The lady that works in the office is truly only wanting your money that you spend on background checks. I have nothing on mine and my husband had a few minor things from 2007. Like thats 13 years ago, not to mention that he hasnt had any kind of problems with the law in any way since then. So because according to her they dodeep background checks . Which i really dont understand why because about 90 % of any home or apartment that you rent doesnt go back that far, not to mention most jobs dont either unless they are for the government.
