Lived there for 6 months, after the first week of living there, a water pipe busted 3 different times because they did not fix the problem correctly, had black mold and mildew all the trailer, complained several times to management and they finally sent the owner to check the trailer out and he informed me there was no mold and mildew, moved out due to the numerous complaints I made and nothing being done and they refused to give back my security deposit. They need to sell it to someone else and start over and go in and fix the trailers.

Well havent been here long but so far I love it here they keep the park up if u have any problems they take care of it

Was not pleased at all. Moved in on a monday and moved out the next day. Was told it would be cleaned before we moved in and it was not. Was told there wasnt bugs but it was infested with cockroaches had to take my daughter to the er because she had a cockroach in her ear. There is a horrible cat problem yards are not kept up at all trash all over in peoples yards. Just wasnt happy at all. Only good thing is management refunded all of our money.
