Very clean and well organized. The new heated and reclining theater chairs are awesome. The only disappointing features are that they dont offer military, veteran or first responder discounts and you cant get drink refills (Thanks to Covid). The staff are friendly and it is a relaxing environment given the last few months of Covid catastrophe.

The up grades to the theater is amazing! The chairs are so comforting... You can come here and lay back and watch your movie.

I 79 n was closed due to a a wreck which made me miss my movie. The manager changed my movie and I ended up seeing a movie, large popcorn, and drink for 5 bucks (I am amc a list). Just kick back and relax!

We love coming to this theater. Not only is it 6 miles up the road from our house, but the kids enjoy the mini arcade while we r waiting on snacks or movie. Sometimes my husband and son play games after the movie while I go to bathroom. Wide selection of snacks candy and drinks to enjoy. While youre in 1 of 10 of the different theaters comfortable seats and foot rests. Your also in the mall so that is always a plus

Renovated the entire theater. New carpet, bathrooms, leather reclining, heated seats. New sound system, clearer picture. My new go to movie theater.

Good times, another successful night out with the Fam.. Its been many moons since Ive been to the movie theater.. But now I know I can bring D.O.G and have a safe place for him to chill and wait while I shop... Lmao.

I love AMC, however this Tuesday (7/16) I took my kids, to see spiderman. At first I thought they were closed. There was no one behind the counter, the guy pops up, was very sweet. However we got out drinks and popcorn, the popcorn was soggy... the movie was great, but the seats sucked. It smelled of urine, and musty. Everything was sticky. About 10 minutes in, and I realized we were 4 of 12 people in the theater! Then the AC must have been turned off, because by the 30 minute mark all of us were sweating. It was very unpleasant, hard seats, and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. The smell was so strong, it makes you gag. I was so disappointed, that we will never go here again.

We took our granddaughter here to see Frozen II. No one was at ticket counter. When asked where we get tickets, ppl at the concession area said they could help. It was a maze to get to them. Not very customer friendly in their setup. Floor in viewing area was sticky and restroom left a lot to be desired. Bathrooms are being worked on and hopefully will be back to normal soon.

Amazing time here albeit not a very good movie! Snacks were great and facilities were clean. Cant ask for more! Definitely recommend

When they gave us are food, it was very good. The theater was very clean, so was the bathrooms. We loved the movie. We watched John Wick 3, I loved the show.

This is a pretty good theater. Staff are friendly and on top of things.The seats are wide and the arm rests raise up to make it more comfortable to sit .....or easier if your date is the cuddling type.Ive never really had a negative experience here so Id recommend this place as a good late night spot.

This is a pretty nice movie theatre. Of course, like any theatre, its a bit pricey on snacks. But, tickets arent too bad and the theatres are very comfortable. The staff keep things clean, and there arent distracting shadows on the top of movie screens like Ive see in other theatres. 10/10 location.

This place (at the Morgantown Mall) could use a renovation, the theatre smells musty and some of the screens need repaired. The price for snacks is outrageous (a small fountain drink was over $4), but I understand thats how they make their money.

On February 1st 2020 my 8 year old daughter my husband and I decided to go to the movies with some refund tickets we had I call the therater that afternoon to see if they would take them the guy was nice and said yes so got online for show times told her what movies were playing she wanted to see frozen 2 well the closet showtime was at 7pm we get to the mall at 6:30 for the movie were 2 girls were standing behind the counter 1 was helping people the other was standing there looking over the other girls shoulder I thought she was training so I waited the the girl who was just standing there went to the next register and asked how she could help is we told her we wanted to see frozen 2 she then rudley told me that it wasnt playing there so I asked her about any other kid friendly movies playing other then Jumaij she told me only Doolittle but it was already started I talked 2 my daughter and she agreed to see jumaij so we go back in to the movies go to the register again were the same girl who was helping people were helping new people and the girl standing was in the back she then walked out and just stood by the popcorn machine so we waited till the person who was doing all the work got done we then told her that we needed 3 tickets to see jumaij she told us it wasnt playing because therater 11 was closed down witch she was rude when saying it we then walked away if I didnt have refund tickets for this place I would never go back there and I was there teenager who spent every dime I had going to carmix to see every movie even lie about my age to see rated R movies it was my favorite theater but if I was u I wouldnt give this place a red cent they are very rude and there showtimes are a lie

Price is good but theater has really deteriorated over the years. Seats so dirty I was reluctant to sit, kept coat on. Badly needs updating.

My girlfriend and I come here often and we always get lemonade from Auntie Anne’s in the food court because it’s the best lemonade in the world and when we buy our tickets no one ever says anything about not being allowed to bring them into the theater since they’re from the mall, however today the people at the counter made us throw them away and were rude to us for the first time ever. I hope this doesn’t happen again as we come here very often.

Staff is nice and audio/video quality is good, but needs repairs. Several seats with bags over them, bathroom not in great shape. Our screen had a big spot/smear on it that looks like someone had thrown a drink at the screen or something. We dont hesitate to go to the theater when they have the movies and showtimes that we want, but they could use some touch-ups.

My most recent trip here was to see The Avengers: End Game. The movie was amazing by the way, but the theatre was about a million degrees. I’m guessing this was because it was opening night Avengers. The seats are just so-so, but I was there with a pretty, awesome girl so all was good!

Well, we have a choice here of 2 movie theater locations. Most residents prefer this one -- no students to mess it up or leave dirty.

It had gotten worse a while ago with new management. A change of ownership improved. It seemed to be on a steady pace. Easter Sunday, one employee? I felt truly bad for him. Why on a holiday when people make time to go? Also a price increase again. Get it together.

The staff was courteous. The theater was clean, but so cold you needed a blanket. The restrooms were so smelly it burned your eyes! It looks like the mop was sloshed around the floor for years as the yuck build up in the corners and stalls was unbelievable.

Love it!!! Lets face it, going to the movies these days is expensive. Doesnt matter what town you are in, thats a fact. This is a wonderful place to take in a great movie by yourself in a matinee (less expensive) or with a friend. I go all the time and Im not rich. Its my happy place. The nachos are great, and you add your own butter on your popcorn so you can load it up. 5 stars.

Not the cleanest place and, like all theaters, prices are simply too high for a large family. Seating is fine. Had an issue with the Avengers movie glitching and rewinding back to the beginning...and had to wait a while for it to be fixed..as no one was in the room with it.

This theater is always so clean and the cashiers are so nice and helpful. I do suggest to get the popcorn bucket tho because it saves you a TON of money each year. I dont agree with the prices of drinks but I guess they have to make money.

Went to see avengers end game. Great movie. Staff was pleasant, even though place was a wild house of hundreds people.... Theater was an oven though, no air conditioning, completely full, everyone dripping sweat. 3 sodas and a popcorn was almost 35 bucks. Bathrooms were totally trashed. Ill never return to this theater again in my life even if they were showing movies for free. Two stars instead of one because the staff was really trying hard and ill give them credit for it.

Have had a couple of issues with the theatre showings, but Ive always gotten a refund. Typical gouged up prices on food and drinks. The bathroom always reeks like musty urine Everytime I go in so much so that sometimes I just hold it until I get home. The employees arent that bad I suppose, its definitely gotten better since I was younger it seemed like the people who used to work there just didnt care.

Yeeeaaaaaaaa. A good theater. Very chill, right next to the mall, so its a great place to go if you want to make a day of it.

This one has always been a good theater to go to, especially with friends. Great to have easy access to the mall so you can go from one fun hangout/date spot to the other. The selection at the snack bar could do with some more updating. Adding a few more options would be great. And although it is nowhere near an easy fix, during future renovations would be smart to add a few more restrooms closer to the back theaters. Its not fun to miss so much of your movie if you need to make an emergency run to the restroom all the way in the lobby and back. Otherwise it is a great theater.

I understand that now days it costs a pretty penny to attend a movie and I have accepted that. However, I do not believe that this theatre was worth the money paid. It could use some updating and cleaning. There was still trash in the floor from the last showing and it made me a bit uncomfortable choosing where to sit with my son. The showing was great but cleanliness needs work.

Good Quality movie selection and the theater has decent seats. Their Coke Dispenser is also good, but the prices on popcorn and drinks are very high.If you get a small combo the price is not as bad.

The movie theater was nice but they need to clean more. I went and seen a movie and my shoes literally got stuck to the floor. I think someone spilled their drink and no one cleaned it.

Overall, my movie experience was good. However, the theater in itself has gone downhill considerably. Ive lived in Morgantown most of my life and have seen this theater go through many changes, mostly with the names of the theater itself. However, when I last attended, the bathroom was not very clean and had the most disgusting odor to it. Furthermore, the lady who took the ticket and drink order wouldnt let it go when we stated that we only wanted a small drink and popcorn. She was purposely confusing when she told us the price and their up sale/bargain price for popcorn and drinks. As stated, we wanted a small popcorn. We ended up charged for a large and a large drink. Our popcorn alone was more than our ticket. I must say, I used to prefer this theater over Hollywood at the Town Center, however, I will always go to Hollywood over this theater now.

The bathrooms are disgusting, I refused to let my kids use them, they smell of urine, toilet paper thats been saturated in urine is stuck all along the edges all the way around the bathroom, instead of actually cleaning it they just through some deodorize gels down, so you got a strong smell of urine trying to be covered. Made me afraid to get drinks or popcorn considering how unsanitary the bathrooms were. I only gave a 1 star because you had to put one to leave a review!

The bathrooms were disgusting. There were tons of stalls but it didn’t look like they was cleaned in a month. My husband and I stood in line for 10 minutes with one register running and 3 people behind the counter. There was only one person ahead of us. Also, it didn’t seem like they turned on the AC until the movie started. It was very muggy.

Only 2 working restrooms. $13 for two regular drinks, theatre was extremely dirty and smelled terrible.

Reminds me of the theaters I went as a kid. The theater is outdated, uncomfortable, stuffy, and the concessions are limited. Needs some serious renovations to bring it up to the standard of other theaters...reclining seats tst are roomy and comfortable, xconcession stand that has the same as elsewhere, beer and coffee, and decent food.

Went to this theater recently to see the new Slender Man movie. The place was disgusting. The napkin dispensers were caked in dirt. The inside of the auditorium smelled like mold. The cleanliness of this particular movie theater is atrocious in my opinion. Even though projector glass window was dirty which made the picture quality not look that great. Id recommend going somewhere else to see a movie. Plus their prices are completely outrageous for the concession.

This theater is rather behind the times, and an experience is really based on luck. Sometimes you get a clean theater that works well and provides a great night out. But sometimes the theater is filthy and in need of repairs. Going here is a gamble, but most of the time you will have a good experience.

$5 Tuesdays are the best deal for AMC rewards members. Snacks and drinks are ridiculously overpriced. Theaters need cleaned better and restrooms there are usually disgusting.

My Husband & I went to the movie July 19th, 2019. We saw Annabelle comes home, 7:15 pm. We were so cold because the air conditioner was set to low. It was very difficult to watch because of the temperature. I was very upset because of this.

Theaters are not maintained, for more than a year a cord hung down across one of the large screens. Projectors in at least 3 of the theaters are so out of alignment that 3D will not work properly. I have given them numerous chances to fix the problems over the years, but nothing. The last time I was there I asked for my money back and got it after I explained that I could not understand why they are allowed to continue to show 3D movies because of the Real 3D standards are not even close to being met. Will never go back.

We enjoy the benefits of AMC rewards and the prices. The theater is horrendously dirty however. The bathrooms are beyond reprehensible. the rest of the theater as well. the counter where food is served has a layer of sticky grime. the theaters themselves are filthy as well . I have been to other AMC theaters and have not seen the level of filth that existes in this theater.

Crappy screen with a huge dent or dirty spot. I’m sure they aren’t all this way but come on AMC, this screen is garbage. Put some money into your facilities. The lights don’t work. We had to use cell phone lights so we wouldn’t kill our selves. This theatre is a dump.

I would give this a three star. But sadly this place has gone downhill. And it’s stayed that way for a while. The seats are old. The theatre is outdated. The place feels dirty. I’m just not impressed and they haven’t done anything to change that.

Came to watch Deadpool 2, they had us in theatre 12, by far the nastiest theater I have ever been in, in my life. It didnt look like it had been cleaned at all. Then half way through the movie I feel stuff crawling on me and get my phone light and there are ants all over the chair myself and floor.

We were watching the greatest showman and the projector broke. But thats not all. The sound didnt break so we heard the best part of the movie and couldnt see it. It was ridiculous. At least we got a refund.

I do not understand why this theater doesnt have The Glass Castle scheduled. I would like to know why. Otherwise, Staff and service at this theater are awesome.

Great movie theater with great prices. I was shocked at how low the price was on a movie at Christmas. Its normally more expensive where I live and this was a great treat. The crowd was also really quiet which surprised me a lot with this being a college town.

I took my nieces to see The Incredibles 2...which was amazing. Everything was clean, and the staff was amazing.

Theater is kinda run down and is highly overpriced for the atmosphere given. The heat and AC barley work and the bathrooms are outdated. Would recommend going to Hollywood instead. Still had a decent time though!

Good prices previews start at the time that is listed not the movie makes it like if running late, Update as of 3-11-20 They have nice seats that recline and that are heated, with 2 heat setting hot and dang hot! They are basicly the best movie seat ever. If you go to the movies often I recommend the yearly movie bucket, they are like 20 bucks but the refills are 4.99 and they hold a little more than a large popcorn. So if you go to the movies often get them they are worth it. I use the amc app also you get 1 free refill of popcorn per visit. I tend to have 2 buckets for my lady and I.

Was in theater 2 watching antman and the wasp, speakers were blown. Annoying buzz and high pitch noise throughout the whole movie. My soundbar at home sounded better than the theater.

Half price Tuesday is awesome. Make it an affordable night to go out with the family and get away from all the b.s. we watch on tv even if it is only for a couple of hours.
