Beautiful Park

Very well maintained mobile home/trailer park.

Great quiet place to live. The lawns are kept up, the neighbor hood is peaceful. Kid play in the streets, so drive carefully when entering and turning corners. Very close to the freeways. Everyone is very friendly.

Have a friend that lives here. Nice place, clean, quiet and everyone seems to be friendly yet they keep to themselves.

Friend just moved in to this manufactured home community. Layout is winding and confusing to locate a specific address, but it is clean and well maintained, roads in good repair and overall quite peaceful.

Not very friendly person for being the manager on site is a very rude and mean person not fair on the things he does out their favors certents residents over others rules only to those he dislikes or just like giving other folks a hard time never again would I ever consider buying a home their again poor judgment of manager
