I saw Lend Me Tenor. It was hilarious, the cast, the theater, the whole vibe is incredible. It has this fly on the wall seating that creates an intimate experience with the play.

Wonderful theater and a beautiful intimate setting.

Our first time here. We saw Lend Me a Tenor. The setting is intimate, acting was wonderful, and play hilarious. It was hard to see when we entered so I felt a bit unsafe getting to seats. The person next to me was quite annoying taking videos on her phone much of the time. Having ushers would help solve both those issues.

A small black box theater that showcases local talent. You can discover just how very talented our local talent is. Doors open half an hour before the play begins, so its important to get there early. No reserved seating, first come first served with three rows of chairs. The first row is at stage level - practically on stage - the other two on shallow risers. No curtain. Very intimate. You cant miss the action; you are almost a part of it. If you like live theater you should try it!

Modesto is full of talent, the Prospect theatre has wonderful thought provoking plays with excellent Actors and wonderful stage design. The theater is very cozy & intimate.

Just saw another great play at Prospect--Beer for Breakfast. So glad we have this great venue and the local talent to pull off such a great performance. Bravo!
