Huge place. Good movie selection. Nice service. But $6 for small drink???

I love this theater. It is clean and the seats recline slightly. They have a great food and snack selection as well. I am always happy when I go to places like this with such high volume traffic and the restrooms are clean

The only thing good about this experience was the movie itself. They have you add butter yourself for your popcorn, well it would help if they had butter in the dispensers for you to get. Also napkins would have been great too, none available. I then went to the bathroom and it was disgusting. Paper towels all over the floor, over flowing all the trash cans. Also, no soap. I proceeded to find an employee to let them know of the very least the soap and his response was to me was, ‘yeah I know, I’m a little busy.’ Really?!!!! While watching the movie it was FREEZING in there! I get it is supposed to be somewhat colder, but my nose shouldn’t be frozen! After the movie I went to the restroom again and STILL NO SOAP!!!! What a shame you pay all this money to see a movie and I expect more from a theater. Will not get my business again.!

Great place to watch the latest movies. Staff is always nice. Restrooms have always been clean. Five Stars! After looking at this business from a handicap perspective, I will admit this Regal is lacking a little in this regard. The handicap parking lot is located to the far left of the building, there are plenty of spaces, but it is an odd location and may be missed by those who need it. The many entrance doors are a bit tricky to open, because of the winds at this location - ONE automatic should be installed. It should be noted there is ONE handicap PRIVATE restroom immediately to the right of the restrooms. I did not know that - that is a great thing!

The ticket booth was closed, so we had to get our tickets at concessions. Which led to slow lines. But very competent and friendly person helped us.The paper towels dispenser in the ladies room was clogged, but I managed to grab a corner and pull.The seating was comfortable and the movie was excellent! I definitely would go back.

My daughter and I drove all the way from Mccllandtown PA to see the movie “playing with fire” which was hilarious. Yes, the tickets and snacks were pretty pricey. However, the theater itself made up for it in experience. Nice ambiance, and great theater seats. I highly recommend it for a day out. Also, right below the theater there is a HUGE shopping plaza. My daughter and I only had enough time to go into Old Navy but it was a great day out to say the least.

The theater itself is great. Associate on 2/23/20 had no customer service skills. Did my transaction without giving senior discount when communicated to her, did not scan my phone for the regal rewards and no thank you after the transaction. This on top of walking back and forth past the register without acknowledging me. I literally had to ask if she was operating at her register, then she decided to wait on me.

Certainly a newer movie theater. The seats reclined! I would recommend sitting on the lower center section because you can actually put your feet up on Railings almost like a foot rest. You pay for your ticket either on line, or at the concession lines when you buy your popcorn and pop. Bathrooms were also clean. We will be back.

More commercials than any theater Ive ever been to. And commercials are TV commercials that repeat even within the 30 minutes. P-leez! Fully 30 minutes from movie start time to actual start of movie. Life is short, folks!

I had someones family, proceed to throw popcorn at the back of my head, and my significant others. Management decided to first send a pair of janitors in that looked at us and then left. After we went back out to speak to a real manager, they talked to the mother and once again did absolutely nothing. Why should we have to pay so much to watch a movie if the staff cant even handle disrespectful people ignoring the rules set for everyone. Im very disappointed in the service provided my Morgantown Regal Movie theater.

Regal Cinemas in Morgantown is handicap accessible & handicap friendly. My partner & I are both handicapped, & were very pleased to see the handicap seating, on the flat portion of the movie theater. The seating is very comfortable, & the staff are all very kind & helpful. They have a very large snack bar, that offers a wide variety of items, such as popcorn, nachos, candy, beverages, etc.. Their restrooms are also very handicap accessible and large. The theater is centrally located behind the University Town Center. The Regal Cinema is an excellent place for families to reconnect.

Very clean. Would love to see more modernization with seating/comfort options.

Prices are too high for the people round here at face with the elders need to have a really cheap day for just the old people and I dont mean two or three cents off of it I need couple dollars off of it and pop at $4 and I know how much it cost I used to own a business and work for a business and its only a few pennies so give them old people a break be realistic

Way overpriced, better off to wait and rent it on redbox or somewhere so you don’t have to pay $5 for a bottle of water, I can buy a case of water for that? Crazy!

I love seeing movies in this particular theater. The Theaters themselves as well as the restrooms have always been clean and orderly each time that we have gone to see a movie. Which in our case is at least once a week. The concessions are pretty fresh when we ordered them. We have not had any derogatory experiences when we visit this Theater.

To start with, pulling into the parking lot, I noticed that there was no Disabled parking. Upon walking in, we didnt know what to do or where to go. No signs of where to get tickets. We asked at the snack bar and was told we purchase tickets there. I must say, the seats were great! Very big and comfortable! They lean back a little so you can change positions! If you have ever been to the AMC theatre in Uniontown, and have sat on their seats through a movie, youll appreciate the seats here!

Im a regal unlimited member. SO I go to this location almost daily.THe seats are nothing special. Small but do recline slightly. The screens are nice and big and the quality is good. The sound systems in the rooms are great for old fashioned 2d pictures. But dont expect anything beyond standard 2d. The theater is clean and comfy.Despite the giant sign and the box to place 3d glasses outside on of the theater rooms, This place never seems to show any 3d movies. When I asked I was surprised that the reaction was almost hostile. as if the poor folks behind the counter must get a lot of angry questions. I felt bad for them. I asked if they ever have 3d showings and the answer is not very often, just sometimesGenerally the staff seems unaware of many of the details pertaining to anything. And thats cool I guess. all they have to do is give me a ticket, Clean the place, Start the show... They seem like good kids.Ticket prices are the most expensive I have ever seen. Ive lived in many parts of the country. These are REALLY EXPENSIVE. but the Regal Unlimited club gives me all the movies I want for $19 a month... but If I didnt have that, I would go broke seeing movies in this place.Typical theater candy and popcorn. which is ALWAYS EXPENSIVE no matter what theater you go to. Stop on over at target next door and buy your goodies for 400% cheaper ---hey I guess they gotta make $$ somehow... right?Only once in my many visits did a film start late... not really a problem.Never have witnessed any screen issue.Im surprised that the lobby never contains any media or advertising displays so you can selfie yourself for social media going to the movies. Seems like theyd benefit from utilizing social media a lot more.Over all well oiled machine, nothing fancy, basic films. Good selection and sometimes shows classic films.BEST THEATER IN North Central WV (thats not saying much)

Only reason I cant give it 5 stars...start times, if you list a movie to start at a certain time, it should start within a few minutes of the listed start time, not almost 30 minutes later, was there this past weekend for a listed 4:30 start time for Ford v Ferrari, it didnt start until almost 5 oclock, totally unacceptable, when I was there to see Rambo same thing, started 20 minutes later, I like to get there early, usually a half hour before the listed start time, but when I get there that early thinking I only have to watch a half hour of previews, and you make me watch a hour of previews because you chose to start the movie 30 minutes later, thats very rude and non-customer friendly..... Ill be there this Tuesday the 19th to see the Lionel Richie concert from Glastonbury, it has a listed start time of 7 oclock, if it doesnt start within a few minutes of 7 Ill be asking for a refund. *UPDATE 11/20/19* The Lionel Richie concert started on time and was great! It was however a little chilly in the theater, no A/C is needed this time of year!

There is plenty of free parking. There are many theaters. They are clean, modern and the seats are comfortable. Their web site is very useful and easy to access. Their restrooms are very clean and modern. I would highly recommend these theaters for a great movie experience.

I’ve been going here for years and the experience is generally good.The last 2 movies I’ve seen were on the same screen. I think it was screen 6. Both movies seemed as though the brightness was way down on the projector and it made dark scenes almost impossible to see what was going on.

Comfortable seats, clean, enjoyed the movie. But, please, $12.49 for a small popcorn and a water! Admittedly, I dont go to the movies very often, but thats just way too much. I know now to avoid the concession rip off.

Brought party of eight to see Frozen and StarWars today at 12 pm. Front looby was unclean, they were also out of several beverages including Coke. Charging 6 dollars per cup you think they could atleast have a ready supply. Gives the inpression of a poorly managed location, service was slow and the manager seemed unconcerned. First time here will be our last, back to AMC.

Great customer service, the seats were a little small for larger people, there was a spot on the screen that was a little distracting, the womens bathroom was almost completely out of hand soap, but the bathrooms were pretty clean, the entrance could have used a vacuum. Still, a good experience and we would go back again.

I usually love going to this cinema, but after going there on Saturday....I couldnt be more disgusted and upset! If you are a Regal Crown Member... BE WARNED!! We had a MANAGER sell our movie tickets to us - I STATED that we were members, gave him my phone number and he did NOT give us any points. On top of that....it was our granddaughters FIRST MOVIE to EVER GO TO in a theater - we wanted to keep our tickets. We went to see Lego Movie 2 - He gave us tickets for Death Day!! SERIOUSLY?? NOT COOL and very upset with it all! Then the bathrooms were not clean....just not a good visit. We live in PA and could have EASILY gone into Pittsburgh, but drove to Morgantown. I will DEFINITELY think twice on the next movie....

The picture quality is always good at this movie theater but the sound systems they have are a little underwhelming. I mean you go to the movies to watch them, but I like good sound with my movies as well. It may just be me, but I think with they should upgrade the sound systems in their theaters.

This is a higher-end cinema experience, with a decent sound system, my only observation is the sound insulation between theaters is a bit thin. Quieter movies can sometimes be overridden by sounds from adjacent theaters. Snack bar seems to be about par with most theaters Ive attended. Youre going to spend 15 to $20 for your snacks. It would be nice to have the larger containers refillable, as an incentive to upgrade. Restrooms clean, theaters clean.

Ive been to this theater a good 10 times this year. The staff is great and it is mostly a good experience. There are some things that need improvement: The theater feels dirty. Virtually all the seats squeak. Some of the sound from some theaters bleeds into others. Ill gladly change my review to 5 stars if they fix this.

We use this theater regularly and are rewarded with consistent quality. The theaters could use just slight updating in very few areas and in some theaters the size of the theater itself could be expanded. Outside of minor nitpicking, this is the best theater in the area.

Nicer seats than AMC and they usually have more theaters playing. Plus they have a decent student and military discounts.

For those wondering, if you plan to watch a big blockbuster film and want the best experience possible, theatres 6 and 7 are the two with the best sound and screen technology. I looked everywhere for this info online and Regal does not seem to want to provide it. Seems silly that you pay the same price for the others with an obviously inferior experience.

Best cinema in Morgantown, it panders a bit to students which is fantastic for me. You get a discount just for being part of WVU and an even bigger discount if you just come on Tuesday. Best part, the floors arent even sticky always a solid experience.

I absolutely love coming to this theater. One of my favorites. All the employees Ive ever encountered were so friendly and polite. I also love the atmosphere there, very .... warming... The bundles at the concession are just a great deal. Plan on coming to this theater for awhile!!

40 minutes of previews. Ford vs Ferrari was excellent but the amount of ads and previews was utterly ridiculous.

Nice place. Very expensive food and drinks. Arcade games only take tokens not quarters! So pay attention before you put quarters in that you cant get back. I like how the armrest can be put up in between the seats.

I was shocked to find in this day and age that a movie theater is NOT handicap accessible. No parking spots, they do have handicap stalls in the bathroom, but they are so tight it is difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, but the weirdest thing is that inside the movie rooms there are places for wheelchairs. Okay, great you have places for them in your cinemas, but it is very difficult to get into the building.There was a guy to clean the movie room. I have my mother in a wheelchair and was trying to get out the heavy doors. He just watched as I struggled to get my mother through the door! Really!!! I lost my temper and shout at him for being so stupid. If he was brilliant, then I doubt he would be working at the movie theater. Ugh!Like other reviews have mentioned..... I heard bombs and shot guns all the way through Mama Mia which doesnt have guns or bombs. Total mess!

Be careful this is regal 12and there is a 14, as well. We checked the lineup of 14 and ended up having to wait, since we bought tickets thinking the movie started at 5. Otherwise a nice theater. Food was movie theater prices.

Comfortable seats. Popcorn is okay not the best movie popcorn I have ever had. Walls are thin you can here movies from the theaters next door in the quieter parts of your theaters movie.

I saw a most excellent movie today Hunter killer; a movie about a submarine captain who helps out a good Russian from a bad Russian while saving many lives. The regal movie theater made the experience complete. I used my app to pay with ease and also had a free popcorn.

A good theatre. Prices are a little high, but they have student discounts. Their equipment is pretty current, good sound, clear projection. They dont have the reclining seats with reserves seating that a lot of theatres are switching to, but they have the best seats in town, so, oh well.

This theatre is the nicer of the two in town. It’s prices are basically the same all around, but the seats are nicer, the theatre is cleaner, the audio is clearer and the screens are a bit more colorful. Overall I’d choose this one over the one across town.

We took our preschoolers to sees Incredibles 2. The service was quick and efficient. The bathroom was clean. But, I still cant believe the price of food. A medium popcorn and small drink was almost $15. The popcorn was great. There was cheese all over 2 seats right in the middle of the row. The movie was excellent. But we were distracted by large noises coming from the movie next door. It was so much louder then our movie at times that my daughter asked what the thunder noise was.

Visiting from out of town. Big, clean theater. Could hear the movie next door but only before mine started. No noise competition during show. Would come again. Assuming crowd would be larger when college season begins. Still decent size crowd. Nice experience.

Well you see I would rate it 0 stars considering you spend an arm and a leg to watch a movie and the popcorn machine is broken but yet there is like 2 other machines and also 15 people working a concession stand for what just to give out drinks and 300 dollar candy how are you suppose to watch toy story 4 with no popcorn lmao place is trash and super dirty maybe take those 15 people and dispute them in the bathrooms and cleaning the movie theater

Fairly clean theater. Actually probably quite clean. Biggest complaint is the limited drink selection. Otherwise theaters have good visuals and good sound. Oh and importantly the restrooms are centrally located. Never long walk. It is our preferred theater in the area.

Took our kids to see a movie around 5 the before Thanksgiving. The place was pretty dirty. Popcorn everywhere out front, trash in the theater that had clearly been there a while unless everyone from the movie prior left all their trash before us. They werent busy by any means.. hardly anyone in our movie so no trouble with lines or finding seats. In their defense they were hiring. Food prices were off the charts. Six dollars for a small bag of popcorn. A group of four made it pricey. They played the same loooonnngg movie trailer 3 times in a row. Seats are comfy tho! Unless youre going for the seats save some money and hit another theater :/

My daughter, grandchildren and I saw The Greatest Showman there. Even though it was very busy all of the staff were courteous and the restrooms and theater were clean. We had a wonderful experience!
