HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! This is not a safe place to bring your children. My daughter of 7 years old left this place with a busted lip and chipped tooth. The incident happened at the bounce house that they charged $5 extra in exchange for a wristband that allows you to enter the bounce house area. Many kids of all ages came in without wristband and started to rough play and pushed my daughter towards the edge of the bounce house where she hit a concrete floor. There are no padding at all to avoid such a horrific experience. No employees were there to check for wristbands. This all could of been avoided. Manager Micheal did not want to hear or help us with this situation instead offer free passes to come back at a later date. We just wanted to bring this situation to upper management before someone else gets really hurt but they refused! This place of “business” Does not care about who gets hurt. I suggest people looking to have a good time with their kids to go to a place that shows sympathy and actually care about people not just profits. I hope no one else gets hurt after reading my review.

Great skating rink! I had my daughters birthday party here. I was a bit disappointed in the party though. You pay for the package without knowing how many people will show. There is no adjusting the rate either down to a lower package if not as many people show as expected. There was no one assigned to our party either. No one checked to see if we needed anything the entire time we were there. We were also never asked what type of drinks we wanted. I guess I should have been more specific when ordering and should not have assumed that would have been a question presented prior to serving.

Churches make the best roller rinks. Big smooth floor. Nice mellow atmosphere and The Godfather plays the best music!

It was ok they really are doing great about the Corona virus

My baby enjoyed herself during a birthday party. So its is a good place for kids and adults who can and has skated before.

I loved it had a really good time with my family only thing the music could have been better but it was funn!!!!!

Good place to drop the kids off for a couple hours, no real issues, price is good and has other choices besides roller skating

Its a great place to hang out but some of the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE & unsympathetic . One of the booth was covered in urine and I sat in it, after explaining to the employees what happened the looked at me and asked what did I want them to do about it . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Excellent Security a very safe place for your kids. No hard feelings for being chase out of the building over a misunderstanding. And still have not received any sort of An attempt at an apology

First time there and I loved watching my grandchildren skate. I wished I could have gotten out there with them they really enjoyed it. And I plan on going with them.

Good entertainment for peoples

We didnt have a party host as included in our party package. That was disappointing. I was expecting to be able to skate and enjoy spending time with my birthday girl. Didnt happen. I was setting up, passing out pizza slices, then breaking down, and cleaning up.

Its a skating rink! With friendly people, usual food and games. Everyone ends up here at a birthday party, right? Met a middle-aged woman who brings her own skates several times a week for fun exercise. Old facility typical in area, keeps on keeping on. Rinks dont improve access for strollers, scooters or wheelchairs due to fear of skaters taking advantage and going crazy? This one does not offer those rolling helper frame things for little learning skaters it didnt appear. They have those at the rink on 3-notch road. Nice, decent place community needs.

Do not take your kids late or leave them there alone, adolescents use this place with non respectful and non responsible behavior.

My daughter loves to skate here definitely the nicest option in Mobile and loves the new bounce.

I was the first one there so when it was time to go in he did not acknowledge the fact that I was the first one there he just took the first one that got in line so I did not appreciate that I am a woman of color I saw there was other peoples that was there seeing that I was in there first so they stood back and let me go next in line I appreciate that fact that they did it knowledgement but the one that was working at the desk did not signs of time

We had a blast! But i didnt give 5 because they were charging an extra $5 for the kids to jump on the lil bounce mat!

The birthday boy had a great time, skating, in the bounce, and arcade. Im sure we will be back.

I would take the kids skating there again but will not throw another birthday party there. Its not clean, the employees are not very nice and I was surprised to find out they charge $5 just to rent a skate helper. As much money as we spent on the party I expected a party host and at the very least a paper table cloth and decorative paper plates and cups. We had to go out last minute and get decoration so it didnt look like my 9 year old was having a birthday party at a prison or hospital because that is what it reminded me of and I had to pay $5 extra just to get a pitcher of water.

I brought my daughter there recently for a party and the staffs behavior was questionable, at best. My husband and I discussed talking to the management only to realize adults were not present. Id considered having a party there for the future, but Saturdays actions removed this center as an option for us.

Needs renovation is n facility and new skates. Granddaughters skates had holes in too and heel. Laces were worn-out and broken. Made them replace skates. Next pair was almost just as bad. Had 4 grands skating. All of them needed new laces and the tongue of the shoes would not stay in place. Tongue kept sliding off to side of foot. They had blisters on top, bottom and sides of feet. Bad experience as they had to constantly work on their shoes. Yes, they wore socks. Wont go back!!!?

Everyone in my family had there party here. The staff is wonderful and always have the kids best interest. When I say you can have any decorations and out do yourself there its over the top my #1 place to have parties.

If there was a possible way for me to leave a zero i would. When we first walked in no one was up front, then when she finally came she acted like she hated to see us . Walked in to get our skates and it was like four people there and they acted like they had a problem with my niece asking for her size and basically threw them at her and acted like they didnt want to take her ticket out her hand as if she had the plague. She asked for one of the little guide things and the guy didnt even acknowledge her he just threw it out the door and slammed the door. At first i thought maybe they were tired ready to go home, until a family of lesser color walked up and did the same thing and the staff smiled and were very attentive. The guy walked the little boys guide thing out the door and helped him on it and ever thing . Im trying not to say they were hella racist and rude but they were HELLA RACIST AND RUDE ! Dont go! ever !

This is a great place to bring the kids and have a family fun time the atmosphere is very kids friendly they have a lot of parties on Saturday so if you want to skate without kids getting in the way then you should probably come on a Sunday.

Even of you dont skate, go. Pay the money. Play a video game, and watch these small children completely SLAM themselves into a wall an uncountable amount of times. Its almost free entertainment.

Had our sons baseball end of year party there. Clean place, staff was accommodating, and the boys had a blast. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this!! Me and my friends came (even though none of us can skate) and the staff was wonderful; they made the experience fun!Some other reviews mentioned them announcing to turn in your skates 10 minutes before closing, but thats really not a problem because it takes a while for them to put the skates back on the shelves and get your shoes back to you.

Dont go on saturday nights it terrible.they have no control over the skating rink floor and everyone just runs wild.there will be like 50 of those plastic things kids use all over the floor with kids going in every direction parents not watching and dven some people let the toddlers barrly walking run out in front of you.its awful and i complained but they couldnt do nothing.completely out of control.thursday nights are ok and sundays arent too bad. UPDATE:: multiple gun shots heard last night inside sunshine skate rink (a saturday night) and witnesses say kids were screaming and running for their lives across hillcrest rd.sunshine wants to deny it to protect their business which is so wrong.people deserve to know the truth to protect themselves.sunshine says it was a fight and a window was broke but there are no windows inside the skate rink.a fight is bad also heck its soppose to be a place for kids.they need to hire ADULTS instead of those kids they have working there that cant control nothing and security to protect their customers.its an unruly mess in there most of the time.a dangerous enviroment.

My main complaint is the sound system. Can never understand the DJ when he speaks. The songs are hard to decipher sometimes. Especially bassy ones.

My Son Celebrated his Birthday Today He Enjoyed Himself.

Well being that it was my 1st time there I didnt know what to expect. Skating was offered from 2-5pm the guy said we had 1 hr left . At 4:47pm they announced for everyone to get off the floor & turn in their skates unless you were wearing your own. That was a problem for me since we should be still skating for 15 more minutes !!! Also the rink floor have mild trash on it, they didnt have enough walkers for kids who couldnt skate on theyre own. The floor was damp near the exit door by the snack bar which caused my socks to get wet . The bathroom was clean which we did use but seat covers for the toilet would be nice . The music played was not current and needed more updating .

Ive loved this rink since I was a kid, now I enjoy taking my own kids!!!

Security dont know how to talk to the children and the parents. Security need some training on how to talk to people so I dont think Ill be bringing my family over there anytime soon until they change. And on top of everything the owners or management is making people get off the skating rink 15 to 20 minutes before time which was too early to should have done it about 10 minutes till and they stop the music also so that was really stupid

Took my grandson on two different occasions and both times the parking lot was full of unsupervised kids teenagers gather in the parking lot playing loud music you cant even park and I was told by an associate inside that kids were not allowed out the door until parents got there wont be back
