It has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. There used to be a park with a mini golf but the mini golf has been plowed under and all the trees cut down now its just a dirt lot. There used to be families with kids living in the units now its mostly groups of middle aged migrant farm workers and factory workers

I have never actually been there, my wife and I were just walking buy so that we could catch the bus
