Alot of homeless people come here. They all seem nice. Not a bad park. Very pleasant

The park is a lot nicer since it was redone, but there is still a homeless problem here. They seem to camp out around the sides. Two stars for park equipment quality. Missing three for homeless people and upkeep.

Nice park to have lunch at. Unfortunately they only have a couple tables and there was some garbage spilled out of a dumpster. Which is gross but I still like the park to go to on lunch break!

I give this park 3 stars for the fact that there are so many homeless people walking/ camped around the edge of the park. If not for that this park would be top of the lists for parks for many reasons. It has a really nice baseball field, newly built play structure (even has merry go round spinning wheel which i havent seen since i was a kid), and also has a soccer field. The location is a bit commercial/ industrial but over all nice park, just doesnt have that safe factor with all the homeless people in the area.

There are a lot of homeless there and they tie up the restroom all the time Ive even seen them washing their clothes out in there

Great play structure but no shade on the structure so play equipment can get very hot on sunny days. Mostly clean for a public park maintenance was cleaning when we left.

They have really cleaned this park up. Had a good time here today playing basketball with my 2 girls. Awesome job Modesto.

Order food did not get til 1hr. Later a hambuger????????not that busy at all. Other people were still waiting to get there food after we left. None not to happy.

The homeless in the area uses the restroom as there motel and thers alot of rough looking characters that hang out at the park most of the time. I recommend going in afternoons.

Nice playground, Park benches need repainting/replacing and the benches would be a plus. Beware! Lots of homeless/transients hanging around the restrooms. Modesto doesnt enforce the camping and trash they leave. Saw a couple of drug transactions going on with drug related paraphernalia.Obviously, there are better times of day to go to this park.

The improvements made to this park are GREAAT ! The kids love the new playground & the dogs love the field.

The remodeled park and ballfield looks wonderful.The remodeled bathroom was clean and comfortable to do my business. But you only have one restroom which is a problem and inconvenience for park goers. So if you build another restroom it will make it a 5 star park.

Brand new playground equipment. Clean and interactive. So far, not a lot of homeless/drug activity. Overall, great experience.

I walk my dog through here. I wish people hanging here would dispose of their trash.

Great remodeling of the playground! new bathrooms, new half court basketball courts with nets, new playground equipment and brand new baseball field for summer leagues. Two of my young sons are playing in Junior Giants youth league there. Homeless make me a little wary and some broken glass on far outer rim of baseball field

Nice small park. City needs to unlock bathrooms on the weekend and seed the grass for the soccer field. Practice field next to the baseball diamond needs some large gopher damage handled asap.

I use to live around the corner from this park when I was younger. I wished it looked this nice when I was younger.

Best kids play equipment in Modesto!, that I know of. Homeless and sketchy people are often around but a few security personnel helped with that.

Horrible people cant use the restroom because homeless people will stay there and wont let people use the restroom and sometimes theyre locked

I live next to it and on the weekdays there are bums there but on Saturday and Sunday I love it

Not very suitible for children bathrooms are always locked up the. Homless has trashed this park park is ok its roadside there is a play ground benches and table tops Barbuda grills. A huge grass area base ball feild it is not in the best location

The bathrooms need attention

Not the nicest or safest of parks. A small group of transients occupy during the day and leave booze bottles, needles, trash, etc lying all around.

It has places for kids to play on equipment. There is a soccer field. Bathrooms are not always open so make sure youve got somewhere close or you dont stay long.

Its a nice park. Its a not so nice neiborhood, though.

Needles from iv drug users on the ground people doing sexual favors in the bathroom or smoking drugs in the bathroom please dont take your kids here the Modesto police department need to do alot more especially in the bathroom on the back wall

Full of homeless people all the time. Cant use the restrooms. Found USED SYRINGES by the trees near the childs play area. Basically, dont take your kids here.
