I love this movie theater! Enough said, right?No! This establishment is amazing, from the clean and beautiful exterior to the dazzling yet refreshing snack bar. Every experience here is better then the previous.The staff here are also to speak for; always friendly, kind, and gracious. Even after spilling a drink they will replace it for you and help you clean up your mess.And a big thank you to the staff for keeping a tight leash on social distancing guidelines. I highly recommend this theater.

Showrooms are huge, seats are spacious, lots of leg room in between rows, will never again be bother during a movie with people walking during the show. Bring you a blanket, leather seat recliners make you feel at home. This location has a bar as you enter the cinema, cant miss it, not required to purchase a movie if you just want to have a drink or two. I recommend getting the AMC app, I purchase my tickets and seats two days before the show, super easy to use. This cinema is definitely my favorite, AMC Stones River is my go to cinema from now on!

Visited twice in the same week and I am truly disappointed. In a time when companies should be doing all it can to retain customers and promote sells they continue to use this pandemic as an excuse. This facility is now only offering popcorn, candy, and beverages. The staff given their playful and yet unprofessional behavior seems to be enjoying the new menu, oblivious to the fact their jobs like most 85% of the items on the menu will be no longer available.

Ive been to many AMC theaters around the country for many of years. Ive been a stub member for 10+ years. I have never had a level of disrespect for an AMC like I received. We just left chuck e cheese and decided to come over to AMC to watch Adams Family. We brought over leftovers with us and the toys they got. The employee made us throw it away. This is beyond different than any AMC I have been to. Other locations let you bring it in as long as its leftovers and toys.. its not like we brought a whole pizza in. One of my sisters is a amc employee at a different location and the same guy who made us throw food wouldnt let us go to the concessions stand to get her employee passes even when the manager of this location told us to. We pushed our way through anyway. The cupholders are so nasty filled with water. We had to watch the movie in light. Not worth the money we paid for concessions and for the 3 other tickets. This location is one of the worst I have ever seen. I will not be back to this location and will tell everyone i know not to come here. This AMC is not worth the money you spend.DO NOT COME HERE . NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

Not a good theater as far as customer service goes. The kids working there are inexperienced and dont understand what the customer wants. They sent me and my 12 year olds to the wrong movie, I felt as if it was on purpose bc the movie was called freaky and not suitable for kids 12 and under. The concession stand got my order wrong and although I liked the reclining chairs, I will not be returning to this theater. Also way too pricey. What a waste of my hard earned money and time!!! 2 stars bc of the recliners

Solid theater. There was a little sound crackling but I was watching Tenet and that movie is so much louder than most movies so that might not happen for other movies. Staff was nice and seats were clean and comfy.

They are doing a great job keeping everything clean and safe. We were distanced by much more than 6 feet.

The cremate Lizzie was very accommodating and helpful!

Technology makes checking in very easy, concession stand moves fairly quickly, comfortable chairs! I always bring a throw blanket.

Comfortable seats super spacious and reclining. They offer assign seating so you know where you sitting as soon as you got your ticket. But make sure you bring a blanket it gets a bit chilly in there! Normally very clean and the staff do a great job maintaining it.

Glad we have a nice theater with those popular modern amenities like reserved seating, recliners, bar, and simple promo membership perks. Tuesday movies are best value on a budget. Cameo popcorn drink is plenty for the single serve. Only issue is that for some reason cell service walking up to and inside is difficult. This totally negates any convenience of having your ticket in the app...

I feel Im being somewhat generous with 4 stars.Upsides: Good location. Plenty of parking. Great seats. Has a bar.Downsides: Concession stands seem to never have enough help. The lines are a bit ridiculous. While the seats are very nice and new the rest of the facility feels a bit old and dingy.A remodel and a couple more workers would go a long way for this movie joint.Love you guys but please...step it up. We, consumers, are paying good money to come here.

The staff was very polite. Buying tickets at the kiosk was a breeze. The only thing is look close to the seat you pick. The seating is a bit weird. Buying snacks was a neat experience. You put butter on your own the popcorn and get your own drink. For a regular popcorn 2 regular drinks and 2 candy it cost about $28usd. I loved the seats and how clean everything was. Even the trash cans where clean. The bath rooms where a nice size and her clean. The toilet paper was closer to sand paper than tissue. Over all it was great and I will be returning.

I really like this theater. They have a impressive menu so there are a lot of food options. The food is pricey though. The seats are very comfortable, with a recliner option. The theaters are spacious as well. They have a bar, though Ive never been so I dont know how the drinks are or what the prices would be. This is the best theater in town.

One of the cleanest theaters Ive ever seen in my life! I love the seats. And there are no bad seats in this place. No one can possibly sit in front of your view when youre in one of these recliners. I love it there!!

Comfy chairs. Good audio and projector system. Good overall experience. Didnt have any drinks or snacks so cant say if they were good. And I got my tickets from work so not sure if the prices were appropriate. But good theater, a tad smaller than I expected.

Chairs recline and are comfortable. Popcorn was warm and delicious. Movie was spectacular. Loved the surround sound. It made me feel like I was in the movie itself.

I absolutely love the reserved seating. Very comfy reclining seats. If you like pretzels and can accept the challenge, get the Bavarian Legend Pretzel. 1.5lbs of the best pretzel you will ever eat! I cant wait to go back!

Loved this place! First time going to this location and its pretty awesome! It was very clean, which is surprising since hardly any movie theater is super clean. The workers at the concessions were very friendly and patient with my 6 year old daughter.

Really nice, very comfortable! Candy selection isn’t the best though. And they are super expensive! But as long as you don’t mind dropping 40 dollars at the movies, this is the place!!

We bought tickets online and maybe i didnt pay close enough attention but i thought we were sitting in the back but our seats were up close. I went back out to the lobby and the lady who helped me (wish i got her name) swapped my tickets out and let me pick out new seats. Very helpful! Reclining seats were amazing and with very wide rows you dont ever have to worry about someone tall sitting in front of you.

This is the best theater I have ever been to. This is my new go to theater now. Reserved reclining seats in pairs are great. Theres plenty of aisle space. I have also found the cost of a movie is cheaper than some of the older theaters. Definitely worth the trip to this theater!

I love the fact I could choose my seat and prepay online. The seats were very comfortable. The theater was clean and so were the bathrooms. This theater is definitely worth the money. Concession were a bit pricey but thats no surprise.

For 2 people to see a movie it was $50. 2 tickets ended up being $35 with tax. We got one drink and a small popcorn for $15. The area by concessions was filthy. The floor was very sticky and there was popcorn everywhere. Not to mention the drinks are self service which is less sanitary. For $50, I want to be waited on and the theater had better be spotless. I will NOT be going back.

Such a great new experience to going to the movies. You have assigned seats so you never have to worry about splitting up a group. The recliners are very comfortable and the food options are better than your typical theater.

VERY good theater. The reclining seats are amazing and pretty much any seat you get is going to be a good one. The food options are pretty extensive, ranging from your classic buttered popcorn to chicken and waffles. Was gonna remove a star for high food prices, but thats expected at pretty much every theater. The tickets themselves are around $12-$15.The service there is pretty moderate, nothing to complain about. I really like it here!

Very dirty. Outrageously over priced. No small drinks or popcorn. Popcorn is overcooked. Drink machine gives odd taste. Self-serve everything is not good. So Americanized, impersonal, generic. The place had a bar though, which is good because you need a drink to shut out the atmosphere.

Took my Daughter and Granddaughter to see Jumanji: The Next Level on 1/3/2020 for the 10 pm show.Movies are a big ticket entertainment item now...tickets for 3, 3 drinks, 1 M&M, and a popcorn is going to to hit you for almost $75.Movie is supposed to start at 10 pm...10:05 pm no previews, nothing...10:10 pm Im walking out to the concession stand and tell the attendant there is nothing playing for the 10:00 pm movie. He looks at me like...no way. He contacts someone over the radio, I get back to my seat and things start at 10:18 pm.Bathrooms are not very clean and the floors in the concession area were like walking on sticky tape and there was trash (paper, popcorn, etc.) everywhere. For the price of the popcorn, you would expect an exceptional product...it was not.Its nice they have a bar in the theater but this place when being built was touted as a dining/movie venue. Not sure what happened but I have been to places offering a full movie/dining experience...this isnt it.

Very comfy seating but 3 popcorn and 2 drinks cost as much as the tickets. Everyone knows popcorn isnt expensive but they charge way to much. Overall experience was nice.

As theatres go this one is on par with most, it is set above others in the ease of ticket purchase and speedy concessions. It has very comfy reclining seating. And for the adults they include a full bar, only thing I can think to make better is wait service at your seat. The trade off is good.

Seats are fabulous! Alot of fun with a cool design and concept. While it is pricey, deal packs are kinda cool.

Horrible they kick me and my parents out of amc 9 because we werent gonna wear mask its not a law you do not have to wear a mask unless the law says you do. But this kid said to my dad you can take it off when you get inside, yeah that makes no sense at all. Like I said its not a law!!!!!!!!

This is the most comfy I have ever been in a movie theater. Electronic recliner seats are sooooo nice! The movie quality and the sound system were great!My only complaint would be about the concession area. Specifically, around the drink machine. Definitely needed some attention from some staff. It was nasty. Other than that... Great theater!

Great place to see a movie. Just watched Abominable 3d. I was so cute.

It was my 1st time here, so really didnt know what to expect. 1st movie to watch was the Joker really enjoyed it, not just because the movie was great, but the place itself. Very clean, staff was very friendly and just like the organized in this place. Really enjoyed those lazy boy seats and man are comfortable!!

We had a great time and the price of tickets was better than we expected. It was a bit warmer than other theaters and I love that. I had dressed for the freezing that I usually have at others and was able to remove the excess layers. The reclining seats, space between them, and general comfort level were wonderful.

If I could remove half a star I would because sometimes Ive been to a movie and the cleanup crew seemed to be less than motivated to keep things top notch- especially by the soda machine.Other than that the only other concern is the two soda machines result in large wait lines as well as the tops to the cups being between the two machines make it difficult to navigate around individuals.Besides that it is comfortable and roomy which is the primary concern.

The theater is great. It is a little difficult to find the entrance when we first got there (lol!) It seems like their entrance is in the back? Anyway, the theater itself is nice. It seems new, clean, and well maintained. The carpets dont have that musty smell. We havent tried their food yet. The seats arent as comfortable as they were in AMC dine-in Franklin. But they are still nice and spacious. We just moved here in Murfreesboro and well probably come here often!

Ok... so I am not from this area originally. So when you put me in a recliner and offer mixed drinks with a movie, I am amazed! The only thing that was bad was the movie itself. But hey, the theater didnt create or film the new Fantasy Island.

Ive only been once but I loved it! Its the nicest theater Ive been to and the reclining seats were good to keep my toddler comfortable.

Beautiful theater.My husband loved the recliners and the fact that even when the chair was completely extended, people can still walk by without him having to stand up.I like the drink dispenser! Although some of the flavors were empty.I like the fact that there were 10:30 am show times! Go see a movie and still have the rest of the day.

The movie was first rate, the atmosphere was relaxing, really enjoyed the reclining seats. The theater wasnt overly crowded due to the new layout.of the seats.Will definitely be going back and recommend it to everyone.

Would be 5 but I have the movie pass but this theater doesnt have most of the new releases. The newest star wars movie was the last movie I seen there. The other movies I want to see I have to goto the rundown nasty theater down the road. I want the new clean nice theater. thinking about canceling my AMC pass cause of this. I have the A-list membership, so I pay $20 to be able to see up to 3 movies a week.I saw Men In Black in 3d and Aladdin, if I didnt have the membership I wouldve paid about $30 for my tickets.I bought the pretzel combo for about $23, it was worth it because the pretzel was the size of my head.The seats recline and are pretty comfortable. The seats are reserved when you buy tickets so you can see how full a theater is before choosing it(shown in the picture).

Comfortable seating, decent sound system, snack bar isnt bad(just expensive). Mixed drinks are a bit pricey.

One of my sisters works at a different AMC, the manager of this location told her to go to the concessions stand to get her and my other sisters tickets. The other guy stopped them, made them throw leftovers from chuck e cheese and 2 bags of good cotton candy closed ones and he still had issues letting them through. Yet they went through anyway. We have been loyal stubs members for many years and it has been okay as long as its closed and leftovers, and at my sisters location it is okay too. And these cup holders are nasty. Will stick to regal and my. Sisters AMC.

They should label the seats a bit more clearly; but aside from that it was incredibly comfortable and they had tons of food options. Good theater.

Cant beat it benefits with the A-List membership. Comfortable recliner seats but the plexi-glass wall in front of each row of seats tends to obstruct full view of the screens. Also, avoid sitting in any of the first three seats on either show of any auditorium because the running lights along the stairs will glare in your eyes during the movie. Also, the theatres can get pretty messy and greasy when large crowds have been to see a movie.

I love this theater! I have been going to this theater exclusively since they opened.Reasons:-Reserved seating-Can use app to buy tickets (and BE my ticket)-Have morning shows (which are cheaper than almost any other theater!)-Became a Premier member for $15/YEAR (!) and can skip the majority of the line for concessions and have no online fees for ticket purchasing. Very good deal!-Reclining seats!The only real downside for this theater for some people (not me, usually) is that it is cold in their theaters. My wife has taken to bringing a blanket with us when we go, and I see other people with them often. However, being warm natured, I love it.

Paid online and arrived 10 min late due to heavy traffic. (Didn’t even miss the beginning of the movie) Doors were locked. A worker stared at us through the GLASS door. We knocked. He did not come to open. Finally, a woman leaving came and opened the door. Worker didn’t acknowledge us at all. Approached him and informed him that we paid online. We asked if we could get checked in. He blank faced stared at us. We asked if he saw us outside. He said he didn’t see us. How could he not see us through a GLASS door. Told him we saw him stare at us. He then stated, oh I was unsure if I could answer the door...... ok. Went to the concession stands and asked if they were still taking orders. The workers, glanced at us, and did not speak one word. A worker came from the back and informed us that they were not taking orders. This was an interesting experience.

This theater is really nice, clean and welcoming... the 3 stars are because their concessions drink line is the worst set up I’ve ever seen.They charge the typical movie theater price of $7 for a drink and then hand you a cup and direct you to stand in a 20 minute long line to fill up your drink on your own.No thanks... too bad the other theaters in town are abysmally run down otherwise they would get my business

Concessions were filthy. Pop machines were giving more carbonated water than they should so the drinks were watered down. Person who took my order was a jerk (I thought long and hard for the best way to describe this person and this was the most accurate word I could think of). The loveseat style reclining seats are a saving grace, but even those should have been more comfortable.

Loved the cleanliness when i went, and the reclining seats are amazing. They are comfortable and make the viewing experience much more enjoyable than i would have guessed compared to normal theater chairs. I definitely plan on coming back to this one a lot.

It was clean, plenty of room for legs stretched out, cup holders for each seat. We picked and reserved are seats and paid all on line! Easy peasy!!! By the way I am 68 years old and not very good on online and it was easy for me. Prices on food high but to pay for the comfort well worth it!

Great movie theater seats are electric recliners with a fold up center arm rest for you and your other to actually sit together. Seating is able to be reserved online. Open bar when you walk in drinks are affordable and a nice addition to a good movie to relax. Wide selection of candy, food, and iceys. Staff is very friendly and always wanting to help. Very clean place! They have a movie pass that is definitely worth it if you go every week!.

Oh my gosh this is the coolest movie theater ever!!! Nice recliners and well air-conditioned. Bring a blanket! Its expensive but its worth it for the big movies. If you go during the week before 12 its only $5 which is perfect for me and the kids.

Great movie theater. Awesome seats and sound quality. Plus side if you have kids.. They serve alcoholic beverages that you can take with you into the theater.. So if rambunctious kids are driving you crazy gather them up for a good movie and have yourself a drink.. just avoid concessions.. They are murderous with concession prices.. oddly enough the alcohol is relatively fair priced considering its $10 for a mixed drink and $8 roughly for a large drink at concessions. Go figure but thats all theater concessions... So anyways even with that issue still this place gets a solid 5.

Usually, we have a much better experience, but today not too good. Concessions must of been short staffed because it was way too long of a wait time. The bathrooms were nasty and out of soap & paper towels. Hubby said mens room was bad also. Urinals were overflowing. Gross. The movie itself was good, but the trashcans were full.
