Very NICE arena for skating! Its CLEAN, great air-conditioning, and well managed. I was just there last night on July 18, 2020. What I like most is the terrific layout where there isnt any railings surrounding the skating rink. Its all so very open-air, with sitting platforms everywhere. It looks freshly modernized, updated, and theres even a stage at the far distant end. The man at the entrance was also very pleasant and inviting! So nice to have this skating experience! Keep up the GREAT work, Dreamland Skate Center! Mobile is lucky to have you!

Great place to ice skate. The rental skates were much better than I expected. It wasnt as crowded as I expected on a Saturday afternoon.There are two connected rinks: one covered, one uncovered. The covered one is a bit smaller and the ice wasnt as smooth. I prefer the uncovered rink because it allows you to look out at Prospect Park, which is even more gorgeous when covered with snow. There is a concession stand with snacks, drinks, and hot chocolate.

This rank is in a wonderful location. Dreamland Skate Center is a wonderful place for a school field trip. The staff is wonderful and accommodating for large schools. They are also able to accommodate children with special needs. There is great food common drinks oh, and a great seating area. The food area is separate from the larger seating area and skating rink. I would definitely recommend a trip.

Absolutely the best birthday party my niece could have had the skate party the private party was the best people leave you alone they dont mess with you you get to have your hoverboard just absolutely a lot of fun

Great skating rink. Staff is polite and helpful. Highly recommend for a birthday party or just to go do something on a weekend night! Has a very nice police officer on the weekend to keep kids safe.

They arent that expensive to get in, and its really clean, but the food and drinks are kinda expensive.

We attended my granddaughter 14th birthday party and everything was perfect. The staff at dreamland was very accommodating. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The guest had and awesome time. Thanks Dreamland Skating Center, we will visit again.

Had a lovely experience with friends, the security isnt good at all so I dont recommend it for kids. A lot of children were vaping and nobody was around to see.

Azalea Ballroom Dance meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday. Facility is perfect for this venue with a nice wooden rink. Dance to live bands.

Very nice staff. Its really fun any day you come but beware fridays because it will be swamped with kids 11-14 everywhere. Arcade games are hilarious to play with friends and bathrooms are actually pretty clean. I dont get anything from the food court since it is kind of pricey but price to get in is pretty decent.

Grandson had his 8th bday here. Great service, but not for the price. Skates were horrible! So much wax built up on the wheels that they looked and skated as if theyd been worn in the parking lot.They definitely need to clean up and upgrade the rental skates. They would have received 4 stars then.

Terrible experience! The staff was very rude during my party and then the manager/owner called me 4 days later saying he was going to charge me a late fee for leaving late when my private party didn’t start on time because they allowed open skate to go over into my party time. When my mother and I tried to explain this to him, he hung up in our faces. Needless to say, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment and will be disputing any additional fees and unauthorized charges.

The skating floor is chaos!!! With small children allowed to run around on the floor in every direction, adults standing still with shoes on on the floor, and people skating in different directions, making it almost impossible to enjoy skating (not to mention a safety hazard). If the skating floor was policed and organized even a little, the whole experience would be much better.

The place was rocking on Saturday night, very loud and full of people.

This place is great. They have a lot of “cheap night” days where the price is just $5. I went during Adult Skate night and most of the skaters blew me away with how good they were.

Facility is a very nice rink. However we went for a dance. It was ballroom dancing we did not expect so we didnt stay long.

Great place for the kids, all ages, to hang out and have fun. I wouldnt drop-off my kids and leave them there without a trusted adult supervision, but the staff was always supervising to ensure the safety of the children. I saw the staff acting quickly to break what seemed to be a heated argument between two teenagers. They should probably have one or two more floor supervisors. Nice good music for the kids to dance, pool table, air hockey, and a few other arcade games, etc. Place was clean and the staff was always going around cleaning the mess. I heard the other skating rink on Hillcrest Ave is bigger. Sunday night is dedicated to the adults.

Me and my friends love this place, it brings us closer together and give me the courage to tell my friend Shye Im in love with her, it is a great place to relax and have fun, I have one problem though, I wish the free passes have all the hours and that I could go in at the lock in.

We went for the Special they offer on Saturday nights, and they didnt have anyone to go get pizza .Disappointed my kids and the other family we were with.

Nice clean place. New carpet, new paint. Had a great time with my daughter. Needs to have more arcade games to play. I will come back to visit.

My daughter enjoys spending time with her friends on weekends. We have been in Mobile for a year now & homeschool our kids. So its nice I can still offer my child a safe & entertaining activity that has her ACTIVE as well as social.

Went for a birthday party. And we were late but the owner allowed us to keep skating the night away even after the party was over. Very nice. bring money for the arcade games and the toys. Lights and glow sticks were available. They also sale used skates.

Great party and my daughter had a great time she actually even learned to skate without using the hold on thingy majiggy I dont know what its called it had been a while since she has skated so she was a lilScared an especially after she fell over top of the hold on thingy and actually right after that she cried a lil cause she hurt her wrist an she was like I dont want to skate nomoreAn I was like its alright I will help ya long story short: Before we left she was getting it everywhere with her skates and even got out on floor and turned around and everything byHerself without the hold on majiggy thingyThe next day at school she got another invitation to dreamland for skating party in a few weeks so I was like yay!!!! youll be ableTo skate by after this time on your own Plenty more practice

If youre looking for a family friendly atmosphere that is reasonably priced, Dreamland is the place to go. Not only is the staff friendly, but the prices are The best in town. Group and private parties with several food options for your guest. You can even catch a Zumba fitness class on some nights. The floors have been recently redone, lighting has been added, and with it being just a few minutes from the interstate its a great location for a family fun day.

Aint been here since i was a young teen but i used to LOVE this place. Brought my kids and family here today and until almost everything changes there, from people to prices and alot more, we wont be back and i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Coming here was a blast. No matter what age you are they have skates in your size....I even took a video of a an older gentleman dancing to the music while skating....had a great time with my friend and her daughters!

Halarious staff. They treat you like a long lost friend. Prices are iffy, but, for the most part, reasonable. Could be cleaner, but i know they try thier best. Extraordinary skating floor, best in mobile.Very nice place.

They play good songs and everyone seems to have a great time. I enjoy myself.
