go to Mugsy’s hideout or Mister B’s. I promise you will be happier for it.

They make a great pizza with the prettiest girls in the state to take your order. Clean low key atmosphere with a full buffet. You Definitely dont want to miss this place!

Not the best. Basically a run down Chuck E Cheese. Half the games dont give tickets so pointless to play them.

We ordered 2 dessert pizzas and a 2 liter tonight through Murray Eats, they got delivered to our house and not only did we not receive our 2 liters BUT the Pineapple Dessert Pizza was not all the way Cooke BUT the Cinnamon Sticks has a chemical taste to them! NOT HAPPY AT ALL with our first experience with Mr.Gattis in Murray!!!!

Just wanted to thank the Murray KY Mr. Gattis for making my weekend better. I live in Nashville and all of our Gattis have closed down over the past several years. I grew up eating Mr. Gattis and it brings me great memories of being a kid and I miss is so much. We were in the KY area yesterday and hunted down a Mr. Gattis. The pizza was great, the service was so friendly and nice and thank you for delivering a great pizza and not compromising this quality of your pizza. Ill be back!

I loved the variety they have on their buffet. Pricing is on point and very reasonable for an all you can eat buffet. The place is very clean and the employees are very kind. They have a great little game room area for kids to play. The restaurant is quite large and can accommodate large parties. The only thing I did not like were their winter hours. The lunch time buffet ended at 1:30, and we were not told that. We arrived at 1:00

I have not been to this place in years. I went to the one in Draftenville, Ky (if it is still open). Some of the best pizza I have tried.

Way to much but good food

Was there for a birthday that my little girl was invited to. It seemed like they was having a hard time keeping pizza on the buffet. Only had 1 or 2 pizzas to choose from. My daughter had a great time though.

We went there after church tonight not realizing they closed at 8. We got there about 7:20. There were several people in there already eating. We had to ask for food to be put out for us to eat after they took our money. We also went to get some more to drink around 8 and they had already dumped the sweet and unsweet tea out. They cleared out the salad bar also. While we were trying to eat what little food we had, they took up the mats that were in front of the doors and threw them over by our table causing a trip hazard. We frequent Gattis quite often but not so sure that we will for a while. I had water but everyone else paid for a drink and there was nothing to get after the first glass. When I worked in restaurants before, if someone came in before you closed, you made sure they were taken care of. Very disappointed in the Murray Gattis!!!

Food was great. 3 is as high as I go on any pizza buffet. I do reccomend this place especially if you have kids

I only ever really get the chocolate chip dessert pizza or BBQ chicken pizza but its always great! The place is great for parties as well.

Grandsons birthday party held here. Private room. Staff friendly and helpful. Pizza choices were plentiful. Two dessert pizzas. Nice buffet with plenty of choices. Four pasta dishes and salad bar. Family oriented. Huge game room for kids.

They have really good pizza, will cook any pizza you request, and are prompt to clean up. I love the addition of the TV screen that tells you what pizza is coming up next. It is really cool.

Foods always fresh.. They will make special orders to put on buffet.. Great place.. Even has a arcade as a little added bonus..

Friendly family place. Pizza buffet w/salad bar available. Game room. We opted for having fresh pizza made. Had one individual pizza and one medium for two of us. With beverage, bill was only $18. Served promptly hot, and was good quality. Took home enough leftover for tomorrow. Pizza was good, not a masterpiece home run, but certainly good served in a nice atmosphere by friendly people.

The pizza is pretty good. They have some fun games in the arcade.

The kids had a blast! Pizza was just ok, prices fair. Arcade is old style with pay per play tokens and my modern children who are use to play cards with unlimited play for time were slightly confused. We will just go to play next time and skip the pizza.

Good place to take your kids. I like that they will let kids create a ticket saving account so you can save tickets from visit to visit. My only complaint is the lack of meatless options on the pizza bar. You are basically stuck with cheese, and if a veggie pizza does come out, it has every vegetable know to man on it. But if you ask nicely, they will usually put out what you would like.

Awesome place! Great pizza! I hate sauce but theirs was just fine!! Nice little game room, salad bar, and the dessert pizza.... omg! The dessert pizza was unlike anything I thought it would be! Lol even went well with the pizza and the sauce! staff was friendly and made sure to leave our plates until we left! I left my phone by one of the games and it was returned! Gotta love that!

Tried it because we heard such amazing things about Gattis from my brother up farther in Kentucky. Needless to say, we were not impressed whatsoever. When you go with three growing boys and they wont even eat it, it tells you something.

Had a Woodmen Life Cjapter 592 meeting about 67 were present. Gattis was accommodating and kept the fresh pizza, etc on the bar. Great time was had by all. This was our pizza & movie night so everyone present also got a movie matinee pass. The children were rewarded with tokens for the games. We want to say THANK YOU to the Gattis (in Murray, KY) staff for all their hard work.

Good pizza great tasting desserts and salad bar.

Only visited the arcade for our young grandson, but 3+ machines were out of order. Small area & limited choices, but probably the best arcade in town considering.

I love to eat here when the buffet is fresh. Sometimes its a mess in here due to kids and play area. Their cheesesticks are awesome. However, the buffet tends to be a bit sparse in delivering more food.

Customer service is at 0% I guess this is what happens when children are left to run a business. Not sure why someone would getting crappy over free tokens, like they pay for them. Horrible management too, she was a baby. Didn’t even know how to handle a complaint. Ruined it for the kids!

Excellent pizza buffet!

Quality pizza at affordable prices. You can request whatever pizza you want and they will make it and its usually ready in about 10 minutes or less. Our kids enjoy it obviously. The game room is acceptable and most of the time the games are serviced and working. Obviously the game room is not a value, but it isnt supposed to be and all of the prizes can be bought for 3 times less at Walmart. Its like gambling for children. But, that cant really be a reason to leave a bad review. This location in particular is solid and I would recommend.Changed to 5 stars due to proactive ownership and the fact that the quality of this Mr Gattis is superior to most others. The place is well taken care of and cleaned. They let you host parties for free and the game room is generally well matienenced.Sometime all it takes for that extra star is to show the customer you are listening. Thank you.

Always great place to grab a bite. Pizza of various kids, little bit of spaghetti and a salad with a desert to top it all off will make me smile every time. Love stopping here.

The pizza is gross, the garlic sticks are worse. They use some kind of bisquick mix instead of pizza dough. Stick to salad and you will be fine.

Very disappointing place for food/meals. Buffet gets WIPED OUT very quickly. Special requests (vegetarian, all meat, jalapeños etc.) usually come out wrong and are scarfed up quickly too. Took three children who had to fight LARGE adults to get something to eat. Almost animalistic. Avoid this place if you just want a normal meal with normal portions of normal quality. Otherwise wear a helmet and jump in at your own risk. Its a free for all and the staff can only stand by and watch it all happen. One lady literally took a whole pizza and put it on her plate. Not very appetizing to say the least. Even though we paid, we left hungry....shame on us.
