Clean, quiet and nice neighborhood. Office staff is very nice and resolves issues quickly.

Nice spacious lots with mature trees. Just too bad the greedy, family ran business refuses maintenance requests from there tenants so lawn issues, tree trimming, tree/stump removal, ect never gets completed let alone started. I guess with shady owners, why would they want to trim trees and let the sunshine in.

Its a quiet place to live

The most inviting place with friendly people and since its so close to Walmart you dont have to worry about shopping or getting bored. Good luck if youre walking around at night though thats when the cats start running around.

We visited a friend from church at her home in this park. What a nice clean quiet park. She has lived there for a lot of years, and loves it here.

I love living here. Very quiet. Large trees. Great management. Have one neighbor that is a little bit of a problem...but that can happen anywhere. Highly recommended!!

A nice mobile home park. The only drawback I had was the highway going south does not lend to easy access into the park.

I have lived in this park for the last 10 years. Its gotten safer and management has been working harder to keep the park up to date. They may have some strict policy rules but if Yu look at parks that dont, Yu will see Kjellbergs is a very nice park to live in.

This place is the textbook definition of a trailer park. From the poorly cared for roads, to the garbage in front yards, to the poor/non-existent water pressure you can find reasons to stay away from this place.
