Versatile space, building with history and function. Many quality tenants and small businesses that offer variety of experiences. Limited parking space in attached lots, street parking is questionable. On corner with transit stops, on busy thoroughfare. Side streets are in need of service and repair, Cobble Stone street with years of use. Enjoyable neighborhood.

Cool old warehouse with coffee shop and most important Brickmania is there.

The Waterbury building is a hub for arts and event hosting. I love being there, its always been an enjoyable experience.
