Site 1A is my home in the Milwaukee nightlife industry. Every show is an intimate experience with world renowned artists that you wouldnt have the chance to experience anywhere else. Their staff is always friendly. Site 1A is my favorite venue in Milwaukee and I cant wait to go back after quarantine.

This place is the only place in the city that actually brings big name artists/DJs to the city. Their sound system smacks, prices are decent, bartenders are always friendly. Really fun place to get your groove on and dance the night away to some actual well known DJs, and they always have the best local DJs opening for them, so its a win win, I get to support my local DJs and see some of my favorite big name DJs all at the same time!

Came here for Volac & Phlegmatic Dogs on their Russian Style tour in September 2019 and the place got wild. Was my first time at Site and got an excellent overall first impression. Sound system was nice, place wasnt too crowded, VIP tables seemed to be in a good location out of the way. Drink prices what you would expect, not too inflated for the typical nightclub. 10/10 would visit again when some good producers are in town and book here!

I cant speak any more highly of the staff and crowd there. I went to a sold out show and it was still very comfortable and did not have to wait long for drinks. Youll have fun

Came here with some friends to see Claude VonStroke. Im not typically a club or EDM guy but considering the occasion, I was open to expanding my horizons a bit. And while I dont have a very intimate knowledge of the club scene in MKE, I have been to a lot of larger venues for other shows, and this place is easily near the top of my personal list for best venues and blows a lot of larger venues Ive been to out of the water.The bartenders were enthusiastic and fun to be around. Security was not overbearing in the slightest and was professional throughout the night. The lineup was amazing (I dont know who the openers were but they were fantastic) and the crowd was full of more amazing people. This place attracts a good crowd, it seems (aside from a couple outliers but whatever lol).I should mention that we reserved a section in VIP, so my view may be skewed because of that, but I had a wonderful time regardless and will certainly come back again.

Great venue, a little small but it brings great entertainment and a great crowd. I will definetly be going regularly. I think Ive been there 4 times in the past 2 months if that means anything.

I come here for concerts and have a good time. I wish there was more options for some seating. also, drinks are way over priced- around $10. It gets really hot in there- even during winter.

Really awesome club experience, has a very industrial rave feel. Side alley enterence, coat check for $5. ATM inside.The crowd was in such good spirits which made for some good energy.

Saturday night... we rolling in with the boys. Expecting a club atmosphere. Nope. Sad boy Saturday. Punk music. BPM about 90. Having an awful time. This is a club. Not a gamer’s parents basement. Get some better artists. Truly awful experience considering I have been here before and have seen some quality EDM artists. May never come back.

SITE 1A raises the standard for the Milwaukee night life and music scene. nothing but good things to say. Great line up, awesome service, fabulous vibes. A go to for out of towners looking to get a taste of this great city. SITE is a stand out among the rest. its nice to see a club that doesnt undervalue themselves and cares about providing a memorable experience to all patrons

Love what they have done with the place. Great baseball theme and aesthetics. They just opened April 2017, so I can forgive the only 4 beer options plus one from Third Space. The beer needs some improvement, but I wish them luck and success in the future.

Always have a good time at Site; the owners and staff are good people, always a good spot for house music and always bringing in great local and national DJs

I have not had the chance to experience Site 1A, but after dealing with horrendous customer service, I do not plan to visit this venue. After booking a table for an event, Site 1A closed unexpectedly. I had to reach out to them for a refund. Nobody contacted me. That was three weeks ago. I am still awaiting my refund. I also had tickets purchased for an event, they so conveniently decided to reschedule two months in advance, again without notice or consent of any of the buyers. The disregard for their customers business, time and money is disgraceful. I will not be spending any more money in this place, as they do not value their customers, or adequately work to resolve issues. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin and the FTC if I do not receive my refund in another week.

Site is the best nightclub in the city. It has a real big-city nightclub feel to it, unlike the glorified dance-bar Lucid Light Lounge. Bottle service, surprisingly, is also MUCH cheaper here and you receive better service!!! The atmosphere is great and they have the best artists and DJs rolling through Milwaukee stop in and play. Highly recommend this place over anywhere else in Milwaukee if you want to experience the club scene.

Last night was my first visit after renovation. sound system, lights and led screens are . Love the vibe. Attentive, friendly bartenders, quick service at bar. Best night club for EDM.

First time coming here I was amazed!!!! Loved the music, danced until they closed! Try it for yourself, if you love EDM music this is the place to go! Pay to get in and pay for them to hold your belongings.

The speakers here are so awful they warrant the single star by themselves. This is not a venue, its a bar that got some low end speakers put in it. Also they let way too many people in, it gets to the point you cant even move to get drinks or go to the bathroom. The staff is friendly though! This is without a doubt one of the worst venues in the midwest soley on the speakers and lack of population control.

Site 1A brings a new life & standard to the Milwaukee night scene. There DJ lineup is crazzzyyyyy & already raises the status quo of shows to hit this city. Expect great things from this place!!!!

Place is great. Always getting in New DJs. Overall good place.So why 3 star?Im not a big fan of trance music. Brought ticket for 35$+10$ tax. So 45$ gone in vain.Seems like they only play trance n EDM.

Drinks are average priced for downtown MKE, venue is clean, music was good.

Site 1A is the best place for nightlife entertainment in Milwaukee. Michael-Bryan Byers-Dent, also known as Dad has done an amazing job.

Fun environment, really like the new layout of the place. Think the music could improve a bit but otherwise Site 1A makes for a great evening out!

Huge dance floor, amazing staff, and awesome esthetic. So many different artists coming through, you will have a great time dancing the night away.

If you like music do not go here. I am a total music nerd and paid a 30 dollar cover to go see Green Velvet play. The worst sound system! Will turn your favorite song into an annoying mess that makes you want to leave. Big fan of Green Velvet but couldnt make it to the end of the set, left early, the sound system is like torture. 8 out of 10 tracks just sound like the worst 90s Acid-Trance!! Imagine any song and then muffle the mid range and all the vocals. Only kicks and high hats can be herd clearly. even the bass was distorted in a way that you can not differentiate the the notes and just sounds mono-toneOkay, so if that wasnt bad enough, it was wanna-be vegas d-bag sparkler bottle service vibes. I can live with that, but the girl working the door had on a camo hunting hoodie, and not in a nice way, there were no seats other then for the VIP bottle service, that sucked. Also as I once did club lighting, Site 1a had the lighting set up (which was nice) running on a dumb demo like loop NOT going to the music all night.So to wrap it up a lot of things I hate going on here, expensive cover to get into a club that has spent money on a sound system and lights, and then cheaped out on getting them set up and operated properly. I understand some people dont care about music and just want to get drunk and dance to anything. Thats fine, I understand that and Site 1a would be a expensive, but good choice for that. To say I want my money back would be an understatement, Site 1A ruined my first experience of Green Velvet.Dear Green Velvet, I dont care how much they pay you, avoid clubs like these please as they are a diss-service to your fans! Hope to catch you again someday at Smart Bar, or another place worthy of your music!
