If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My fiance and I originally moved here 2 years ago as a temporary place till we got enough money saved up to move into a house. Obviously that hasnt happened yet but this place is a craphole! The neighbors are loud and rude. They all let their kids run around all day without supervision and scream, throw stuff at others trailers and cars, and run around on their property. Ive had one of my cars keyed by one of the kids and that same kid stole emblems off my other car. There are always dogs barking and carrying on all hours of the day. People have to for some reason go outside to fight and yell at each other loudly so everyone else can hear it. Someone is always smoking weed and we can smell it through the walls. There are so many stray cats in this place! No one will get rid of them. They are always tearing through the trash and pissing on our porch furniture and jumping on our vehicles and scratching the paint. There was black mold on the ceiling of our place when we moved in, a hole in the living room floor, and the septic system is always backed up and wont drain at this place. not to mention the AC wont work. Plus when we moved in the dishwasher and microwave didnt work and we were told we would have to replace them ourselves. Nope. The steps on our porch were rotted out and we have almost broken our legs on the steps falling through. The landlord is a reasonable nice guy but this place needs some straightening out. I would not recommend ANYONE move here. If I could go back to 2017 I would have never of moved here.

IF I could give a negative score I would. They are awful people. Crooked too. There units are falling apart. They have been sued by the state of OHIO. Do not rent from them.

Love it here alot of good head money

My pregnant Fiancee (who was admitted in MVH with Preeclampsia) and I had no where to go, this guy Robert Reck said he could help us out, took our money ($1,380) to move into a trailer. It was not move in ready. After we paid he didnt give us keys and told us we had to clean it up. Dead roaches, furniture left in the trailer, we had to rip the carpet up, two windows were broken, and he assured us he would fix it and January rent wouldve been prorated since we paid him money in the beginning of December and still didnt move in and its almost Christmas. We got tired of the b.s asked for our money back and he said too bad tough luck. He wanted us to do an application after he took our money. Now I have to go to court and try and get my money back that I didnt have to waste. Dont even think about moving here unless you want to deal with a Slumlord and regret your decision like we do.

This is the worst place to live! The landlord is a pervert and should not be around children! The landlord also breaks the law by adding or changing the trailer titles (if you purchase a trailer) without verbal or written permission from the trailer owner! Please beware of this mobile home park, its not at all what it seems and the landlord will screw you!

Run down park manager/ owner overcharges for water and rents trailers that he can access at anytime be wary to stay here

Worst place ever Reck is the rudest greedy little old man i have came across straight slumlord doesnt fix anything and over charges your bills because he wont let you put your water or electric in your name i dont suggest moving here
