Very nice community. Well maintained area

This is a pretty large Mobile Home but it is still maintained well. Quite a bit of new installations, nice decks added, management presence on site.... Nice and clean. Over all one of the better parks around.

I came here with my friends to visit my sister and boy was it fun the trailers are very roomy and clean the people are pretty nice and I love that theres an airfield right next to it

Affordable housing and really clean compared to surrounding area

Rent is decent. Park was clean and very well maintained.

Live here lot rent a little high but love the community and there putting in brand new trailers all the time

Family been living here for over 30 years, its changed over time but its becoming a nice place again

Waited a bit to long. But worth the wait after tasting the pizza.

Beware. Lived here never got a title was told over and over it would be found. When decided to move they said they would buy it back. But after two months paying lot rent And maintaining property was told they wasnt going to buy it. But they also never called to tell us that just kept taking lot rent

It would be nice if the management would make an effort to clean the place. I watch their mowing company run over garbage with their mowers and spread it everywhere. Then the wind blows it in my yard.i am going to contact the city code enforcement about this problem

Getting a little bit better every day.

Dumb kids speeding around, trash and stray cats everywhere. Had a friend that lived there and just picking them up was usually an unpleasant experience

Not the best looking trailer park around, but they seem to be working on moving out the trailers that are falling apart and replacing with new.

Absolutely refuses to pay the construction workers after they have done all their work....
