Bought tickets ahead of time for New Years Eve $23 EACH for a party of 7 and we waited in line starting at 10:15 pm when tickets instructed by 10:45 pm. We waited in line until 11:20 pm and still didnt get in when we PAID AHEAD A TIME? Im sorry but is this not fraud? My party better get our money back. Who can I contact about this concern. This is complete bs

Great atmosphere & music quality. Typically really busy every weekend so if you’re coming in with a large group it’s best to inquire about a vip table or suite.. (suites are very nice and spacious and include bottle service, vip server and private roped off seating

Very poor New Years Eve experience, we rented two VIP tables, one table was similar to being locked in a small box. Secondly, items of high value were left behind. We contacted the host/manager on multiple occasions to inquire about the items being shipped back. (At our own expense) Absolutely no response, I personally even tipped him a very generous amount before the night began and he still wouldn’t respond. A very poor managed club that would not last 60 days in a competitive environment such as Chicago.

When I’m in Milwaukee, I love visiting Lucid. Great music, service and drinks. Definitely recommend getting bottle service for groups of 5+. The suites are comfortable and pricing makes sense per person. Really love DJ metro & BG good

Lucid light lounge is the place to be every Friday and Saturday night! Lucid is the perfect place to host a birthday or bachelorette, supplying great VIP deals and such a friendly and accommodating staff. Even without bottle service, the lights, DJS, and atmosphere make for a fun experience out on the town with friends.

(Update! Have not heard back after several emails to this address almost TWO MONTHS LATER) Paid in ADVANCE for guaranteed entry for NYE - if you arrive by 10:45. Got there early and still waited in line for over 50 minutes in BELOW FREEZING TEMPS. Had to leave and was in complete pain from standing in the freezing cold. Music from inside started to play well after 10:30. No one was allowed entry. This was a complete scam and FALSE ADVERTISING. Thanks for taking my money.

Milwaukee has a small night scene, but a lively one. Lucid Light Lounge is definitely in the top 2 of places to go in Milwaukee. Ive been a regular for a while, but watch new comers become enamored with the decor and the outrageously gorgeous women they have working there. The music is always top notch and the Operating Owner Dinato works really hard to make sure his establishment is top tier. Congrats mates.

Been to this place multiple times, have always gotten the same section same bottles and got the same bill . My experience has always been great, up until this last time . Bill was an extra 90$ and they claim it was for a pre paid fee which I’ve never paid before, mind you I’ve been here 5-6 times just in the last 3 months. Talked to the manager he tried explaining and still didn’t make any sense. Which is weird considering I’ve gotten the SAME section SAME bottles SAME amount of people. Couldn’t do anything for me even though I spend hundred of dollars every visit. Emmett the manager was really helpful, but I’ll be going across the street to 720 from now on .

DO NOT PURCHASE VIP wristbands. The drinks are only Well pours which was not define in the event promo. The wristband does not get you faster service at the bar and entrance security could use a bit of training on what expected customer service is. The dancing is fun.

Hands down best music selection and quality of DJ’s in the city. Friendliest staff across the board from bartenders, to servers down to the bathroom attendants. If you want to enjoy a birthday or bachelor/bachelorette party, this is the place to be!

This was an awesome spot for a girls night. DJ was great, bartenders were super nice. The Friday night drink specials are great and cheap! Great vibe with the decor and the lights. They had two bouncers on the dance floor which made us feel very safe. The crowd was great also.

My sister went and said it was the best, she was a DD though so never got to party it out. Hope to attend this spring or summer! Gave 4 stars cause I can always change it later.

Went and did bottle service but wouldn’t do it again here. Val was awesome and super accommodating but the rest of the club staff was not. People yelling at you rudely and giving directions with no explanation. Example “ Move from here” when I’m just on the dance floor. When asking why they were closing 30 minutes earlier than every other bar they said “ that’s not our * problem now get the * out”. Cursing at anyone who is asking general questions especially if they have spent a lot of money is not the best business practice. If your used to doing bottle service in Chicago, Dallas, and elsewhere like me, you will not enjoy it here. No service given once your in the door.

Me and my friends stood in line for a hour toGet in. They wouldn’t let us in because it was “crowded” but let ground of 10 in before us (it’s was only 3 of us). Tried to talk the bouncer and they ignored. When we get to the they tried to charge us $30 but let others in free. This place sucks if you not friends with the bounce YOU WILL NOT GET IN

Love this place!! The staff was very kind and helpful. Bartenders were stylish and quick. Have some of the best DJ’s who get the place bumping every night! Will definitely be going back!

Ive lived in Milwaukee for 5 years- Lucid is the best club in the city and its not even close!!

My group had an amazing experience at Lucid for my friends bachelorette party. We came up from Chicago to check out the Milwaukee scene, and I am so glad that we chose Lucid! The staff went above and beyond to make the night one to remember for the bride. Aric was extremely helpful during the table booking and responded to all inquiries right away. The night of, the staff was very accommodating and went all out with instagram worthy decorations, getting confetti, bridal themed balloons, and a sash for the bride. Everyone who works there, from the bottle service girls to the door man, was extremely friendly and helpful. The photographer, Alex, even reached out the next day to send us the link to the pictures. All in all, the experience exceeded my groups expectations. Most importantly, the bride had a night to remember! I would recommend Lucid to anyone looking for a classy, fun night out for an event!

Ive been coming here for a while now and this is the first time I had a serious delinquent problem. I was low on cash so I decided to open up a tab on my credit card, signed the receipt which stated a $37.00 charge which is exactly what me and a friend had to drink. 3 drinks and two shots. Come to find out in my online credit card account that I was charged $65.00 dollars plus two more $23.00 charges for a total of $111.00 dollars which I did not spent or drank at all. Will get BBB and other agencies involved to find out why I was overcharged for products not consumed.*** my advice to you, do not ever open up a tab because they will rip you off of/steal/charge you or whatever you wanna call it of your money!!!!p.s. so, after a couple of days going back and forth with management, they handled this with urgency, they explained what had happened and it was taken care off. No additional fees were charged and it all worked out in the end. I originally had given them a 1 star but now im updating it to a 5 star because of their business ethics and they way they solved/handled this misunderstanding. It is still a great place to have a good time and if any problems happen they will most definitely take care of you.

Black tie my ass. We spent $$$ getting ready for tonight and because their email said black tie enforced. After getting here finding out that they Were letting people in wearing jeans and a button down with no tie total rip off. Over $200 for a bottle and bad music, not even worth your time. Would have stayed home and drank instead and had a better time.

When I went there for my birthday with a group of friends, we were standing in the line for so long!! Other groups of people were just let in, some people would get out of the car and be let right in....and we were at the front of the line just standing there, I tried talking to the bouncers to see why that was, and they just continued to ignore me.It was also very crowded on the dance floor, took a while to even walk to get a drink or go to the bathroom. The drinks tasted watered down to me as well.Overall it was a good environment but just not for me, I hated the how crowded it was but some people are into that.

Pretty good atmosphere, didnt like the layout but it is what it is. Dance section wasnt open when we came but its nice when its open. The staff were on point for the most part, if you are looking to have a good time with your crew this isnt a bad place to start!

Was there for a meet n greet with Dinah Jane from Fifth Harmony from a contest with Energy 106.9. The place looked so run down and nasty for a Monday morning/early afternoon that Id imagine it would only look worse at night. Booths with gum on the seats right when you walk in that looks like its been there for ages. The only things that didnt look beat to hell and clean was the bar on the left when you walk in and the Energy 1069 broadcasting booth. This is all my impressions of the main floor, as this was sectioned off and I didnt go downstairs, but from what I saw for this building, I felt like it was something so ran down that it was sold to the radio station for stuff that theyre in the process of rebuilding, but from looking online now, Id say no, its just a very ran down looking bar that I feel leaves a bad impression for entertainers when they come through.Yes, my review is basing it off of what it was like during the day when the place is normally closed, but seriously, if its that nasty at that time, I would never step foot in it at night when theyre open for the weekend.

Dj was great and service was allright. We went to one of my friends party and we had to stayed in the line even we have reserved a table and bottle service. I don’t know how it works but it didn’t happen before anywhere else. Two weeks ago i went there around 12 o’clock and i paid $20 to get in. It’s kinda sucks.!!

I didnt know what to expect my first time going to this place but it was an overall great experience for my best friend and I. The staff there are AMAZING!! The DJ made us feel like we were at a live concert! The atmosphere was just right, drama free, and very welcoming.I have to have my birthday party HERE!!!

Great decor, but my husband and I came to dance. Got there at 10:30 and they had a bouncer blocking the dance floor. Said there werent enough people to open the floor. Left and came back an hour later. Lots of people in the bar area, but still not enough to allow dancing... didnt stay after that.

For what Lucid tries to be, it is not very good at it. Bottles are overpriced and service could be better. It is essentially a glorified dance bar, which doesnt even keep all of the floor open... The space isnt that large to begin with. The one redeeming factor is the ability to smoke hookah for $20. You may want to try other locations first such as Site1a.

Went there Saturday night/ early Sunday morning. Someone stole my coat and I was looking all over for it. Someone... dont know who.... reported to security that I was stealing things and had me removed.... without my coat and would not allow me to look for it. Put me out in the cold.... wouldnt listen to me that I was just looking for my coat which had $30 in the pocket as well.Will never come here again....and filing a complaint against them and any other legal action for humiliating me and falsely accusing me of a crime. The police were right outside and refused to intervene either way.You would think that if I truly were taking or stealing things....the police would have at least cuffed me. How is this okay? I had just come from Casablanca....no problems there...which I I frequent often.....never been kicked out of there.................or anywhere else in my life for that matter!

Came here Thursday and Saturday with a group of friends, we reserved a VIP with bottle service, place is amazingly unique and full of positive energy and a great crowd. They have a strict dress code, if your looking for quality time and a Clean place with a great crowd. This is the place to go to.

I go to Lucid any time Im celebrating an event like birthdays, anniversaries, or that its Friday! The drinks are great and the staff is super friendly and timely when it comes to getting a new drink.

Decent spot. But 20 dollars for guys to get in, and 10 for girls is ridiculous. Especially when the spot across the street offers a similar atmosphere, and better overall customer service...for a standard 5 dollar entrance fee.

This place is terrible! My friends and I went there to have a good time and they would not let two of my friends in because they didnt fit the body standard, whatever the hell that means. They tried to make an excuse saying they werent allowed in because they were wearing flats, but i saw a bunch of girls wearing flats and they were allowed in. They do not deserve a good rating after they pulled this! If i could give this place a negative rating I would.

Saw the Chainsmokers here as they were on the rise to fame. Very unique club show.. Easy to bump elbows with some major names. Many athletes come through on a weekly basis.

The atmosphere is amazing! Great lighting, music and sound system. The staff their is super friendly and are always around to help out.

Waited on line for over 1 hour . Security at the door says that the place was pack but he kept letting bunch of other people that were shaking hands and being friendly with him all the females were going in there . We waited for over an hour to get in there not worth my time not worth anybodys time unless you friends with the bouncer or someone in there you not getting in.. I rather spend my money other places ..never againg

My friends and I are usually rejected even if we have on proper attire. The bouncers are rude and never have a valid reason for not letting us in. This has happened on more than one occasion.

This place is alright, nothing mind-blowing, but definitely one of the few club venues in Milwaukee.

Truly a vegas experience but in milwaukee, amazing decor, great staff, respectful crowd and they help you organize a celebration or a party, we stopped here on a Saturday and got a great deal for bottle service, I have been to many club in Milwaukee and out of state, and I can tell you that is safe, clean and FUN!

Don’t wast your money ... the music sucks and the dj doesn’t even play a song for 15 seconds without changed it to another ...
