Love this park! Deidre is very helpful and made our dream of home ownership a reality. The park is very peaceful.. Lots of speedbumps, but its not really a deal breaker, as there are lots of young families with children. Very safe. Only one entrance and fenced all the way around to the front. We are very pleased after week one. Will update

Lived here over a year. Its pretty great. Office staff are amazing.

Horrible place to live. Highly roach infested. They promise upgrades and wait over a year to finally do it. Have so many rules and restrictions. Wont let you have any metal shed and no fencing allowed to put up. But they pick and choose favorites. Kids roam roads and vandalize even steal your things off the lot.

The property is nice enough but the speed bumps are ridiculous. Even when youre going under thr posted limit they are still way to high. Driving though there enough times youll definitely need a new alignment.

All they care about is money they never did a walk through when we moved in we had a work order in for 4 almost 5 months our toilet was about to fall through the floor... We have told them over and over that when it rains it floods into our front door they said back at thanksgiving they were going to have someone come measure and nothing of course when they check your or change the air filter they only give you a days notice.. all these rules that they have when you sign the lease they dont even go by them.

The speed bumps alone are reason enough to keep looking.

This place will evict you for no reason. They never show up for their gold key service. We went without heat for a month and the managerJustin, claims he didnt know. After I called the office 7 times and let the maintenance guy know..They have kept my rent check this month and still gave me a 5 day notice..they have had my rent check since the 23rd of last month. These people are criminals!

Overpriced units crowded together. The kids in the neighborhood have no real room to play unless its in the road, so dont speed. If you hit a speed bump too fast and youll probably need to get your vehicle checked out afterwards.

So weve lived in the Village Oaks community in Midwest City, OK for almost 4 years. The park is very clean and beautiful. Its quiet and we have great neighbors and even thought they change them WAY to often we LOVE the staff. As a community its great. However, once you get passed that its not so wonderful. After a year we were offered a chance to buy our home. As the one we were in was WAY to small to consider buying, they offered us another one. All appearances looked great! We loved it instantly and were shown a document stating everything was up to par. We bought in April and 2 months later the heating and AC went out. We were promised over and over they would fix it... That was 2 years ago and were still using window units. Were now being told we cant have because its not pretty.. 4 months after we bought the flooring started ripping up and then the subflooring started falling through. 8 months in we had to get a new water heater and replace all the sub floors and walls our hall and bedroom. As much as we love the people, Im upset were constantly being lied to and wrote off. Im mad were stuck with this fall apart home for 10 years... Corporate DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY YOUR MONEY! Theyve made that very clear. Ive contacted them every month for 2 years and no one EVER calls back. All I can do now is warn others. If it wasnt for these issues wed be in heaven.

They’re completely incompetent they had my pregnant sister and very sick mother in a trailer that was full of black mold

Place is a dump

Things were ok at first. Then, we were late on rent a few times. Always paid though. But any problems we experienced after being late were never dealt with. We started having a pest problem and they did send an exterminator a couple of times, but when that was not successful and we talked to the exterminator about doing something else, the service stopped. Our heat was out in December for 3 weeks, I was supposed to get the Gold Key service and they never showed up. I informed the maintenance guy and the office, and nothing. I am told to watch my dog outside so she doesnt hurt the dogs running free? A pitbull ran right across my yard while my dog was tied up outside, and Justin, the manager drove by, and he said thats why I need to watch my dogs, because the pitbull is a sweet dog. And she was running loose! I was informed our lease is not being renewed...they make more money by moving people in and out ..Dont move here!!! I could go on and on about lies theyve told and double standards..

This has always been a good safe place to live. I have lived here for 15 years and i still feel safe. Although winthin the last few years rent just goes up ever year.And seems like its harder to get the brush piles and tree limbs cleaned up and trimmed.Yes the ants are more than a pain this year too. The manager offers to have someone come out but it would be $50-60.And we have always paid our rent in the middle of the month. And we told the manager payday isnt till then.But he wont work with us.We almost got evicted in December. Had to end up paying almost 1,000 bucks to take care of that mess. And so I guess we will never get caught up with $50 late fees. Every 10 days. Also rent used to not be late till the 10th. Those were the days. Also the park could definitely have more things for the little kids. There only 2 swings and a baby swing. A jungle gym. Maybe add a slide or something?Other than those things. Its been a good place to live.

Love living here. Theres a pool and playground so theres things for the kids to do all summer long. The only bad thing is there isnt enough parking. If you need to park more than two cars per house you have to park at the front office and walk to your house. With the pool being open there may not even be a spot open.

This place is great I moved from Houston last minute and it was very important that I had a place by the 3rd. They didnt have anything ready at the time but the management really helped my out I left Houston on the 3rd and only had my uhaul for 5 days and they moved mountains to get me into a house. They really worked with me on everything and ended up having to replace the carpet due to the last owners pets and the day or two after I told them the carpet had to go they had somebody out the very next day and got it replaced in 3 hours. Management is really nice and helps with all my needs so far its been a great place to live and we love our house.

Home sweet home

Nice quite trailer park. Not sure how things are for rent houses though. No fences allowed to new residents anymore, thumbs down for that. Nice playground, basketball, & pool areas along with plenty of room to walk pets on a leash in the grass.

The new manager is great, he is a good example of how to run a community.

We have lived here over 3 years and we really like it.

Got robbed

Previous tennant. Had a great experience. Storm shelter, pool, and play yard for the kids. We moved out because rent goes up every year and became too expensive for a 2 bed 10yr old trailer home.

Visited an old friend had a very nice time.

Quiet mobile home community. Pool. Playground could use some improvements. Way too many high speed bumps. They have rentals and homes for sale.

This is a very nice trailer home community. Everyone seems very friendly and they have a community pool as well.

Worst place to ever live! They dont fix anything and they dont take of the pests. They are rude and really high priced.

Lived here 2 years and still havent had a single thing fixed that needs fixing. Friendly staff though.

Currently live here and the trailers are way overpriced, they had to move us from our last trailer after months of us repeatedly telling them that our windows and doors were leaking and it got so bad that my son started having asthma attacks from the black mold it was creating, now the trailer we are in we have other problems with and has been almost a month and we cant get them to address the issues which is costing us more money every month and also 13 people have moved out this month that I know of due to them not fixing other peoples problems in their trailers
