I will definitely be back. It was an ok Im ready for some new ink kind of days. I went in early afternoon and as long as I was willing to wait they took me that day. Everyone else wanted to see me at a later date. And the prices were awesome as well. This is my new place for sure.

My wife and I went to medusas for two tiny matching tattoos and we explained what we wanted and asked how much it would be.We were told $100, After we got the tattoos then she told us it was $100 each. That is not what was said before we got the tattoos, we were specifically told $100 when we asked how much it would be total.Very deceitful and unprofessional.

I have been here several times and absolutely love it! The staff is very kind and does amazing work. I came in March 13th for Ashs Friday the 13th piercing specials and am so pleased! Although she was understandably busy, she had a kind and welcoming attitude. She made me feel very comfortable and as though a friend was giving me my piercing. Her professional attitude and friendliness was well worth the wait. Ash is amazing, along with the other staff, and I highly recommend this place!

I was a walk in and fortunately they had an opening. This place and the Artist are awesome. Especially James, he did an awesome job on a cover-up & addition to a piece I had on my arm. Love this shop!!! The owners are very talented as well as welcoming and friendly. My niece got a piercing at a different shop and things didnt turn out so well, so she ended up needing the piercing out. The shop she had it done at was closed and Medusas was the only shop in Mobile that was willing to assist us in trying to get it out. They tried their hardest and gave us wonderful advice on how to treat it so that it would heal properly. I also had a tattoo done at Medusas over a year ago that needs touch up. Even though the artist is no longer with them, they are still standing by their word and Medusa will be doing the touch up herself this coming weekend. Nothing but great things to say about this shop and the employees Ive met!!

So I went in and got my first tattoo I was really nervous. The environment was awesome Jesse was Awesome he kept me and my mom laughing the whole time. anyways it was awesome i will be going back for another one!

Walked in with my aunt who was curious about prices and styles. I had already had a few in mind. We were greeted by someone as soon as they finished a piercing which wasnt a long wait. Once we were introduced my aunt knew Instantly what she wanted and James(if I remember correctly) had on a tye-dye cat shirt. My aunt fell in love with it since its her two favorite things cats and tye-dye. He quickly drew up a design and got her sitting in the chair to get it done. I had been speaking to Rocket who I talked about my designs. We decided on which one we had time for today and talked about the meaning behind it which made it even more special once finished. Both are amazing artists, professional but laid back. The equipment ran smoothly and the area was clean. I am already planning my next visit for the other tattoos! I highly recommend this place especially for custom tattoos as they will make sure to work with you and adjust as needed. Dont be afraid to speak up even if it is your first(like my aunt). They have created another tattoo addict haha.

I took my daughter to get an industrial piercing and I was highly impressed with the customer service. I was greeted and attended to immediately. I didnt get the name of the girl that greeted us and took care of all the paperwork or the guy that did the piercing, but they were both very nice, professional and personable. I will be spreading the word about Medusas and we will be back for more!!!!

The place is clean enough, but not very professional. The artist did an OK job but didnt really give me what I wanted. My son and I got matching tattoos and his artist, Jesse, did a much better job capturing what we wanted. Mine is already faded after just a couple of weeks. Im going back to get Jesse to touch it up.

Went in to get a conch and double cartilage piercing. Deebo did a GREAT job! Would recommend him with any piercing you’re looking at. Super excited and pleased with my new piercings.

Ive been searching for a good artist for a very long time after my disaster experience from my first tattoo. My friend recommended going to see Medusa so I did. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she drew it up surprisingly quick. The cost was very affordable and I fell in love with the work. I have found my artist and will return soon for another.

I got my first tattoo at Medusas almost a year ago. It was an overall good experience, I even told friends about the place. However, since then it seems like the customer service part of the buisness has gone downhill. Its just isnt worth the hassle anymore when there are so many other tattoo shops with friendlier service.

My fiancé and I came in yesterday right after 3pm to see Taz and were told it would be a couple hours before we could be tattooed, so we left and came back at 6:30 and waited until about 8 for Taz to tell us that WE would be next just for her to skip us on the list and take someone else. I guess because she thought it would be quicker? Or maybe it was one of her friends? Around 11pm we were told she couldn’t get to us tonight after having us wait since 8 for our turn with her. Luckily another artist named Jesse stepped up and handled both of our tattoos with a great attitude and he did amazing!! I was excited to see Taz work but I’m sorry to say she’s lost my business to Jesse! I love Medusa’s but I was a little disappointed.

I got my nose done here about a year ago and the person who pierced it was very professional and friendly and didnt let me walk out without knowing everything needed to know about the up keep of a piercing. Its a chill environment and I was done in about 30 mins maybe less. Im thinking of going back here for my tattoo... Looked like they had great artistry too.

Went to get my lip and belly button pierced dude didnt even mark off my belly button just stuck the needle though and it was crooked so I asked him can he mark my lip before he pierce it he agreed but when he put the clamp on my lip I told him I feel like its about to slip off my lip he asured me thats how it always feels but I told him I feel like its gonna be wrong and I was right, the back of the piercing sits right where my top and bottom teeth meets so it always gets caught on my bottom teeth wen Im talked I cant kiss my boyfriend because wen he kisses my bottom lip Im scared he might pull it out because it sits like on the top of my lip instead of in the center.

James was very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous to my mother. She requested a piercing for her birthday, and unlike other shops in our area, they were open at their posted times. They will be seeing us again!

What a joke. We called ahead and they said come in it would be an hour. Put our names in and they told us come back in two hours. When we went back (less than two hours later) they said they didn’t have time. They instead did several piercings instead. Don’t waste your time, literally.

We went in to get my daughter a double helix piercing. Everyone that we talked to was very friendly. I hate that I didnt get the guys name who done the actual piercing, however he did it so smoothly that my daughter sat there and didnt flinch. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to get a price estimate and to check out the environment. The lady up front was very detailed answering my questions and the price she gave was very affordable. I came back a few days later, as a walk in, and met James. I told him it was my first tattoo, and the details of what i was looking for and the size etc. Instantly, he drew up the most perfect tattoo. I was very nervous about the pain and the tattoo in general but they made me so comfortable and the pain was bearable! James is hands down the best! I will definitely be coming back for a 2nd tattoo and askingfor james.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service from this tattoo shop! I was referred to the shop by a friend because of their 2 for 1 special on their piercings on tuesdays but the day that I happened to go there was Friday the 13th in which they had $13 piercing specials. I arrived at the shop a little after 8pm and was told the special ended at 8:30pm however the advertisement abt the special did not have a cut off time it only stated first come first serve until the shop closes at 12pm and it also stated to write down your name and number and the special would be honored another day if the service couldn’t be done but I was told just to come back on a Tuesday when the 2 for 1 special is available, in which I did just that so I came back the following Tuesday and after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they did not have the proper tool for the piercing that I wanted and I was told to call back that Friday to see if the shipment with the tool came in. I called back that Friday and was told the shipment didn’t come but I can come in still and get the piercing, so when I got there the tattoo artist told me she have an alternative tool she can use but there is no guarantee with that being said I didn’t want any complications with my piercing so I agreed to come back. So I waited abt a week and a half two weeks later still no tool available, so at this point I’m really aggervated and will just settle for one of the piercings I wanted and come back and get the other one that I really wanted when the tool is available. So I paid my $35 that day and Chelsea told me that she would still honor the 2 for 1 special since that’s when I originally came and she told me to follow her on instagram and dm her so I wouldn’t have to keep calling the shop to see if the piercing can be done. So it’s been abt 2 weeks now since I messaged her and still no response so I decided to go up there on a Saturday, when I make it there I was then told that Chelsea was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until that Monday. I didn’t go back because at this point I’m so disgusted with the whole situation because I’ve literally been given the run around for a whole month and a half for a simple piercing. I definitely wouldn’t be back or recommend anyone to the shop.
