The grass needs mowing. Not a very pleasant place.

It would be a good place if they allowed inside pets that stay inside. I really wanted to rent one because I grew up in a mobile home but I have a dog that is house broke stays inside wouldnt bite a anyone unless they was trying to hurt me or my brother and. Only gos out 5 minutes at a time to do her business. They sould really change there pet policy and just charge a pet deposit. No outside pets is understandable but inside pets should be allowed! Just my opinion.

This store has lots of cool stuff! From kitchen and dining to decorative items. I always find something interesting!

Only visited here a few times but it is one of the nicest mobile home communities I have been to. The office lady was very nice and the residents do a good job at keeping there homes/yards looking good.

My grandma lives here. Pretty quiet and very clean mobile home park. A lot of Hispanic live here now and they park in the street and in their yards which makes it kinda hard to get through the streets in the trailer park though. Besides that small issue my grandma likes living there.

While it is a quiet neighborhood, the new owners have drastically raised the lot rent, imposed a ton of new rules, and the promised swimming pool does not exist. Its a gazebo that nobody uses now. Plus, theres no compensation for lots with no yards. Some have huge yards and others have smaller ones. I have none. Absolutely no yard at all except for a strip of grass on one side of our mobile home which faces the neighbors, who are constantly harassing me because they do not like that I use that bit of grass. They are an old couple who think that they are entitled to the whole thing, and they even put their garbage and leaves, etc, on my small side of the yard. When I complained about this it fell on deaf ears since the old lady is a friend of the managers. Yet the rent is the same for everyone regardless of the size of your yard, which is totally unfair since it is the land for which you are paying rent! If you like a ton of rules in your home community that is biased, then this is the place to find that.

Good, clean trailer homes. Need more parking for guests by the trailers, no one likes to park wayyy by the mailboxes. Just not safe at night

I watch my grandson at this place he is 4 ! Ive lived in apartments and trailers and Ive never in all my years renting & I have 4 daughters had a noise complaint in a place full of children mind you had a complaint that your kids are to loud in the evening! He has a 8 you year old sister an 9 year old girl cousin and a 7 year old boy cousin in the afternoon is the time of day right after school for a couple of hours he has a boy playmate! Geez a noise complaint in a park full of children! Uuugghhhh! A noise complaint! A bit excessive in my opinion! There kids! And gone by 6pm they do have school in the morning. Cmon
