My son bought a mobile home from this community but they would not provide an AC unit even though it was in the contract. They later said it was being sold as is only. They also were slow providing the title paperwork.

I live here and I have yet to have any problems with management. All the concerns that Ive voiced had been dealt with promptly and they always let me know that I can submit a concern via the app. Maintenance is always friendly (even if we forget to expect them)I will update if I have any unresolved issues but for now Im satisfied with the community.

Last manager just quit and the new one is making things more difficult. Rules are ridiculous, slow on getting repairs, and then if you get them they are done half assed. Price of rent you are quoted isnt what you will actually pay, add like another 120 on top of that and thats what you will pay. Fees are ridiculous they try to find errors then make you pay a fee to correct an issue that can be corrected for a fraction of what they charged. Maintenance is lazy, rude, and nosey. They usually come in once a month just to report back to the managers it seems instead of doing their actual job. Ive lived here for almost 2yrs now and was just fine until the new manager came in. People are actually moving because of the management and my family and I are about to do the same. As much as we pay a month for this place we could be in a decent home. Its not worth it.

Good place to live for a small family.

Dont live here if you like your privacy. They come in each month for agoldkey check and be nosey. You need maintenance for emergencies and youll be lucky to hear back that same day/night. Youre better off in a H.O.A. they keep a tight leash on what you can do on your rented property. I understand rules but thiers are ridiculous.
