Nice size theater for Live productions. I attended #repmycityday on 6/10/17. Very nice lobby, parking, and easy to find locale.

So much history with Mpls Sound. They are looking to expand... make sure to support them.

Great home based theater where I frequented in my youth.

My favorite place in the world to rehearse and perform at EVERY SATURDAY with my choir macphail Community Youth Choir/mcyc from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. especially on September 14th its amazing and its free anyone can join just show up located North Minneapolis penn and Broadway with JD Steele our director.

The very first EVER Prince stage performance was at the Capri Theater! The Revolution had not been born yet! It just went through a renovation and looks great! Its approximately a 300 seat theater with dressing/green room and 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs!

I saw prince perform his first two concerts in the Capri, legendary!

I have not been in there since the 19 seventies and needs a little work but I love the history. I was there for a memoir about a shooting that took place in 1968.

This place is a community staple! I enjoy going here for any event.

When I was a kid, almost every weekend we would walk down to the Capri Theater to catch a kung fu, Godzilla, or the latest blacksploitation movie i.e. Shaft, Superfly.Today its a different story. I had the opportunity to catch a couple shows down at the old Capri, one was a teen talent show which was very entertaining and the other was a fundraiser featuring a jazz ensemble with some of the best local musicians and singers the Twin Cities has to offer. This place is definitely a hidden treasure.

Very disappointed in this theater. The have full food menu but dont deliver inside the theater? Missed parts of my movie because of ordering process and having to come back out and retrieve the items, way too far from the theater we were in! Wont be coming back!
