I had a somewhat rare copy of a map of a Paris view from a birds eye that is no longer available that I had casually mounted on cardboard. I was able to remove it with only minor damage to the edges and sent it to Posters on Board for a more durable mounting.I was absolutely delighted to receive the mounted map with all the little wrinkles and ripples smoothed out and minor tears repaired on a durable mounting that should last for a very very long time, and which my heirs can probably sell for quite a bit if they want to.Posters on Board is a pleasure to do business with. I received useful advice on making my own repairs (dont do it) via email; the turnaround was rapid; and the packaging would prevent just about any damage other than a deliberate attack.

This is such a great place! They have mounted several posters for us, including 2 one of a kind custom painted pieces that are super special to us. One was damaged and they made it look perfect when mounted. They are so kind and helpful and easy to work with. This family owned small business is so great at what they do. They are friendly and offer good advice and suggestions to whatever framing or mounting needs you may have. I have brought many concert posters to them to have mounted on wood and am pleased every single time. They have a dog named Gizmo that is so friendly and will greet you and then expect belly rubs before you drop your order off. I have recommended this place to numerous people and everyone has been thrilled with the results.

I write to endorse (and compliment) Posters On Board for their excellent work framing an oil reproduction of a painting I had commissioned. Great selection of high quality posters on thick paper that arent rolled in a tube. Went there to grab movie posters for my home theatre. Two sizes available, and frames to go along with them. Easy peasy.

1.0 star rating 9/17/2016Will never go back. I went in to this store with a admittedly small framing need, waited my turn patiently. When it came my turn, the owner briefly began talking to me, but her annoyance at the small size of my request was fairly obvious. When another customer entered the store, the owner turned away from me instantly in favor of helping the other customer, who was picking up an order that obviously was more lucrative. This was not a matter of handing off a package that was already paid for, but an elaborate 10-15 minutes of conversation while I was literally ignored. Im 60 years old, and have never experienced such a cavalier example of retail rudeness. Id have to advise taking your business to Blick or Michaels, not this store.

This small business has been on my go to list for years and will be for many more. Quality work and reasonably priced.
