Was a great experience, we did the spy themed room, The Agent and it was really neat. Well laid out and interesting puzzles. We beat the room with 12 seconds to spare and were all smiles the whole time even as we panic flailed out way to victory. We definitely plan to come back again soon.

This place was a lot of fun!!! Only downside was that both rooms we did had some glitches and a few mechanical errors took place & had to be reset. Took about 10 min off our 1st room. But everything else was great...definitely worth doing!

My cousins and I tried The Dig escape room for the very first time and it was so incredibly fun. Honestly cannot wait to try out the other rooms! 4 stars for the escape room and the 5th star is for our awesome host Michael. Would definitely reccomend!!!

The entire team was great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the manager made sure we were accommodated in every way. Our group had a few special requirements, and they were handled professionally and courteously. Definitely coming back again. The room itself was professionally planned out with some really great puzzles forcing you to think outside the box. Can’t wait to try some of the other rooms!

Very fun room! Gamemaster Vince was really good! Plenty of head scratching moments and some of the surprises were amazing! Had an absolute blast!!

We chose The Dig room and even though we didnt complete it we had so much fun! I highly recommend it and maybe in a bigger group. It was just me and the wifey and no one else so maybe more help wouldve been great. We will definitely come back to try the other rooms!

We arrived for our $300.00 group session and walked through the door. My youngest grabbed one of the many puzzles in the waiting room and was yelled at by the front door man to grab a pair of rubber gloves. There is no sign anywhere stating to do this and he yelled at a child for not putting on gloves while grabbing a rubix cube? We had confronted him as to why he just yelled at our child and he simply shrugged the situation off. Very disappointing, I have come to this room many times and had great experiences but this ruined it big time.

We chose the rec room it was just two of us so we were up for a challenge. We made it out with 3 min to spare!!! The staff was super accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms

We had a great time solving the clues, with a little help. Had us all thinking and working on the clues. We all will try it again with even a bigger group. We did not succeed in making it out the door in the hour given, but the challenge was real.

It was awesome! Very challenging and we didnt escape so totally worth the money. Went for our sons 16th birthday and he loved it! Definitely will be back.

We found the rec room to be very difficult since this was our first time. I wish the website would have explained that the dig is the best room for first timers. Other than that we did have a fun experience.

I really enjoyed it. It was fun working together as a group. We lost about 10 minutes at the beginning (which was about what we needed to finish) because we weren’t really clear on where to start. A little better initial instructions was needed and the first clue should already be on the TV screen to get you started, otherwise it was fun and I would differently do it again.

Our clue master was amazing! She gave us just enough clues. The room was fun even though we didn’t finish. Will definitely go back

This was our second time attending this place. Columbia was the person who was guiding us through the entire experience. Starting from the beginning she was so fun and clear, making it exciting, and very helpful. My group and I really enjoyed this experience, and the place and the environment was very fun and engaging. I would highly recommend them. They also made some last minute time adjustments for us since we had an emergency. Very nice and helpful crew.

We had a blast doing the Rec room. Very fun and creative and kept us guessing the whole way through. We ended up doing it with 4 complete strangers and got along great and worked well together.

The game itself was fun, but it is extremely difficult to get two groups of complete strangers to work together. Because we had only 4 players we were put in a group with another team of 4, and I understand why Escape the Room does that, but it does make things harder. Even when Ive played with private groups of people who know each other well, communication can be a real issue, with a group of strangers its just setting you up for failure.Again, the game, setup and host were all good. I just think it would be better if you were able to opt out of being put with strangers without having to buy all the reservations in a time slot.

This was sooo much fun! I took my 4 children, their spouses and a friend. It was my daughters 40th birthday and we all had a great time. We didnt escape (They said we were in the hardest room and the escape rate is only 15% for that room) but if we would have had 10 more secs we would have made it! My ONLY concern was 10 people was a bit crowded for the room sizes. There were so many of us I couldnt see what other people were doing, or what they had done to search for clues. I feel I got lost a bit in the shuffle and mainly watched the escape unfold. But a REALLY good time! For sure doing it again!

We are booked for next weekend for a joint bachelor/bachelor party for my fiancé and I. I totally messed up the count! I have called them a few times and they have been so professional and amazing to work with. They also were able to fix my booking no problem. The manager was super nice & accommodating. I will definitely host future events with them again!!!!

Went with my sisters for my birthday. I loved playing. There was a little hiccup but they worked it out. Would love to go there again. Oh and our clue master was amazing!!! I feel really bad I don’t remember her name.

My group was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us sign in. After a short wait we were told the guidelines and then introduced to a FANTASTICALLY decorated theme room. We were given an hour and a starting clue. Then away we went! It was far more than I expected and the fastest 60 minutes! You will NOT regret going!

This was one of the most exciting and fun outings I have ever had! We will be sure to do this again. To work together as a team with a great group of young adults that we did not know, we made it work and we finished the game in under an hour. We left feeling great and excited for our next escape room.

The experience was fun, but the costumer service over the phone and during the activity was terrible. I bought it for my daughters 16th birthday and they were all very excited, the lady I talked to on the phone was also at the front desk when we got there and she clearly did not like her job nor did she care for the attitude she had with the group of people she was speaking to. The man that spoke over the intercom was very rude and not in a sarcastic way in an actual rude way. Very disappointed with the staff but the quality of the room was actually quite nice and other times we’ve been there the staff was great but the staff that was working will be the reason we do not go again.

This is for Escape the Room in Scottsdale AZ. The Western Bank Heist Challenge was an excellent experience! Kiana was great as our puzzle master. She was never condescending, and her clues were perfect to help just enough and not too much! If given a choice I would ask for her every time! Thank you for a great team building experience!!!

I took ten 12 and 13-year-old-girls to Escape the Room for a team bonding, and they had a blast. With the Cluemasters help from time to time throughout the hour, they were within 30 seconds of escaping the room. Having the ability to ask the Cluemaster for clues allowed them the ability to keep progressing through the room without getting frustrated. It was a great experience that I would highly recommend for a group of teens or adults!

We did The Dig with a group, and enjoyed it. Its a very well-designed room aesthetically, with very cool set pieces and a cool atmosphere. However, a few of the puzzles were not as well designed, which made this a good, but not great escape room. Ive done this one and The Agency, and they are solid rooms - I am planning to be back to do the other two!

Enjoyed it thorough. Was here for a team fun outing and had good time. The puzzles are interesting and make you to think through the 60 minutes of time you get to figure out the key for that room that you are locked in. I recommend asking for clues if its your first time as the puzzles are tough. They send a team picture once done which is kinda cool. Worth the money and time.

Where do I start? Escape the Room Milwaukee is amazing. My family and I did the Houdini Escape room. Clay was our host--he was also amazing!!! I dont want to give away too much; so all Ill say is that it was completely magical from beginning to end. We escaped just 5 minutes over the 80 minute mark. Im so glad we chose palace games as our first ever escape room experience. Well be back!!

We did the 80s themed room. There were only four of us. We were not good at it, but it was lots of fun. This was my first time with an escape room and I found the interactivity lots of fun.

So much fun! My friend and I had never done an escape room! We got about 75% through the 80s room so we were impressed with ourselves lol

Our group did The Dig, and it was full of complex puzzles! There was plenty of other puzzles to do as we waited for the rest of our party. Being a bit claustrophobic and intimidated by what this was as it was my first escape room, the “cluemaster” did a fantastic job of better everyone at ease, going over safety and the rules before getting locked in. Overall it was a fun experience!

The rec room was pretty hard made it out at in just under 3 minutes. Will definitely be back!

Greetings, I just did Escape the Room Milwaukee for the first time on Saturday with a group of friends and we all loved it. I have been doing Escape rooms for years now and I truly love how they evolved. One of the first ones I did was just a small room with a table and a few puzzles hidden in the room in VA and now there are ones way more complex like EtRM. The Dig was the escape room we did at EtRM and it was extremely enjoyable. Obviously I cant tell you too much about the escape room because itll give away some of the secrets but it was fantastically designed. Not to mention the staff there was also very nice. I cant wait to go back and try another.

Doing something like this for the first time, it was a great experience. The clue master did a great job for the apartment. I definitely will be back.

Went to it to give my adult children (and 16 year old too) a bonding experience and something different this Christmas! They, and their significant others and myself had a wonderful experience and age and gender was not an issue! They all worked together so well and the youngest felt like their equal. They all learned so much about one another and left it with respect for each other! I was impressed and heartened that my daughter’s husband and my son’s girlfriend fit in seamlessly as well! The props, clues and resources provided were designed and implemented quite well! We can’t wait to return and we talked it up at our Christmas gathering with extended family, perhaps they will give it a try too! Excellent experience, thank you!!!

I really enjoyed The Rec Room. It had a lot of puzzles to solve that were challenging but obtainable. The hosts were very friendly. My only wish is that the room maybe had a short backstory or motivation to get us into a little more into it. Still totally worth it.

This was the best time weve had in a while! We arrived early, but still began before our scheduled time. There were different types of puzzles to play with while we waited.Marco, our game master, was awesome! We were figuring out the last clue for The Dig when we ran out of time. It was our first escape room experience. Even though we didnt finish, Marco helped us feel proud of ourselves. We highly recommend Escape the Room Milwaukee! Theres a Groupon available too. :)

Came here for a Bachelor party with 12 people. We did the Apartment and had a blast! Brian who gave us our orientation and over-watched us was super cool and had a great sense of humor. He definitely made the experience even more fun than it already was! We only needed 2 clues and managed to finish with 9 minutes left. There was a technical error during our game which they gave us a heads up about beforehand and it was no big deal at all. They fixed everything in less than a minute and we went back to escaping the room. I highly recommend Escape the room and are definitely going to have to come back!!

This place was so much fun. The Rec room is definitely one of the harder rooms but when tou get a full group it is so much fun. You get one hour to escape the room. My friends joined me on this and it was so much fun.

Mr. Dupree was awesome and our host Ava was hilarious. Nothing short of awesome! Definitely recommend

Just got owned by the dig site. It was a lot of fun and hard to make your brain figure out what is needed. I know we wouldnt have gotten as far as we did with out some helpful hints from our overwatch. Great job!

Went with a group of 6 friends and the employees added 2 strangers who had walked in to fill the 8 spots- we didn’t mind at all- it was fun to meet new people- but be aware that if you don’t have the full 8 that might happen. We did The Dig and it was really fun! Had an Indiana Jones feel to it, and we solved the room with 2 minutes to spare. Would love to come back and try another themed room. Super fun!

Fun escape room that played in a fairly logical order. Reasonable, solvable puzzles. Clues given throughout play when players were stumped.

Professional and courteous staff helped make this a very pleasant experience for the family. The game itself was very challenging, but engaging and exciting for all of us including the kids. I was worried it would be too hard for the younger ones, but everyone had items to find or clues to solve (or at the very least, locks to unlock). I look forward to returning and attempting a different room.

My group of 8 ladies went on 4/14/18–a sleet and winter storm filled Saturday night. We showed up 10 minutes before our time slot began. The host was very courteous and entertained us while the others set up the escape room. The room itself was great and the other employees were super awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something to do with a group of people; very worth it! (Our group was a bachelorette/birthday party ).
