We have loved Phazer Kraze! The place is clean and fun for all ages. The fees are reasonable and a good time for our friends and family. Check the day because they have different specials depending on the day of the week.

First and last visit at this place. I decided to have a last minute birthday celebration for my eight year old son. Wasted $250 and my son was injured during laser tag. There was a metal pole exposed and he left his party with a bruised cheek and a black knot on his eye. The attendee took me into the laser tag area to see where it happened, and it looks as if the foam they normally have around the metal poles were old and worn off. There was no incident report made or anything. The young employee put a few ice chips in a plastic glove for me(best he could do I guess).The arcade games took our coins constantly and we had three cold pizzas. I also noticed the location isnt doing anything extra to take safety precautions for COVID19. No mask required, laser tag equipment was not sanitized after each game, etc. There was hand sanitizer at the gaming entry door.

Not 1 bad thing to say about this place. Went on a Saturday night and it wasnt too crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was in great shape. All the games work, all the laser tag gear worked. It was a blast and definitely will be back

Great birthday party location! The one dislike is that they wouldnt let you even put stuff in party room till exact time of party even though we were only ones in building. Otherwise its one great way if you have a large group to gather with.

13 year old son and I had a blast. Its all laser tag (6000 Sq ft) with a few arcade games to pass time between rounds. Arena has tons of corners and places to hide. Fog and music add to the fun. Best exercise around.

We were her for a birthday party and it was very nice. My son had a blast. Daddy and shot pool while he played with the birthday crew. It was clean in there bathrooms need a little update but were very clean still. I will attend again and I am sure we will have a great time. The customer service was really nice as well he offered to cook us food to sale of course but he still offered.

$8 on weekends more people weekdays need to bring people but not bad. Good size place but nothing like Nashville. Nashville is expensive after you pay for parking and maybe $10 or more for laser tag. Recommend here free parking and restaurants near by....

Fun games for a hot summer day. Kids ranging from 4 to 14 had a blast. Drinks available for purchase. They have a small selection of arcade games, pool table, or air hockey while you wait. Large seating area for waiting for next game and clean restrooms. I was impressed.

Room is large with plenty of hiding/camping areas. Beautiful facility

This was an awesome experience for my family! We had so much fun. The staff was AMAZING! We will be back. The facility was clean, equipment functioned well, accommodations were made for my little one, and the place was designed with excellent hiding spots for the game. Please go give this place a try!

So a couple days ago I came in to play laser tag. The laser tag was great and the ref seemed like a cool guy, but the female employee working the counter seemed visibly annoyed with my group. Not sure if Id come back or not.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The course is a little basic, wish it had levels but large area and comfortable waiting area.

Its fun and you can do groups or solo. In groups battles you have a base and you can capture the other teams base.

Its amazing. My daughter has been playing since she was 3 or 4.

I had so much fun with my family and overall staff was so kind and patience would go again

We went to a birthday party at Phazer Kraze last Sunday. We all had a blast! They have video games, air hockey and a pool table to play while youre waiting your turn for laser tag. Everyone was really nice, it was clean and the games and equipment were maintained great! Definitely going to go again!

Nice place but the female staff at the counter is not friendly at all. One time we had somebody having a siezuer instead of helping she was yelling at us hysterically. The second time, which was very recently, the girl at the counter seemed very uncomfortable she would NOT greet back and not hospitable at all. I wish we had i different laser place to go to in town. I am not willing to go to this place anymore.

Clean, large, well decorated, friendly and efficient staff. They do Birthday parties and offer free pool for families waiting for their turn. Defective equipment is pulled and replaced inmediately.

The staff is very friendly, and although the maze is only a single level, there is plenty of room to run around in and like 30 vests so plenty of people can play. The place is clean and there are other games to play if you need to take a break. Sometimes it can be a little slow though so you should always bring a friend.

This was our first time here. I was part of Tod Mustos group(see his review) I hate to give 2 stars because, besides the very unprofessional actions of our instructor, this place was great. But our entire group left angry after our last game when she decided to play with us. Absolutely ruined the experience. We were here 12/2/17 close to closing. The girls we were playing with talked about just leaving in the middle of the game. I watched the guys get more and more angry. I have never left a bad review either, but when she started boasting afterwards, after several people telling her she ruined the game, it ruined our entire night. I understand she was just having fun, but we paid for the game, she didnt. For those reading this, past that experience, it was a great time.

If I could give a negative 5, I would. My son had a few kids join him for his birthday... We have never been here... But his gun was not working, no one was back there to help him. I went to one of the workers and he said I noticed from the computer, someone was not registering. I asked why didnt you help them... He said that my son could have come out.... I said he looked for someone and no one was back there. My daughter, who is 7 said it was so lame.... She didnt even want to go back in. Never going back.... Horrible customer service, too expensive for lame game time, and Id rather have taken them bowling than go here.

Fun place for the kids and adults!

Lots of fun and intense activity. Must come in a group or not at all. Rules are kind of learn as you go. Equipment is well kept and taken care of.

Lazer tag was extremely fun and the service there was nice. Loved the arcade, especially the air hockey.

I wasnt able to get into the Lazer Tag, but as a grandparent, they have very comfortable waiting while children are playing.

Ive been to all the laser tag places between murfreesboro and goodletsville. I play a couple times each month and IMHO Phazer Kraze in murfreesboro is hands down the best laser tag facility around. The guns are great, the arena is great and all of the STAFF is EXCELLENT! Beverly and Andy run it on the weekends and they are Great people and I enjoy talking to them.

Omg! Me and my kids went for the first time the other night and we absolutley loved it! It was a great atmosphere, and the staff and owner were Wonderful! Love the place. The one saying it is as big as a living room is DEAD wrong, unless there living room 4500sq ft Yes, four thousand five hundred square feet. I love the place plus there College special during the week is the best time to go I mean you cant beat 3 games for six($6) bucks. Much cheaper than Lanestrains and automibles plus the arena is WAYYYYY bigger than that box they call an arena.
