Wonderful RV park and a great owner! Have electric, water and a dump station for each camp site. Doesnt happen at to many RV parks.

Great RV park. Kinda starting to see signs of neglect. UPDATE.......... the water at this park is horrible. Its very hard and smells awful. I had to change my filters out once a week..taking a shower was like a slime shower. First night on the road heading back to Texas and took a good shower and felt clean. Someone needs to do a water test. Gary is the owner he is a nice man but needs to install a water filter system. Be prepared if you go to this park get you a DI water system. Not just a filter.

We had two very restful nights here right along the river. The camp management was very accommodating and friendly. It is well maintained and easy to get into. Many campers are here long term and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I love the patriot feel of this camp that is nestled at the back of a trailer park. It was cold and wet when we stayed but would be beautiful in good weather. Highly recommend it for the serious traveler.

Grounds quiet and clean. Our guests said bathrooms were not very clean though.

Great place for camping. Clean bathrooms, well kept grounds, cheap firewood, inexpensive and convenient, very friendly owner and staff, quiet, sitting patio by the water, general store and playground, plus the tent sites right on the Mississippi river! This is our second time here and will definitely be back again!

Decent park. Owners have a pretty aggressive ideas but are still seemingly kind. I enjoy my stay there but it didnt wow me.

Beautiful older campground right on the Mississippi River. Nice play ground in the center for the kids. Nice deck next to the river. We would definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Great place to camp or live and just remember this campers. When u stick your nose up in the and you mutter trailer trash as you walk by you spent a lot of money on your camper to be like us. Just saying. This campground is awesome and the residents of the mobile home park are friendly and most would help anyone if needed...they are real people such as yourself

The park is amazingly clean, even the restrooms! The caretakers do a fantastic job at keeping the place convenient, clean, inviting and its extremely affordable. Just about every spot is covered with shade trees. Highly recommend this for your next camping excursion, it feels like its out of the way but close to the convienieces of town!

Easy access just a short distance off I-94. The gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our site was helpful, professional, friendly, and respectful. The site was well maintained, and paved with asphalt rather than the usual thin coat of gravel. There is a wonderful view of the Mississippi within a few hundred feet of all campers. It is complete with a nice deck and chairs. The neighbors were quite friendly. There are just a few negatives. Some of the sites are too small, narrow, and generally cramped for larger rigs. Indeed the sites are generally much more cramped than usual. The water for our site could not be accessed with the 25 hose that I usually employ. Not a big deal. I just added another hose. More importantly you should know that the Internet access via the campground wifi is worthless. It varies between ridiculously slow and non-existent. Fortunately for us our Verizon jetpack had a good signal. Also, our AT&T MiFi received a good signal.

Nice mississippi riverside campsites. I was a little hesitant at first given you have to go through a trailer park, as soon as I entered the park you could tell mostly long term owners that take pride in their property. Do not pass this place up, it was real quiet and the owner Gary was the nicest property owner Ive met. He doesnt take debit/credit cards and he had no problem letting me set up at the site and said I could pay him later. I stayed here while visiting nearby family and will be back.

A pleasant place to camp. Does not accept credit or debit, so bring cash. Best to book ahead of time. Get a river campsite. Very scenic view of the Mississippi.

Would recommend to anyone who likes a nice campground with good neighbors. Clean and neat, well maintained regulars and next to a trailer park. Stayed in mid September 15 for a week, plan to be back in August of 16. Most of the sites are treed and nicely shaded. Didnt get a riverside site but you could see it from here. 35 Motorhome & Cycle trailer had a back in w/plenty of room.

We stayed at the park for one night. Pros - very friendly owner and even though it is fairly convenient to I-90, it was very quiet so we slept well. Nice playground for kids as well. Cons: if you want or need internet access, you are out of luck because the signal is so weak. Also, while the river is nice - loads of mosquitos. Lots of long term folks so as others have mentioned, it is a different vibe than at some other parks where people are passing through.
