It is a small planetarium but staff are great. Good place to bring kids.
Had a good time at the planetarium, this is a good place to take young kids and middle-sized kids who dont scream
My wife and I have enjoyed the handful of shows that weve made it to. We only wish they advertised better so that we were more in tune with their semester schedules! The shows are a bit lacking as they are usually just pictures while someone talks, but they work with what resources they have (in what is quite a little planetarium). The stargazing portions are in fact amazing, seeing the stars and finding the constellations is always fun. Definitely worth the few dollars it costs for 30+min show they put on.
Went there for a friends anniversary. Great idea for when your circle consists of a lot of families with kids of the right age. Our presenter kept the kids attention while she got the parents engaged as well. Had some classrooms open for some refreshments.
Cozy room with very knowledgeable presenters. The show portion was a slideshow, but once we started looking at actual sky on the dome, it really feels like your stargazing in the country. Friday night shows are $2, but make sure you arrive a little early since seats are first come first serve and they usually sell out of seats. The back row is definitely the best for full view!
I enjoyed every clsss I took there. .
Check out the stars
Ok
