I enjoy bringing my kids here nice neighborhood park always clean. Mostly families hang out here. Hardly ever see weirdos in parked cars just watching you. Lol.Playground could use an upgrade though.

This park is awesome! Good amount of grassy area for sports, tons of different obstacles that you dont see at other parks. My 7 year old loved it. He even practiced his skateboarding on the sidewalk.

This is a wonderful Park I used to live one block from a park and I would drive 3 miles to get to this one. I have never had a bad experience at this Park I dont see a lot of homeless Milling around I dont find drug paraphernalia theres no trash everywhere its got new equipment and is well maintained. My daughter and I frequent many parks in Modesto Oakdale and Riverbank and this one is our favorite.

Park is still open they havent put caution tape around the swings yet. Big, shady, playground for the kids and a soccer field. Has a water fountain and bathroom.

Cypress Park is right in back of the elementary school. And close to our house. For the most part the park is clean and okay. I go to another Park in a residential middle to upper-class area. So the park is not only nice but the parents and people that are there are okay.....At this park some of the kids and the parents are questionable. And if thats case when we drive by it. I just take them somewhere else..

The city guys that clean the park and mow and do the things they need to do, do an excellent job

Beautiful park that was renovated a few years ago. It sits right next to an elementary school and is very safe. Lots of shade, just really miss the pool they used to have.

We got there around 9:30am and were the only ones there. Clean and felt safe. Had play equipment for all ages.

Great park with super cool playground equipment, drums, bongos, slides, climbing, rock formations. Spinning swings. Great for dogs, playing soccer.No concern with vagrants at this park. Safe. Restrooms when they are open.Bark instead of sand. Lots of trees, lots of shade for summer months.

Awesome play structures and very clean.

This is a nice little Park in a good area. They put brand new playground equipment just a few months ago for all ages up to 12 years. It has a clean restroom and a big soccer field, benches and a nice neighborhood. Love to come here. Also dogs are welcome if leashed.

I love this park its. Kid friend and everyone in the neighborhood have children so all children play their fall they just not for teenagers just for smaller children.
