Do they do credit checks and background checks? We are looking to move we have a large breed dog are they pet friendly. Also what Is the cost of a 3 bedroom?

Amazing location (30 minutes from downtown), country setting with everything you want (Heartland is only 5 minutes away). I have lived here for over 5 years now & LOVE it.

Its a very nice mobile home park

Management in this place is a joke and terrible. You own your home but are micro managed on living there. Lot rent goes up every year by $10-25 and theres never any improvements to show for it. You pay property taxes on property that isnt yours. This is the first time I have ever seen that as with places in the past that was part of the lot rent and what that went towards.
