Awesome park really clean we had lunch there plenty of seating area benches .

It was my first time at Acuna Park for a birthday party. Its a nice park with a playground, restrooms, and barbeque pits, which was good, because not all parks have them. Also the store and market is close by, which is a plus, if you need to do some last minute shopping. It also seems like a nice descent area.

This small park next to Montebello City Hall is very pleasant place to have a barbecue or picnic. It has a few barbecue stands and picnic tables. A nice childrens playground and a grass field to play catch or Frisbee. There are a few large trees to provide shade. A public bathroom is available. Parking is street only but there is plenty of parking.

It was nice, tranquil park. Although its quarantine time, there was a lot of people. They were all keeping distance from one another. But it was just a nice afternoon hangout with the friends.

A fairly quiet park is good to take the kids for a while

This park is great in the the day time. But wouldnt recommend it after dark

Ok, not much there. Trees have lraves with very sticky stuff on them so watch if you walk your dog therr.

The park is really nice. There are no basketball courts. But its across the street from a library and police station. Also I wouldnt use the restrooms there but if you do take your own toilet paper.

This is our favorite park to walk or 2 small dogs. Its always clean and peaceful. Love it!

Its small but clean. peaceful, quiet park. There is a Montebello Regional Library near the park. I wanna visit this place more often.

This park is nicely shaded by trees and is very clean. It has barbeque pits that are awesome for a day out at the park. A lot of grass for family fun or a game of tag, water balloon toss, catch, frisbee or just for a walk. Very safe as it sits across the street from police dept

Ehhh I mean its a local park. Cool playground, besides that its a decent place. Benches spread throughout. Easily accessible.

Quiet and peaceful. Good to workout at. Plenty of hills to run up. And come back to finish your workout.

Grew up just down the street from this park. I remember when it didnt have any trees and it was pretty much always empty. Back then we were the only family that went there for Easter and many Birthday parties, this was long before reservations were needed and they began charging. Still enjoy walking my dog there though, its still very peaceful and right behind the police station which gives it more sense of security.

The people are nice. Its faces a large library. Ample parking space. Close to fwy.

This review is a 5 star due to the cleanliness and ease of rental space thanks to the city of Montebello!For $80 being a local, its worth the purchase! We were able to get a jumper permit along with ample space for our sons party. The rental was easy and we loved the space! Thank you for helping us have an amazing party! Will definitely use this park again!

Probably most Montebello citizens are aware that Acuna park is named after, Henry Acuna, the first and only Montebello Police officer killed in the line of duty. The brave officer was called to a liquor store robbery and was shot and killed while chasing the suspected robber. The robber was caught and convicted.If you like feeling safe as well as keeping your family safe, then this is the place for you.Although its a rather small park, it still gives you a sense of feeling that you are far into the woods.It sits at Lincoln ave to the north and Victoria ave to the south, both offer free parkingSo maybe the next time you take your little ones to MC Donalds, instead of sitting indoors watching them play and run around in the Micky Ds play area, why dont you try taking them the couple blocks north/east to Henry Acuna park?I dont think youll regret it.

Its a nice park to just BBQ or a Birthday party. Or just kick back. My family nd I had a very nice time during the summer, they had a movie nite with taco trucks face painting for the little ones. A bunch of different things, my grand children enjoyed the nite.

Great place to come and bring the kids for a picnic clean park

I can not believe this small park has a park ranger that does nothing but bother patrons. These park rangers have several giant SUVs for a park that is less than a few acres. I cant believe the city of Montebello would waste good tax dollars on incompetent inconsiderate officers. When I asked the ranger what he thought of the dangerous crosswalk in front of the park the officer said it is not my problem. WT? I asked whos problem is it? The police accross the street. I have since been informed that a child was killed inside that crosswalk and another girl was paralyzed. The city of Montebello seems to hire incompetent officers. Why pay them at all? Why the SUVs? Why the disinterest in a dangerous crosswalk that is not wheelchair accessible? Oh but the officers salary medical dental suv and pension oh lets not go there...
