Management terrible! Theyll fill the pot holes in the summer but the winter theyre dug out. They need a permanent solution. Always notice cop cars roaming the area. Not sure if this is good or bad.

Been living here for six months. The staff is wonderful, the neighbors are great, and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. We are enjoying our time here very much. Electric, cable, and internet services are all wonderful, garbage pickup is neat and tidy, no problems so far. I would really recommend this place to all people who are looking for a mobile home park community.

I have a friend who lives here. Nicely maintained and very clean.

Horriblely delapitated nieghborhood

The pot holes here in this place is just the worse i have ever seen. I actually seen a kid lay down in one and couldnt be seen. Raising rent every year for what? I have never lived in a place that cares less about their tenants. They even sold the land where they were gonna make a play ground for the kids. (Smh) may God have pity on them.

Ive lived here for a year and a bit. There is a new landlord which is a lot nicer than the old landlord, if you are renting and something messes up they will come out and fix it.Ecample: my water pipes busted and they came over in the middle of the night to shut the water off and then fixed it in the morning.It is a quiet neighborhood most of the time but there are small children who live here and go to school.They do have monthly inspections if youre renting, they mainly just come to make sure everything is OK and working.Its a good place to live long term and short term. The only down side is that they do not clean the roads very well in the snow.

The roads are HORRIBLE with pot holes everywhere and some of homes look awful. They dont make people take care of their property.

Walked in to the office to see about renting, lady was rude. Bed bug spray out in the open. Some roads very rough. Read the reviews on the owner of the park Id think twice before moving here.
