Is leaps and bounds ahead of what it was 5 to 10 years ago now you can ride up and down the street without getting shot at

I wish I haven’t moved out here. 1 they play loud music all the time. 2 there’s always gun shots. Some tried to still my sons wagon. Someone stole my lug of my tire. They don’t come fix anything, I been complaining since I moved in they sent someone and all he did was take the orange thing out the toilet and it still flushes by it’s self. This has been a very sad experience of my life. I have so many issue I stop complaining about it. The kids will walk or run in front of cars they parents not even watching them. I have so many pictures of things that’s wrong here. I don’t think nobody should move out here.

Gate keeps getting destroyed SO THEY UP THE RENT.Yes, people literally just ram on through it.Do not. Maintenance will forget about you.Gave them a Solid 2 Years and then we just had to get out of there.Quiet community. Just horrid management.

The roads need to be repaved and thats about it its mostly nice

Most unsafe place in Montgomery to live that has a leasing office on the property. Shootouts daily, day or night. Stray bullets fly everywhere. If it’s not bolted down it will be stolen. The police are their security guards meaning there’s barely security because they don’t patrol that much. It used to be safer when they had a security guard in the booth but now there’s nothing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for someone with children, a single female, or someone with pets. If I could give a minus 5 rating I would. Staff is the rudest I’ve ever encountered and the home office in Michigan is just as rude. It’s just all around unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to live there. Anywhere else in the tri county area is 100 times safer.

What a dump the trailers they showed us were falling apart. You felt like the floor was going to collapse under your feet. And very dirty. Now the park it self is filthy and just plain nasty.

You dont want to live out here. Shootings and robberies happen during broad daylight. All hours of the day and night. Very obvious drug deals happen all the time in the middle of the street. Huge vicious dogs running loose everywhere. The roads are horrible to drive on. If youre not careful it can cost you a bumper or an entire wheel. You dont want to live out here. Even if somehow you were able to get past the ridiculous application process.

They need to redo the roads. They half butt painted but driving through there could cost you a tire or entire axle. Theyre adding some nicer newer trailers but there are a few sketchy tenants. There is a large park and play set area but its got no cover.

Ive live in the community since 2006 and I have never seen such improvements in the property. When I first moved here no playground was made for my children but now they have a sand volley ball court that my kids love, picnic area. I seen how had they work to keep the place clean. Wow and to mention the leasing office GREAT JOB maintenance team.

This place is awful and run down. Potholes everywhere. Bad potholes in very front entrance. They advertise gard and have no gate or gard there, ever. When I asked price I couldnt believe it, was very shocking. Not to mention doesnt include trash or anything. What they say is included they do not even have. Worst place I have seen so far. Heard several gun shots just that morning, not very pet friendly either,nor would I want my children there ever!

2017 senior ad on Craigslist reply to the ad drove out to this property and I could not believe it there was gang symbols painted on some of the buildings there was a 16 year old girl I assume she was 16 after beating up a woman in a wheelchair nobody did nothing and then when the person showed us the mobile home there was a man and a woman in the yard with their clothes off having sex people drove by nothing doing that and then there was a girl wearing next to nothing with a Queen of Spades outfit on walking down the street

Nice and clean but light bill has been running 7-9 dollars a day since winter started..it was great in the summer when running ac but the heat will make it nearly impossible to pay rent

Ehh. The trailers look very nice but animal control needs to come out and clean up.

Turned in everything on a Saturday ok i under stand it takes up to 3 business days but here it is thursday and i still havent heard nothing back Ive called and i keep getting the same response waiting on landlord verification when i was promised to get a call Wednesday before noon

These people will lie to you!! I lived there in 2010. When it came time to renew my lease they did not want to give me the current special that they were running. In fact they kept telling me that they would have to get back to me on that. That was in Oct. So in December when my lease was up I decided to move. I moved not owing a balance. Now three yrs later... I am moving the house that I am renting going back into an apartment and guess who pops up on my rental history. Now I have talked the Manager and Assistant manager saying that I do not owe a balance yet instill they cannot write me a statement saying that I do not owe. Something about they use a new system and cause I am not in that new system I do not owe them a balance. But they cannot put in a statement saying they dont until they find my file. Which they will have to look for. Such BS!!!! Okay its okay if I try to move back there which i wont cause you need a cosigner unless you make 1800 a mth. If I was making 1800 a month I would not move there. To be honest the only troubles that i had there was the neighbors on one side of me who liked to party all the time. The second was the unskilled maintenance people they had fixing on things and making them worst resulting a higher than normal water bill. Same neighbors stealing gas out of my car, but a gas cap stopped that. Them always trying to charge me for stuff on the lot that was already there when I moved in. I was told when i was viewing the property that it would be moved before I moved in but it wasnt. But i got that taken care of. I just am at my wits end cause my deadline to move is coming really fast and i am being held cause of this place. Move there at your own risk. I wish someone would have warned my before i had signed a lease. People out there did tell me after the fact.
