One of the easiest and greatest movie experiences you can have. I came here for the first time with a friend. Had no idea that we got to select our seats and that they reclined back. And you can also order food and even order an adult beverage.Was able to buy tickets, order food to have it delivered to our seats right before the movie started. Would highly suggest you trying it out!

This is the first time I have been to the movies since they shut down since march. The service was nice and staff was kind to let me ramble on to them, while killing time for the bus. This is the first time I my food delivered to me tho.I will be back Im sure. Since I dont drive seems like I can only get there by bus on the weekend.

Love the $5 classics ( Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Friday the 13th, etc.)

Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. Our tickets would not print. He saw us having an issue. He asked can help? Then said follow me. Took us to front of line scan us right in! Enjoy your movie! !!

Great place for an adult night with your honey. If you want to do it right go to the early showing to.avoid the crowd. Excellent food selection for starters, entrees, and desserts. Can be a little pricey. Dinner for 2 (1 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 liter of water, and 1 soda). But the service is EXCELLENT!

Great place to catch something on the big screen.

My son said his burger was very good. I didnt understand why it took 25 minutes to be delivered. If y9u get butter on your popcorn get plenty of napkins because it will be drenched. Still, its great to have in seat service!

The line at the concession stand was ridiculous there were only 2 people working the registers when there should have been at least 4, we stood in line for about 20 mins!! I tried to use the app that allows you to order directly to your seat but it wasnt working. The seats are comfy and the theater is nice, but i think you should be able to order at your seat and then have the food delivered to you... several other theaters do it that way and its just more convenient.

This movie theater is very nice. They have a huge selection of food at the concession stand and the tickets are very reasonably priced. The seats are comfortable and you are able to see the screen. The lobby, theater and bathroom are all very clean.

Paid 21 dollars for food that I didn’t receive; only refunded 13 dollars. Management blamed me for their error. Staff is not trained. Manager has enormously long fingernails and works with food. Her hands can not possibly be clean; especially after using the bathroom. This is completely unsanitary! How can a movie theater fail? I love going to the movies; this was a can’t lose opportunity for a new customer, and they managed to fail. I enjoyed the movie at least. Their business is run by horrible people; one of them with super gross fingernails, it was a blessing that I wasn’t exposed to their unsanitary food.

I would have given it a 5. But the lack of customer service skills resulted in a 4. You shouldnt act like everyone is trying to scam you when an issue comes up. I understand the processes but there is a tactful way to handle it and the issue was not handled that way today.

Really good movie prices compared to other cinemas. Food prices though, no refills on large sizes, ridiculous prices for gourmet popcorn and snacks your other arm or leg. Not a huge fan of reserved seating in a theater but everyone is doing it these days, but at least the seats are very comfortable.

Nice theater, however dont think about working here unless you can full time. Talking about they have high school students working till like midnight thats a joke! They must really need money then. The manager was a joke as well. I dont understand how they make a movie theater look so nice and charge so much, they only pay minimum wage.

There was a bright light in one of the exits of the theater that was distracting during the entire movie. Three out of four paper towel dispensers were empty in the womens restroom. And only one person was working the snack register when there were at least 30 people in line on the weekend after christmas/before the new year.My first time here, and wouldnt need to go back. Id rather drive the extra ten minutes to another theater.

Watched the new Joker Movie. Staff was friendly and concessions were good. The movie was amazing. It was dark as can be and has more parallels with our world than most comic book movies. Great experience

Very nice theater. A little pricey, but the seats are comfy, and they recline. You can order concessions from their app and theyll bring them to your seat while you watch the movie. Be careful, though-- the app said it couldnt process my purchase twice today and charged my card both times.

The theater was clean and comfortable, as usual. The movie was great. Popcorn was fresh and I ate too much, lol.

We had the whole theater to ourselves in the a.m....it would be 5 if they hadnt left the lights on the whole movie!

Love the fact that there is a discount for Seniors! They also have the most comfortable cinema seats I have ever sat in! I didnt use the tray but it seems to be up really high. Also, cinemas in general do not have to keep the air conditioner on full blast while people are just sitting there...freezing! Will def go back tho...and bring a sweatshirt!

Seats are very comfortable. I like the swingaway tables at each seat and that they deliver your food order to your seat. Tickets are less expensive than most first-run theaters (especially for seniors) The food is good but expensive. It cost us $16 for one pretzel and a medium drink. They also have a bar, so I guess you can get mixed drinks. The theaters are never crowded and weve had unexpected private showings a few times. Maybe the food prices keep people away. Its a shame they arent getting more business. Its a very nice place. Bring blankets!! They seem to keep the A/C at the level it should be for a full theater, so were usually cold. They sell blankets, so they must be aware of the problem.

Movie theater wasnt as loud as it should be. Theater 4 need to have the volume increased.

Love the place, the app to order your food on the other hand is awful. It will charge you multiple times and say there has been an error can not process your card. But the seats are amazing.

Very nice! Loved the recliners and especially the trays that you could swing in front of you, :-) plenty of leg room! But, drink prices are unreasonable...$6.97 for a Medium cola! Ticket prices were cheaper but they obviously make up for it at the concession stand!

DONT GO TO THIS THEATER AND EXPECT A GOOD EXSPERIANCE! Our family went to opening night for Star Wars. We bought the tickets months ago. When we got there some men were working in the ceiling and on a computer. Blank screen. When the previews came on it became clear the speakers were blown. The entire theater got up and went to the lobby. ONE cashier (poor women). No managers visible because they were hiding! I was watching them avoid people. Waited in line 45 minutes just to get a refund! Spent $50 on concessions that we ate in line! THEY KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND LET US WASTE OUR TIME! Managers need training on customers service. When I asked for a solution I got a blank stare! Ridiculous! Never ever going back... ever!

The theater itself is nice....I ordered food from the concession stand at the beginning of the movie and they literally brought my food 3 minutes before the movie ended ..it was pretty busy since it was the first day Sonic came out but still...... unacceptable

Its a nice theater, but everyone makes it out to be way better than it actually is. I the prefer Dayton South Rave.

I have yet to have a good experience here. The bathroom smells like a sewage back up most of the time. The last visit the projector quit working and we received a refund but the manager was reluctant to issue it. Its expensive from the tickets to the concessions to the bar. Youd think it would be better with those prices. Anyhow after 5 visits hoping it gets better I believe we will be going to a better theater from here on out.

Pros: Comfortable seats, clean theaters, great screens, and very friendly staff.Cons: Malfunctioning app, inability to scan tickets that were purchased online, and not enough staff on hand to deal with the technical issues.It is a nice theater, but the issues mentioned above are enough for me to find another theater in the future.

The recliners have huge armrests separating them. Great if youre watching a movie with a stranger. Not so great on a date.

I really want to love this theater, but after the second time only found myself liking it.Positives: looks brand new, clean, friendly staff and service to your seat if your order food requiring preparation.So it is still my #3 spot to catch a flick, but here are two things I wish were different:1. Reclining seats are not full length so your feet hang off. Other theaters in the area offer full length recliners.2. If you arent a theater diner you can ignore this one. But if you are, the trays on the seats are nice but are not long enough to eat from if you are fully reclined. Leaving you to have to lean forward awkwardly to eat.I prefer Cobb or Envisions if you are closer to Northern Cincy compared to Dayton, but it is still a viable option for sure.

Such a great theater option! Seating is great & you can order food to have delivered to your theater! Because of the food options & menu, we had to wait a little long just to get popcorn.I would suggest you allow a little extra time for ordering food.

Theater was dirty we had to clean our seats. My seat was broken, but had no issues getting our seats reassigned. Had the chicken nachos was very good. The pepperoni pizza is very good as well. Would have gotten a 5 star had the place not been dirty.

The seats were so comfortable, amazing sound system, and delicious food! Just didnt like having to stand in line to order food and it took longer than expected to get it. I would suggest getting a snack like popcorn and order meal if your hungry. But friendly staff and clean theater.

All chairs have recliners. Phenomenal place. Frozen 2 for Thanksgiving with the family. We will be back.

Very nice theater but theaters were dirty, the trays were broken and coming completely off of the seats and none of them had been wiped off. Very sad for a newer theater. We had to walk around to find other seats to sit in and then go get our tickets changed. They do not have anyone working at the ticket desk until later in the day so I had to go to concessions to make sure no one had purchased those seats and then have them changed. Food was just ok. Pretty run of the mill throw it in the fryer bar food. Pretty dissapointing compared to the other dine in theaters in the area.

The ones in California seem to be a lot nicer. But its ok. The food could be improved. Ive not been impressed. The popcorn is the best though!! Its always clean. We have been here a lot!!

This place was just amazing!! Our new go to place for movies. We had the sweet potatoe fries and chicken wings and must say it was very tasty and worth it.

This is our favorite movie theater in the area. Its never crowded and its simple but has comfortable reclining seats and great popcorn. I knocked off a star because I noticed last time we visited that some chairs were broken.

Had a drink while watching Star Wars latest installment. Staff was a little harried, no one was staffing the customer service desk or taking tickets, but it was Christmas eve, so I understand that. Seats were top notch, over all a good venue. Parking close by in the garage.

Rise of Skywalker Premiere Night fail! Sound system startled cloud crackling during previews, Cinepolis did nothing. Star Wars 9 started, sound system still messed up, every person walked out. Cinepolis did not apologize or react, while kids in costumes were crying! They made every person stand in long line while one person did slow refunds. Remaining employees stood around smiling. Very poor management and zero care for customers.

Very nice theater. Clean and staff is kind. Only disappointment was the Cheeseburger I ordered. I got the south west burger and it was basically a cheeseburger with extra tomato and lettuce. If your looking just to see a movie w/ popcorn and candies I would highly recommend

Their caramel popcorn is perfect. The seats are comfy and theres so much space, you can be in a crowded theater and not feel put upon.

First time experience..Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly. They have Wifi. Food is really good so if youre here to dine while you eat youre in the right place.Cons: Loud music near concession making it harder to hear. Concession Prices are a bit overly expensive. Slower service.

I love this theater SO much! The staff is friendly, the theaters are clean, and they bring you FOOD to your SEAT. Also, those seats? Yeah, theyre big, reclining leather clouds. I also appreciate they seem keep the theaters on the warmer side during the winter so you dont need your parka.

Chairs are comfy, nice side tables on chairs, sound quality and video quality are good. My only complaint is that its freezing in there. I saw Fantastic Beasts tonight, and had to keep my coat on the entire time and was still cold. Otherwise, great place.

My wife and I had a nice time watching a movie while lounging in a reclining chair. When ordering food, the associates were not very informative on which items would be brought to us vs standing there waiting for our order.

We had a great experience here. The movie theater has great food... BUT... be prepared to shell out some big bucks. It would be great for dates, but it would be difficult to take take a family for dinner and a movie unless you are independently wealthy. Being able to reserve seats and having the recliners makes it feel like you at home on your couch watching a huge screen with great sound. I really enjoyed the experience but it would not be something most could afford to do often.

First time going, saw Spider-Man during the Xmas rush. The staff managed the long concession line well and the food options are more than just popcorn and drinks. Love the recliners!

Went to see A Star us Born 2018 versionTickets $5 M-Th all winter I was told. Popcorn small started at $7.25! There was also a separate wine bar, not sure about beer as not go to it. Had reclining seats, very comfortable. Opened in October, 2018 at Austin Landing south of Miamisburg just off I-75.

The food was good. I enjoyed the burrito. Make sure you get there early enough, before the movie starts, to order your food. We sat down at least 10 minutes before the movie started and it seemed like it took forever for us to get our food. Someone even came in the theater after us and still got their food before us. Other then that, it was a nice experience.
