Originalls.Theresa, Manager, purportedly mislead me into believing she was fair, a true confidante and a competent professional prtson who would assist my need for personal assistance. I bought a property that would accommodate my limited physical abilities to live in a larger home... That of which I need based on being terminally Ill, as well as physically challenged. Three months of rarely being outside my newly purchased home, she and her assistant has defamed my character because I am morally circumspect. Thereby becuse of my refusing to condescend to the corrupt and illicit lack of moral fiber displayed by both women who have workef diligently to destroy my serenity, as well as my public image, and my reputation, I am being forced through EVICTION to move my home from PALA VERDA PARK. What turned such a portrayal of professionalism and compassion into a living hell on earth thereat PALA VERDA MOBILE HOME AND RV PARK? A manager, Ms . Theresa Smith becoming enraged with me when she learned her best friend, her assistant that she sent to me as someone that could work for me as a Domestic Aide for hire, overstepped her boundaries by divulging intimacies associated with Ms. Theresas personal business, as well as property business. Once she learned of her friends betrayal... She overtly determined and did in fact defame and verbally assault me on every engagement regarding Park and personal business transactions. Her verbal assaults led me to become very emotionally distraught every time she falsely accused me of overt and defamatory lies. She and her immoral assistant built a false case against me. Upon presentation of their false allegations against me to the Owners of the aforenamed Park and their Attorney, I was given one week notice to remove my Unit from their Park. My personal witness of the lack of professionalism and personal integrity on the parts of Ms. Theresa Smith and her cohort, Ms. April are hereby willfully submitted as a true depiction of my dissatisfaction which is being disclosed for the purpose of protection to innocent individuals who may be considering long term living arrangements in a Park professionally managed and owned. THAT HOPED FOR PEACE WOULD NEVER BE FOUND BEHIND THE PORTRAYAL OF THE FACADE PROJECTED BY MS. THERESA, MANAGER.

The place is wonderful. Pet friendly kid friendly very quite the hell raisin was my four kids.lol beside that it is wonderful and i would must def. Recommend this place and The manager Mrs. Tresea is awesome

I have been here over a year and its the best move i ever made.

The manager is real sweet. And helpful. We remodeled the office and also built the Laundry room for convenience of the guest that come to stay on the camp ground.

Ive lived here with my two kids since April 2020, and had very little problems

Weve lived here for about 2 years. It is truly home. And also, Ms Teresa in the office is awesome at what she does. She goes above and beyond her duties here at the park.

Tammy is awesome! The owners, not so much. My mom is in a wheelchair. Our driveway is cracked to hell right where she needs it the most to load and unload into her van. Also, parking is horrible. We have offered several fun and cheap ideas for the park such as a community garden, controlled cat population, coffee and a donut days at the office to get to meet the neighbors, etc. Instead, they take pictures of our driveway and promise to fix it. We have been asking for it to be repaired for over a year now. The owners also wont do any of our ideas. The landscaping is horrible and everybody could use an owner given Christmas present of pressure washing. What we get is an owner riding through in a nice little Mercedes every weekend and rent increases every other month. The star is for Tammy. I have been here as my moms caregiver for five years and mom has lived here for ten years and Tammy has always been amazing! I hope she stays for as long as possible.

The only road in or out needs to be paved. The areas eroded away by the elements cause my corolla to scrub bumper & the pot holes are atrocious. If filled, it is blobbed on causing high spots. So, the low spots are that much lower, hence the scrubbing of my front bumper

Great place to live, beautiful, quite, the ones that complain are the ones that get evicted for not following the rules. Which is what makes this park so great, they get rid of the scum, and people who thinks, they shouldnt pay rent, like the rest of us.

A good place to live and its close to everything. I just want to add a note that this is a quiet and safer place since some undesirable residents have moved. Tammy is the manager and she is fair to all the residents. I enjoy living here.

The staff and management team are one of the best you will encounter, they definitely believe in the phrase Another Happy Camper

I live here. Its good but theres some instances where theres a crazy person living in the woods near but over all a good place to live

We were harassed non stop by the management there isnt zero amenities it was truly the worst experience Ive ever had I would strongly disregard the other reviews top read on here that are positive and only use this place as an absolute last resort

The worst place to live was harassed by the management. Always changed rules and never up held them with other tenants. Manager was very rude, disrespectful. Would not recommend anyone to reside there..

No one answers the phone, go to the office its closed, after I traveled half hour to get here.

I have lived in park since September 2001 in a mobile home I purchased from a previous owner I was never late on lot rent park has been thru a couple of managers the manager there now her name is Alisha she wanted me out of park for some reason maybe because I come from NY Alisha gave me an evection notice to move out in 30 days since it is a month to month contract she can do this here is the problem manager said I could not sell the trailer had to be moved since the trailer was old and I was disabled from an auto accident I did not have the money to move it I ended up giving it away with the stipulation to new owner it had to be moved now come to find out the new owner can stay there this is discrimination 100 percent she did not want me there because I was disabled .

Its a trailer park in the south. Driveway needs to be paved. It is dirty.
