Ever since this place went to new ownership, the rent went way up and theres a ton of new rules on top of all the old ones. There is no difference in the rent, no matter if youve been here 20 years or just moved in, and no matter how big your yard is. Some are huge, while I have a small strip of grass on one side of our house, which you can see in the attached photo (my side is the one that needs mowing). There is no yard in the back, front, or other side. Just a long driveway there. And my neighbors next door use the yard on the opposite side of their house than everyone else does, which means they think they have the whole thing to themselves and are constantly complaining about my using the only yard I have. They have even been calling the local animal control every other week because they dont like my puppies. You can even see the old man standing on the edge of my driveway next to the dumpster, serendipitously taking photos of my house! But the manager here does nothing about it and it is impossible to talk to the owners. I cant wait to move out of this place!
