This park needs some TLC. The people in this community all have each others backs when it comes down to it. Yes, we are not the best place but its still HOME to quite a few families. Most inexpensive place to live for people on disability. Owner needs to put some time, money and effort into our little community.

It would be a better place if i could get ahold of someone when i need to talk to them. Im trying to get in here to live and i have called a bunch of times but i havent gotten anyone to answer and no one will call back

The new park manager is doing an awesome job of cleaning up the place! She is amazing. The new maintenance man is fixing all kinds of stuff that has needed to be fixed for years! Keep up the good work you guys Your awesome

It is a community of old mobile homes that are not in the best condition. If someone took the time to clean them up it may help...but then again

1 n 3 Rd park is kicking me out even tho had agreement with owner before Shelby took over and now Shelby is pushing me out even tho I stuck with agreement and had emergency service coming with money to help me fix trailer she even told the emergency services they are going to continue with eviction thank God emergency services offer to pay my first month rent and deposit instead of using the money to fix this crappy trailer this is a blessing I will have a apartment that I will actually not have to work on and hopefully carpet on floor and not a billion mice running threw it like this place and I can allow my visits with my daughter at my new place cps said this place is not fit to have a kid in it. O wow I was Chase threw park for taking in pics of abandoned trailers for my lawer Carl is out of control this park can say what they want about me but Chee is hiding cause he is losing this land and afraid to go to jail were he belongs

Owner of this mobile home community does not return messages due to any issues. The manager of the park does not answer for maintenance issues on the weekends.. my daughters pipes froze now twice this year at the parks connection. The pipe broke when they did a temporary fix an never completed the repair now leaving her with no water once again and with no surprise he will not answer his phone or door with the maintenance issue! They have park residences doing maintenance with no experience in plumbing heating an electrical doing quick temporary unsafe fixes leaving there residence without proper plumbing heating and electricity!

There is a certain individual, Mr. Morris who is on here slandering the park and its employees because he is being an unfit tenant, and wont follow the guidelines he signed in his lease and park guidelines. He has also been a delinquent due to the fact he becomes belligerent and goes on borderline psychotic rants that have turned to harassment and as a result the park employees have to silent there phones as he calls them 40+ times in a half hour. And when he doesnt get his way or an answer right away becomes threatening and aggressive thus having the employees and the owner because he gets this too to ignore him till the following day when he is sober. I have witnessed him show up at the maintenance man the said Carls house and began to harass and be scream at him about matters that he has no control over and then become threatening and yelling all while heavily intoxicated in front Carls young children and there friends. He was very inappropriate and the language of Mr. Morris was wrong. Carl remand calm and tried to calm him and not cause a scene, and eventually had to go and shut his door because of the manor the intoxicated mr.morris was screaming. Ive also have children who were in the park the day mr.morris said he was chased by Carl for taking pictures and id like to say myself and other parents went to Carl at his home and told him because we witnessed him Taking pictures of our children and asked him why he told us to mind our business and then when we told him to not take picutures of our homes and children he became aggressive. It was that what lead us to go to Carl and he responded accordingly by calling the police. After that a short time later mr.morris girl friend who resides with him at 1n3 proceed to come to Carls street, and harass him in which again Carl remained calm,and answered her questions and never raised his voice. Mr. Morris should stop coming at Carl and Shelby. They took over a park that was in need of work and people who care. And they have made progress, yes there is more to be done, but its more then anyone has done in a while. And is a good starting. They and us residents of the park will work together and make this park look and run nicer and be more family and children friendly. People like Mr. Morris refuse to fix the things hes asked, lies and tampers with stuff, lets his dog run wild while he stumples behind it, gets drunk and harass others and the employees, and is in general someone that gives this park the bad name it has. So if he goes so be it they will go and clean and fix the things he agreed to do in the first place and bring someone better in. Im sorry, this park is changing, people need to work with the park and take pride I see that the new employees, Carl and Shelby, seem to be working hard and making strides in the right direction, so work with them and this park will be a great place.

The park is starting to completely turn around. You can really tell the new manager and grounds keepers are trying to make it a better place to live.

Getting rid of the meth heads & trouble makers. New managment is doing more thats been done in the past few years.

Oakgrove MHC goes thru to many owners and property management. Theyre the worst on keeping or producing paperwork for being landlords.
