Nice store. Clean and nice variety of merchandise. Didnt give it a 5 star as I didnt feel covid-19 protocols (other than wearing masks and partitions at checkout) were obvious.

I went in this store specifically to purchase fabric which the website shows many different kinds. After looking and not finding, I went to the front desk to ask. Two you g women were there and I asked if any of the Michaels stores had fabric. One said No, we dont carry that anymore. I asked another question but the two were too busy talking to one another to ask. Poor, poor customer service. Michaels need to remove fabric from the website if they are not going ggv to carry it!

Michaels at the Quarry NE Mpls? Go somewhere else. None of the staff (that Ive asked for something) have been at all helpful. 2 out of 3 acted as if I was asking for the moon. I get the impression they are a bit arrogant - so... I decided I would not go there again & actually returned everything I purchased. The thing that pushed me over the top was not being asked if I wanted a bag. They gave me one and charged me for it. Had they asked I would have said NO. A mere 3 small items I can deal with.Now with COVID, Cub Foods suspended bag charges, but not greedy Michaels?

I used their customized framing services by Aaron Brothers and I am so happy with the service and quality of product I received! I had never used this service before so I was a little nervous on picking out the right frame and mat (It was a rather large painting and I was giving it as a gift.) The sales associate made excellent suggestions and was very patient in letting me play around with all the different options. The end product was beautiful, completed on time, and showed excellent craftsmanship. I am impressed and definitely recommend their services!

Small store, they dont have much of a selection of anything. My advice, pick a different Michaels.

No one ever knows anything about anything here because that person in that department only works early in the morning. Stop Stop selling. Things that you dont know anything about. If you guys sell crickets. Get someone in there that can answer questions about it and dont say well they only work in the morning. They only work two or three days a week bullcrap. Get it together! I hate store And I will not be going back to this particular one.

I love Michaels and generals however this particular Michaels is quiet have a good selection of items. I love their paint and canvases both quality and price. Everytime I come here I feel that the staff is actually wanting to help me. I always spend a good amount of time here because its a relaxing location

I love Michaels, so it breaks my heart to have to say this, but I have consistently had poor customer service at this location. I come in with an idea of what Im looking for and ask for assistance in finding it. Without fail, every associate I speak to brings me to a single shelf and then tells me its not here so we dont have it and leave me. With 10-15 minutes of searching in the area they lead me to, I am able to find no less than three similar options.This is time I would hope to save by an associate taking a couple minutes to ask me questions about what Im looking for to help narrow it down instead of assuming what I want and then telling me its not there.So basically, I always leave with what I need after an excess of time spent fumbling around the store with no assistance whatsoever. Its very disappointing.

Bought many rolls of Washi tapes for my daughter during the summer sales. Most of the tapes are really colourful and beautiful.

For me, Michaels is a pretty overwhelming place to visit unless I have a list of things to get. Theres just so much cool stuff to look at and buy! I recently went here for yarn and they have so much variety with fun colors and textures- everyone can find something. I love all of the coupons they offer members because they are super convenient when I have to shop here. A great craft store!

Staff was extremely helpful although they had a very limited supply of the product I want they did try to go overboard and check other areas of the store to see if they may have worn product somewhere else.

Chain crafts store. Better prices than Hobby Lobby. More art supplies, too. Theyll send you tons of coupons if you give over your email. Kids love this place. Not for drafting quality or specialty supplies.

Ah ya this is a Michaels? You know what youre going to get if you walk into one of these stores. If you need a google review to sway your opinion of whether or not you are going to visit this Michaels, then you shouldnt be going to Michaels. Youre going here to get a ball of yarn, glitter, on sale Xmas decorations, and some watercolor paper, because its the closest and only place to get all of it at once. And everything is on sale. Always.

Great first experience. Lovely shopping environment for anone with the Artists bent (or anyone else, for that matter). Friendly courteous, welcoming staff. Most especially worthy of mention: Christine, one of the supervisors, is adored by the staff - and with good reason. One of those angelic types, pleasant as all get-out, and so eager to please all her customers. A gal who is willing to roll up her sleeves for all her employees. Shes a gem. Lovely store. Seems evrey week they have gerat coupons/specials. Betcha youll be able to use em.

The store was clean and well kept. Our cashier was very friendly and worked quickly. We were able to find everything we needed (and then some). Ill be coming back to this location for sure. Nice thing is theres almost always a sale going on. Definitely sign up for the rewards program! Not too many emails.

Smaller than some but well stocked with most of your crafting needs. I rarely see anyone that works there the same time but I guess thats how retail is these days. An acceptable answer to Can I get your email address is No. Do yourself a solid and do a quick search for Michaels coupons before you get in line.

The store is always well stocked. The only thing I did not like was there were permanent markers on the same end cap as the paint markers so I had to return to the store for an exchange. I failed to be very observant and am ultimately happy with this store in general.

Had what I needed and what I was there to get

They are always clean and well run. I needed hemming tape and clear colored Velcro. They had what I needed and that was good. There staffing wasnt much help but I dont think I knew how many varieties of Velcro there where until I got there either. Also, I looked around for awhile and was surprised to see the amount of hobby, art and craft supplies. The whole time I was thinking they should advertise this more. Theyre really quite the resource if you are into sketching, painting, beading... Seriously. If you are artsy check them out, I was surprised.

They had every selection of paint we could have possibly need. The customer service there was exceptional. Yeet.

This place has everything you could possibly want to create something magical. Only con is some items were not even priced and its tough to choose to buy an item when youre on a budget. (Cake decorating supplies can get expensive!)

A visit to Michaels is not for the faint of heart or those in a hurry. The store is filled with many wondrous things but theres little to no signage to help you locate what youre looking for. If you do have time to explore, not a problem; if not, very frustrating, particularly if you cant find a store associate to help you. Then if you do manage to locate what youre looking for, unless its part of the latest crafting fad, its probably located on a shelf or peg that makes it inaccessible without a step stool or store associate. Michaels this really cuts into any impulse buys; if I cant reach it, I wont buy it. While I love using your coupons, they do tend to bog down the checkout process. You end up waiting for the customer in front of you to pull up the coupon on their phone. Will I go back? Probably, maybe when the stores not busy and I can have the exclusive help of a clerk who can reach those Martha Stewart Stencils that are a good two feet over my head.
