This place is even better than the Hemet Regal movie theater.I have watched movies here and I had some popcorn while watching the movie,so I really loved the movies and the seats looked pretty comfy and awesome. The place really looked amazing and the workers there looked pretty nice and they are hardworking people.This place even has candy,arcade,snacks and drinks and the screen of the movie theater really looked pretty amazing and the seats are clean,neat and tidied up.

Always clean, nice comfortable seats and GREAT customer service!! Definitely the place to go see movies. They offer kiosks at entrance, therefore lines are not necessary. You can get tickets walk around shop a little than walk in give them ticket, be shown where to go.....and sit relax and enjoy movie. Luv it!!

Great theater. Quite empty during weekdays midday. That’s when I went and was there alone watching a movie all by myself which I enjoyed very much. No one ate popcorn too loud, no one snored or anything like that. Very clean and safe place.

Always a pleasure visiting this theater. Clean space, fast service when it comes to purchasing tickets and sometimes the food. The popcorn is always fresh which is what makes the experience even better. There is always a lot of room in each theater so you dont hear your neighbor too much if they tend to be a little loud. Great prices as well. Very grateful for their student discounts.

Harkins’ seats are relatively comfortable. The surround sound in the theater rooms has great quality.If you’re hungry, try their cheese pizza. It’s really good, IMO.

Friendly staff. Clean theatres. Nicely decorated. Clean restrooms. Good food and snacks. The reserved seating system (especially for recent debuted movies) needs work. Many people dont honor the system. Ive visited the theatre about 3 times and have been a victim of people taking my seat. If that system is going to keep up, ushers are going to be needed. Other than that, Ive had alright experiences.

This is a fine theater. Comfy, clean ENORMOUS concession stand (and 2 of them), good sound and video. Its big enough to run almost any movie thats out and easy to move around in.

Doing a great job during this time. Be aware that they are not offering free refills on popcorn right now though. Wish we knew that before we purchased ours...but other than that I am pleased.

I just saw the latest Star Wars film and it was great. The theatre was very clean and not very crowded. The staff was very welcoming and the two ladies that helped me to my seat were very lovely. Im definitely going back.

I love their pizza and the popcorn is always fresh. They also have a kids room for the little ones so parents can enjoy some time alone. The staff is nice and caring with children.

I love this theater so much. Its always nice and clean and they have some really great staff members!!! I went to see Black Christmas and I received great customer service upon arrival and leaving!!!

Its a decent theater, conveniently located inside the mall. I really wish this theater would adapt like the other ones and have reclining seats. The sound system is good.

This place is awsome.

Ive been coming to this theater for many years and will continue to given the price (matinee + loyalty cup). It is your standard basic seats and large enough theaters so that high profile movies are available most of the time. The one thing I now dislike is that in this past year they have implemented assigned seating, which in my opinion doesnt solve any problem as people will still leave empty seats and only promotes people being late. The worst part however is that the seat selection map doesnt match the theater layout, I prefer a very specific row in between the front and back half where there is a railing but the seat map shows the separation at the wrong row and end up sitting to close.

Would be nice if they had recliners. But at least they let you pick your own seats now.

Im a regular at this theater, because its close to home and been going since I 1st was employed there 13 yrs ago when it opened. I always enjoy the kindness of the workers when they take my order at concession or in the ticket window always being so cordial and asking if I want to upgrade my drink/popcorn for like 50 cents to a dollar more

All of the other movie theaters in Moreno Valley have gone straight to the garbage. Harkins is the only one that seems to maintain a decent level of cleanliness and offers a wide range of movies

I frequent Harkins because its a very nice movie theatre, kept immaculately clean by its staff, but I mostly come here as opposed to its competitors like Galaxy theatres down the street, or AMC theatres in Riverside, why??? Because OF THE POPCORN!!!AMC is a little too far for me to travel, and Galaxy, although they offer reclining leather seating, as well as the ability to offer alcoholic beverages, I STILL prefer Harkins. I dont drink, and Im not interested in reclining seating. With my busy schedule, if I were to recline Id end up falling asleep, which I can do at my place, and not have to pay for it, lol. So, again, the PRIMARY reason for frequenting Harkins, at least for me, is they have the BEST popcorn of all the major movie theaters. I often buy the BIG BAG ($10.00) after Ive watched my movie and am getting ready to exit the theatre. I do this once my old bag gets low or has run out, thats how GOOD their popcorn game is.

Ticket prices are decent, bathrooms are usually pretty clean, the popcorn is great, concession prices are horrible, often see employees cleaning surfaces and windows

Harkins Theater in Moreno Valley is my favorite Theater. Its always so clean. Employees are friendly and are ready to serve you. I really like theyre fresh popcorn.

They have a child center if you have kids and dont got babysitter its about 8$ per kid includes popcorn and drinks with playarea and arts and crafts, movie. Its nice that you could watch a scary movie and your kids have fun in the same building.

The most beautiful theater Ive ever seen. Nice people and super clean. The only draw back is the prices to get in are outrageous.PS...they offer child care also.

Harkins is an amazing theater it has tons of movies and an amazing area for snacks even though they are a bit priced. Harkins also has amazing workers that help you find your way to see a movie and to get delicious snacks.

Great movie theater, always has the most current features and is very accommodating for large crowds. Concession stand servers are friendly and always willing to help solve a problem (Including accidentally spilled popcorn). Only downside is that they do not have assigned seating and their kiosk purchasing stand isnt always functioning. Other than that I would say its a great movie theater.

Great movie selection and love the rewards soda cup with $1.50 refills. Of course, like any theater, you have the teens that can be annoying. They have a good sec5guard. Would like to see more monitoring of teens who movie hop and make a nuisance in the theater. Maybe video cameras or more security.

Woohoo Jumanji is awesome and Harkins games a 5/dollar credit gift for my birth month. So... that plus going matinee time... perfect movie date with my bbdaughter on her birthday

Theater was nice and clean with a sharp clear picture. I didnt try the concession stand but its a movie theater concession stand how can it be bad. They offer military and student discounts.

This theater is always clean and well kept. My friend and I enjoy coming to the Harkins because the theater is not as crowded as others are. The only thing we miss from the other theaters we visit is the reclining seats, but that to us is trivial.

I am not a fan of this theater at first I thought it would be pretty cool because its really big actually is huge spacious, me and my daughter went to see the lion king. This location id really close so I thought will try a new theater instead of going so far out, but I was a little disappointed with the theater I itched the whole time the movie was playing the seats are filthy they really need to do a better job at cleaning the seats the floors the whole theater I would not go back I rather travel a lot farther than get bit and fill itchy.

Great Theater, Great prices, employees are always nice, the 9.00 price is of course matinee, which is Great, some matinees are 11.00, I know its a review, But I dont get what others get out of bashing and putting down places, unless they had a horrible experience, not just because someone didnt seem over excited to take their ticket. Beautiful theater when you walk in. Unfortunately, their seats are overdue for a major upgrade. Theyre uncomfortable and spaced too closely to each other. Made for an uncomfortable viewing experience which was a shame given how big and spacious this theater is.

Not very comfy seating, but very good quality besides that... although the females who work here seem like they were highered for their good looks not for their mental capacity or customer service.

This is a go to movie theater for date night because theres so many things you can do right after. Very good price tickets they just started introducing seat reservation.

Large screen, good movie choices, somewhat comfortable chairs. The price is reasonable. The snack price is a tad high but not as high as some other theaters Ive gone to. The experience relies less on the theater but more on the people who are next to you. This is not there fault that some people are disrespectful

Arrived early enough to reserve my seat for the movie. This is one of the best things that they have started offering.

Had never been to a theater inside of a mall but it was quiet quick. Got our snacks quickly and the chairs were comfortable enough. Will be going back for the next kid movie that comes out!

The location in the mall is very nice and clean. The only downside is they have 2 locations with the same name that dont play the same things and my GPS took me to the wrong one. So be aware of which one you need to go to.

I have been going to Harkins since it open. It is a awesome theater the prices are great and for all that you get its really nice you get excellent quality as any of the best theaters but much cheaper for the customer great deals at the snack bar the refill for the drink even though it went up but still its a good price dollar 50. They have a child care yall and its all windows so you can see all the kids its safe in their. I dont know why anyone wouldnt be in love with this theater to me its the best theater Ive been too.

This was my local theater for the longest time until I recently moved out of state. It is well kept and the employees are very friendly. Never had a bad experience at this theater. The only thing that would make it even better really is an IMAX theater. The concessions are pricey like everywhere else, no surprise there. They have a rewards program available. They also have loyalty cups that you can buy and use all year long, from January to December. On Tuesday nights they play classic movies for a reasonable price. They have an arcade. I love this theater. In all honesty, I can even say I miss it.
