This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Usually when I have to call, they just say please hold and immediately put you on hold before you can even say anything. What company does that?? Every person I have ever had to speak with is rude and has a negative attitude. Using phrases like thats not my department or I cant help you with that with a snarky attitude instead of focusing on what they CAN help you with or what they CAN do for you. All of the reps there should go through training on common courtesy and proper phone manners. Avoid this company at all costs if you can, at least until their representatives learn some manners.
