Been to several art shows at the first floor gallery for years. Most recent was the Unicorn Art Show. Nice to have a spacious gallery right by all the great food on Central Ave.

I’ve had the opportunity to display my paintings here a few times. The community amongst the residents is strong and real. Really dig this place.

I cant speak for the condo/apartments, but the art space was pretty nice and accommodating to the artist friends of mine.

Nice little space for art and music, with a back patio. Went there for the Unicorn Art Exhibit, and had a lovely time. Food and drinks were supplied by a food truck, a brewery, and a distillery, plus there was a quirky band. Not a particularly exciting building, but it was more than sufficient for the event.

A nicely laid out space. Plenty of room to show work. The apartments have great floor to ceiling windows, making them great creative spaces.

Since Artspace is developing Space to Create in Trinidad, CO, I wanted to visit one of their projects in Minneapolis. We went there on the day of an art show that invited the public into the live/work spaces. Very much enjoyed the experience.

I love the events held here. Every one is excellent and hospitable. Ive seen two Hidden Folk art exhibitions at the location and enjoyed them both so much.

Only saw the gallery space on the first floor. Airy, great natural light, and open enough we could engage with the artwork without getting in each others way.

The space is impeccable! Marvelous! Outstanding! Five hands up!

Decent space, can be hard to manage the flow of people, as the tiny entrance hall is also the bar area and also the only way to get from one room of the gallery to the other.

Very nice apartment complex. Spacious units available in mostly 2 bedroom option. High vaulted ceilings. I believe they are part of an art co-op. Has an art gallery downstairs near the building entry.

Went to an art exhibit to see our friend’s paintings and other artist’s work too. We lucked into a close we parking spot so that worked nicely. The exhibit space was well lit and a reasonable size. I would go to other events at this location.

Apartments are big and spacious. Art everywhere. Art shows are fabulous.

Looks like it would have been a fun exhibit, but they had it all torn down and artwork being put away more than 90 minutes before they said the event would end

Visited for an art fair. It was well laid out and the people were very accommodating.

A recent exhibit had a very crude censorship of a nude exhibit. Art is supposed to be free and open. This was handled very poorly in an amateur fashion.

Went to an art show here and rooted over of the studios. What an amazing space! Great art, music, and creative residents.
