Beautiful sunset views with bae. Great locations, you can see all the huge buildings from here. 10/10 I would recommend.

Nice wide paths with plenty of room for bikes and foot traffic. Plenty of parking; some free parking available.Decent amount of benches and picnic tables. Awesome views of the lake and downtown.

If you’re in Milwaukee, you absolutely must walk this park. The air is so fresh and clean, views of Lake Michigan are amazing, and the place is so serene. Don’t miss out!

Beautiful and relatively new park on the Lake Michigan shoreline. It was built between the breakwater and Summerfest grounds just South of the Discovery Museum. Theres a nice little loop for a jog or a walk and a handful of good fishing spots. Parking is limited but there are lots relatively close by. Great views!

Best Park in Milwaukee! This is a dog friendly park. Fishing spots all around the park on the interior and exterior of Lake Michigan.

Located on Lake Michigan. Fabulous views of downtown Milwaukee. Great place to walk, run or bike in downtown Milwaukee. A number of birds can also be found there at various times during the year.

In all my time living in the Milwaukee area, I didn’t even know this park existed. It’s a small but beautiful park which has a great view of the city and the lake. Lakeshore park look like it would be a great place to run in the morning as well.

Nice place to go out there

A great place to go for a run/walk to escape the busy city landscape. Absolutely beautiful at dusk.

I wish a place like this was in Chicago. Despite walking around downtown and feeling the heat. For some odd reason this place has a consistent cool breeze.The walks are long and very scenic. Sidewalks are free from gum, graffiti, trash, etc. A very nice park with good upkeep and respected by the public.

We visited this Park while strolling the Waterfront. It has great views of the lake and skyline. There is a beach and mini lake but the water was too cold during our visit. They also have these audio stations (dont know what its called) where you have to spin a wheel to hear information about the Park. There are some portalets available for visitors.

Because they put so much effort into creating the prairies on this piece of land, it just gets prettier every year. There are rain gardens with blooming flowers too. There are so many places for photo ops of the city from this direction. Its convenient to summeriest grounds and discovery world. You can rent a Bublr bike just outside the park at Discovery World and bike through it all the way to Miller Park. Sometimes youll see fox in the park. On a nice day, you can watch sailboats or the huge Denis Sullivan ship go by. A very pretty place for wedding photos too. We were here today for the Sturgeon Fest- an opportunity for releasing baby sturgeon into Lake Michigan.

How can I have lived in Milwaukee for 3 summers, have gone to the Summerfest grounds and the Art museum plenty of times, and not known this was here? Were lucky in Milwaukee to have so many parks.This weekend was not quite as nice as last weekend, when I also took a walk by the lake near the marina. This weekend I was at Lakeshore State Park for an event, to release sturgeon into the lake.

Pretty location right on Lake Michigan. We were there for Sturgeon Fest on a great Autumn afternoon! This is a public restocking effort for sturgeon in the lake. Very kid friendly with lots of fun activities and even a bunch of food trucks that offer a wide variety of choices for sustenance!

This is a great little urban state park. Its set just apart from the city so its very quiet, but still offers great views of downtown, not to mention the gorgeous backdrop of Lake Michigan.
