12 kids. All 11 years old (and slightly under). My wife said “let’s go to iFly for our daughters birthday party“. A strong “NO!” From this guy.The party there was 9/19/2020 and it was AMAZING!!! From the beginning of the proces to leaving at the end of the night - we were very pleased and impressed. Highlights:Instructor Bradley (Bird) - he was kind, patient and made the kids feel so comfortable and safe. He treated those kids like he was their equal and like he was their big brother! THANK YOU!!Entire staff - they worked as a team equipping the kids for success - thank you all!Food / beverage - so awesome! Pizzas from a local shop, fully stocked refridge with “help yourself” rules and the ability to bring in additional food (veggies, cake, etc) were all amazing!!!I could write more - THANK YOU iFly and team for a very memorable night for my daughter and her friends!! I’m glad my wife persisted...!!!

Had a great time. We had vouchers from Costco for my wife and I, but we didnt realize there was a risk for people who have shoulder issues (our fault for not reading the waivers) which caused my wife to decide not to participate. They were very accommodating and gave me extra time in exchange. They didnt have to do this and it was very much appreciated. Megan was my instructor and she was fantastic. Very energizing and informative. It really made the experience great, even though my skills were lacking! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity!

Experience is phenomenal. Instructor Josh was top of the line. The staff is unique, and culture can be felt. This is definitely amazing opportunity for anyone to experience thrill. The prices are really reasonable, you can take videos, pictures, or at a slight fee, get the videos or pictures that iFly provides. We seen elderly woman take a flight with instructor, young kids - this is definitely about not limited beliefs, but opportunity for all ages! Here some pictures.

SO MUCH FUN! Jason was our instructor and he was amazing! He was able to remember everyones names! I was nervous to start, but after the safety presentation/instruction I was feeling ready. I had two 1 minute flights and it was worth every penny! I will definitely be going back in the future! iFLY takes video/photo of every flight, which is great. At the end of our session, I was able to choose/purchase which photo/videos I liked best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Super fun and informative definitely going to go back. The first time is pretty expensive but returning visits are substantially cheaper. Apparently they have leagues and also you can throw parties there. I wish they had more than one silo so it wouldnt be so booked up. Definitely or recommended make sure youre under 300 lbs or else you have to lose some weight to ride

Now THIS is fun! Pay attention, do what they say, and youre flying! I could see doing this more than just the once we went the other day, just to feel it again. Friendly, informative, and compassionate instructor. I would say this is perfect for all people without shoulder dislocation issues. If your kid can take direction, theyll love itWill do again!

Went with family and it was a blast! Our flying coach was super friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room for friends and family to come watch and hang out too, which is great for those that want to see it but not try flying. The activity itself was easy to pick up, at least the basics - after just learning to float without being held by the instructor it gets a little more challenging and a lot more fun! Id recommend this to anyone, probably more fun if you go with a group or with another person to share your excitement!

IFLY was a great venue for our company winter celebration. The staff was fantastic! After our fights we headed over to their private room and had a great catered meal by Fork and Flair. Infusion Events hosted the adult beverage portion of our winter celebration. Both Erin and Beth were great to work with. I would highly recommend this as a corporate event.

Brought the family (mom, dad, 2 daughters age 6 and 7) to Ifly for my birthday and we had a blast. The instructor was very helpful in explaining how to fly. Once we were done with the instructions, they brought us into the waiting area next to the wind tunnel. They started wind up and took us into the tunnel one by one. We did 1 minute flights twice. First time was pretty fun as the instructor helped us fly and the second time we got to fly pretty high with the instructor. Once were done we scanned our bracelets to see our videos and pictures. We didnt purchase any of them. They did offer a much discounted package to come back and fly again. We did purchase that package. The kids asked if we could go back next weekend. Great fun, but a bit expensive to start with.

My family of 4 took another family of 5 for their Christmas gift. It was fun to do as a group. We got to cheer each other on and high five each other after our turns. Our instructor was Sam and she was awesome. Great with the kids and adults. Fun to watch her take a turn after everyone was done. Reduced one star since its expensive, though keep in mind its not just about the one minute increments in the wind tunnel but the overall experience.

Its like Bizarro world. Ive never walked into an establishment where the employees love their job so much. Everyone employee is in great spirits, and I had a blast, even before I flew. So much so, that I signed up for four more sessions. I had WAY more fun then I thought I would. Really good. The employees make this experience EPIC!!

Surprised my husband with 2 flights and VR plus a high flight. Took a bit to get started with training since one couple was late but it was smooth and fun soaring from there! Well definitely be back.

Awesome experience! Pay is a bit much $70 per person for 2 flights that last merely a minute or so. But you also gotta remember your paying for the experience behind it which was exhilarating feeling. Would i go again definitely.

This place is Heaven. This includes the eye candy...yes, ladies...the men here are delicious to look at. If everyone were required to go into a wind tunnel, the World would be a happier place.

Our family of 5 had a great time! It was a great experience for all ages from teenager to their much older parents! I was that older parent. I had a little bit concern with the physical demands of the ride as I am not in shape whatsoever. But that was not a problem. May be my belly served to stabilize me in the air! ;-)The staff and especially the instructor Meg was awesome, energetic, relating to everyone in the family and making every effort to make the time with her enjoyable, fun, memorable and safe.This is a good activity for families with grown up kids.

A little bit pricey for me to do as often as I would like, but beyond that, a GREAT experience. The trainers and staff were all extremely friendly, and they give you pretty good instructions before you start. I definitely am not ready for Real Skydiving, so this was an awesome, fun intro to the concept of skydiving in general!

Excellent customer service. I have booked 2 events with iFly in Minnetonka, and they have delivered top-quality service both time. I plan on having more corporate events, and my 8 year old has said she wants to become a pro at diving. I have been there 3 times, and all of the instructors are impressive, professional and super helpful.

Super cool and fun activity to take kids of all ages to.. Theyll take a kid with literally no idea what theyre doing and work with them, at the speed comfortable for the kid if they want to advance into a highly skilled flyer..The girl that was instructing me two daughters was truly pro at what she was doing.. First she took my seven year old daughter in with her, and my seven year old looked so nervous before going in, but her instructor handled her with care, and taught her the fundamentals, and beginning stages of flying..My second daughter went in, and shes 15 years old with a rare neurological disease she was born with.. Shes probably about 56 and weighs around 100lbs..Unfortunately because of this rare disease, shes left confined to a wheelchair most of the time.. No problem for our fly girltrainer.. She and one guy trainer took our daughter Madi in, and let their hands slowly release away from Madi, allowing Madi to be (I can only assume weightless) and Madi just kindve floated around in there like a leaf on fall day.. It was a little over whelming for her, but she absolutely loved it.. As a dad standing there watching. I only wish I knew how to do the kind of areal acrobatics and hardcore flying these instructors were doing.. I wish I knew our instructors name.. Id actually give her a shout out..Thank you again

Terrific. Fun for most ages. Love that they encourage young kids. Its cool too see the little guys flying like Superman. The instructors are super chill, fun, and professional too.

This was a fun experience but definitely more physically tough than I imagined. My husband and I both had shoulder pain for a few days after and were fairly physically fit and young. This had nothing to do with the operators as all of the instructors were great, the experience itself is just tough on the shoulders. It was also a little awkward to sit in the waiting area and wait for everyone in the group to have their turn.

This is a great activity for anyone young or old. Ive flown with 4-6 year old children several times, and Ive flown with a gentleman that was in his late 60s. The staff here is wonderful and Ive gotten to know several of them the past six months Ive been coming to fly. Theyre some of the most positive, friendly, energetic people youll ever meet.When you first go to book your flight, you might have a bit of sticker shock initially. I know I did. The prices seem high. However, you have to look at what youre getting. Actual skydiving costs roughly $200-$250 for a first time, tandem jump. For that price you get suited up, go up to roughly 13,000 feet, and you freefall for about 60 seconds. At iFly, for a first time flyer, I paid roughly $120 for 3 one minute flights, and that included the high flight and VR upgrades, plus a digital photo you can send to your email. As a return flyer, you get a steep discount. At the time of this writing, a first time flyer (or up to 5 first time flyers) that want to fly a total of 10 minutes in the tunnel would pay $302 and some change. As a return flyer, I get that same 10 minute flight package for $125.75 including tax. Compare that to skydiving again, and youre paying nearly half the money for 10x the flight time on just your second flight.If youre wondering whether you should try it, the answer from me is unequivocally YES. Youll have the best time of your life, and if youre anything like me youll turn it into a hobby that you look forward to every single month, or twice a month, or maybe even once a week! Theres always a new trick or maneuver you can learn. I elected to work with a coach one on one to hone my skills and ive never been happier in life.In short... GO FLY! Youll be glad you did.

Flying was awesome!!! One of the best things I’ve ever experienced. This place was great from the moment we walked in everyone was very nice and super helpful. They make you feel confident and relaxed about it. I thought it was going to be hard but it wasn’t. Our instructor klayton was SO great! He was very nice making sure everything looked well and that we were all understanding the instructions, he was very encouraging and when he flu by himself showed how experienced he was. Loved it so much! Unforgettable day for me! Thanks IFLY!

Great staff! Took FIVE kids ranging in age from 9 - 15, and everyone had a good time. All the borrowed gear was clean and in great shape. Not cheap, but worth it!

SO FUN! All the instructors were great. Super friendly. I had never done anything like this before so was a little nervous. The instructor (Byron) totally understood that and was very reassuring. You can tell he loves what he does because his enthusiasm was contagious and helped me relax and have a great time. I would highly recommend and I dont recommend things very often!

This place is fantastic. Expensive, but they have a fantastic, energetic staff that work hard to make it a great experience.

It was a great time. I am at the upper end of their weight restriction, so I was a little worried. I just followed the instructor, Jawshs, directions and did fine. Everyone there was very friendly and seemed genuinely excited about what they are doing and for every customer without being cheesy about it.

This place is super rad! Go and fly with Sam and Brad and Jawsh and Mikey! Dont feed Sam after midnight.

Terrible experience. Scheduled a flight for a surprise birthday gift (scheduled less than a month prior to the flight date). Apparently the flight date is cancelled due to maintenance. I understand that maintenance needs to occur, but why would they not block that date off the calendar? They were willing to reschedule but not willing to do anything for the inconvenience. Now less than a week before the surprise I have to come up with a plan B. And I’m out the money for 5-7 days. I would not recommend and would not trust these people with my safety. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Avoid at all cost!!! Plan something that you can depend on.

Friendly staff, will definitely go again, if youre new to the world of skydiving, its a great place to hone your free fall skills, or if you are looking to to just fly around in a rather safe place, this works well for that... or just go watch some of the experienced people zip around like its nothing, very neat to watch...

I have visited a number of tunnels throughout the country and the Minneapolis location is a great newer location. Although the tunnel is a little small for groups of advanced flyers, the coaches, staff and management are the reason to visit.

The staff were great at explaining everything and making this a fun experience for someone who has never sky dived

It was really fun but a little over priced for 2 minutes of flying time. Something I didn’t think to worry about was my hair got super tangled and took an hour and a half to detangle. It was a real pain in the butt.

Our instructor was Jeffrey and he was amazing!We decided to try iFLY for my bachelorette party because I didnt was a typical, basic bach party plus, this just seemed more fun! I am pretty regularly active but I also am not the most fit person so i was worried that id be extremely sore or somehow injure myself but that did not end up being the case. The only thing that was sore the following day (as i am typing this next day) is that my abs/core is sore! Thats because during your flight, youll feel your back giving a bit because of the air, which I found was less bothersome if i just engaged my core- kind of like youre doing a plank! It made my flight more enjoyable because i didnt have to worry about if my back was going to be sore or not. Jeffrey was so welcoming and patient with my group of ladies. We were a bit late because one person from my group was a couple mins late but otherwise, we had plenty of time to fly. Each person gets about a minute air time but it feels so much longer when youre in there. Its so worth the money to get this experience, especially if you really dont plan on ever trying real skydiving. Thanks Jeff!!
