Very impressed with Sky Zone! My 7 year old grandson has been 4 or 5 times and always enjoys himself. The Sky Zone Team Members are first class and do a good job helping encourage the children. Today, Emari was FANTASTIC helping the children play Knock Off one on one matches in the foam squares. Thanks for hiring such talented young adults as Team Members!

Super fun place. My 5 yr old is having a lot of fun. The prices are a little high but there are a lot of different things to do!

Murfreesboro is the worst location I ever been to! My son cried because the rude Manger Will said my son couldn’t jump. He said we showed up late. NOT THE CASE! We stood in that long line trying to get them check in. We had already did the waiver... A lady with red hair said we could jump after our party, told us to go ahead and go to the party room. After the party, they’re mind was changed. I’m sure if we Wasn’t of color, my kids could’ve jumped.

Lots to do, excellent staff and super clean. Noticed several hand sanitizer stations and staff cleaning. Thank you for keeping it safe - will be back soon!

Kids loved it. Ages 10, 6 and 3. Great time was has by all.

The last visit I had a skyzone. Autumn was really great with my kids and was super polite. She always made sure to make my kids laugh and we will definitely come back.

Emari at skyzone in Murfreesboro is awesome! He spent time coaching my daughter and her friends on how to get up the warped wall and made their experience great! Clean facility and would def go back!

Hate to say it because I had high hopes for this place. The only reason I am giving it two starts is because our party host Alexus I think was her name was really great and kept checking on us. Check in was a disaster there was one girl standing at the stand and was drowning and even said I’m so sorry but it’s just me today. It’s a Saturday and I have worked service so I understand things happen but it was a million people in front of her. Second the fact that you pay $300+ for the Elite party package and have to wait around for maybe a table to come available is crazy. There should be room to accommodate people spending this amount of money to at least have seats for older people who want to come to the party but can’t jump. A restriction on the number of people allowed may be something to think about given covid and again accommodating people. We also had no cart with our name ready. No direction. My party in the party room started at 4:15 I was told we could go in at 4 and when I asked they were cleaning still and I took it upon myself to decorate and hurry and put stuff together so my guests could SIT DOWN. Won’t be planning another party here!

Very disappointed in management and place!Went to have a membership with them and was very interested in ELITE+After they handed the agreement, I went over it and was going to sign it based on a 3 months obligation period. Later, the associate tells me that they handed me the wrong agreement and that it’s for another state. Their store requires a 6 months obligation while the agreement stated 3 months. Manager didn’t want to help or honor their own mistake so we just left in disappointment.Who wants to be obligated to pay $1500 and not even sure we will make it every day for 6 months. I accepted the 3 months even though it wasn’t to my liking but I was okay with it.The place is not even that impressing.I wouldn’t recommend for the price range they go by because you could simply find similar places like sky high or bounce house and many more for much much cheaper and still a lot of fun!The place needs better management and better price ranges!

Waited 40 minutes to get checked in paid $25 per kid & then had to buy socks. Kiosks weren’t working, one person checking in everyone. Great activities but very on organized.

There is so much to do for both kids and adults to enjoy! We will definitely be going back.

We absolutely loved it! Its a great place to take your family and get some fun exercise in.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff was incredible but I was forced to pay for my 11 month old who isn’t walking. On their website it says they have access to a toddler area...I’d love to know what they consider to be a toddler area because even when we asked they told us there’s not one. To top it off I was also forced to buy $4 useless socks for a kid that honestly doesn’t even wear shoes yet so he could “jump”.

Absolutely love the staff and the facilities! We had a private event there and it couldn’t have went any better! The place was immaculate, the staff was accommodating and were happy to be there after hours! I will be planning another event soon!

So far so good! I really didnt know what to expect since it was a trampoline park and it was my first time going here. So I was greeted by an employee named Vanessa, who helped me get an Elite Membership out of nowhere. Receiving this made me realize that I spent my money at the right place!

My son and I love this place. We did the summer pass and it has been well worth it. Great staff as well!

Checked this place out upon opening to see if they were taking safety measures. They totally were! After our first visit we decided to invest in a pass and we have had zero regret.While all of the staff seems to be stellar I do need to call out a couple of amazing guys- Kevin and Emari. Every time we visit they are not only staying busy sanitizing but they also seem to engage with the kids. It is super refreshing to see young men seeming to thoroughly enjoy work while also doing a great job.

Our kids loved it, but for me it was quite small and a lesser experience compared to Urban Air located in Hermitage, TN.

I thought Will was rude. I tried to use my coupon and Will changed the coupon to something different to charge me more. It took him a long time to check us out because he was searching for another coupon. I realized it and called him out on that. Then he switched it to my coupon. I also think it’s ridiculous to trade in your socks if you are wearing them. Jumpstreet did not do that.

Kids loved it had something for everyone, From basketball court to a chill zone for the parents

It is a great place! I have had great times here. But once I went on there zipline and it cut of closer than it should once, and there socks only last for one month, other than that it is awesome !

We had our sons 11th birthday here. All I can say is.its a great place to catch COVID-19 if.you were interested in getting infected. No mask use. No sanitation. No social distancing at all. Roughly 200 kids running around. A few hand sanitation stations.Had several people in my party leave after 5 minutes due to them being uncomfortable with the environment. I highly recommend not going here until they get their act together.

This Trampoline park is above and beyond ! The staff is amazing. The people working the jumping area, Samiyah and Laura especially, were extremely helpful and kind . I will definitely be bringing my children back soon :) !
